Claims (4)
- 一種光電裝置,其特徵乃在基板上,具備:各別經由對應於紅色、綠色及藍色之各色的副畫素所構成之複數之單位畫素、和在排列前述複數之單位畫素的畫素範圍,沿一個方向各別加以配線,在前述各副畫素,按前述各別顏色,各別電性連接之複數之資料線、和設在位於前述畫素範圍之周邊的周邊範圍,供給畫像信號的畫像信號線、和在前述周邊範圍,設於每一前述複數之資料線中電性連接於對應在前述紅色之副畫素的紅色用資料線,取樣前述畫像信號,各別供予前述紅色用資料線之複數之紅色用取樣開關、和在前述周邊範圍,設於每一前述複數之資料線中電性連接於對應在前述綠色之副畫素的綠色用資料線,取樣前述畫像信號,各別供予前述綠色用資料線之複數之綠色用取樣開關、和在前述周邊範圍,設於每一前述複數之資料線中電性連接於對應在前述藍色之副畫素的藍色用資料線,取樣前述畫像信號,各別供予前述藍色用資料線之複數之藍色用取樣開關;前述複數之綠色用取樣開關乃較前述複數之紅色用取樣開關及前述複數之藍色用取樣開關,配置於靠近前述畫素範圍側者。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項記載之光電裝置,其中,前述複數之藍色用取樣開關乃較前述複數之紅色用取樣開關,配置於從前述畫素範圍遠離之側者。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項記載之光電裝置,其中,前述複數之紅色用取樣開關、前述複數之綠色用取樣開關及前述複數之藍色用取樣開關乃各別排列在交錯於前述一個方向之另一方向之同時,向前述一個方向相互偏移加以配置者。
- 一種電子機器,其特徵乃具備如申請專利範圍第1項至第3項所記載之光電裝置。
