Claims (28)

  1. 一種電容式觸控面板系統,包含:一觸控螢幕,包含複數個第一導電性驅動電極以及複數個第二導電性感測電極,該等第一導電性驅動電極被配置成複數個列或行,該等第二導電性感測電極則相對於該等第一導電性驅動電極之該等列或行以一角度排列成複數個列或行,在該等第一導電性驅動電極與該等第二導電性感測電極相交之位置處,在該等第一導電性驅動電極與該等第二導電性感測電極之間存在複數個互電容,當一使用者之一或多個手指或觸碰裝置靠近時,該等互電容發生變化;一驅動電路,可操作地連接至該等第一導電性驅動電極;一感測電路,可操作地連接至該等第二導電性感測電極,並用以自該等第二導電性感測電極感測輸入訊號;一解調器電路,具有一輸入,該輸入可操作地連接至該感測電路;一電荷幫浦電路,具有一輸出,該輸出可操作地連接至該驅動電路;以及一時鐘產生器電路,用以輸出具有一時鐘產生器頻率之一同步訊號;其中該電荷幫浦電路產生複數個輸出訊號,該等輸出訊號上疊加有複數個第一失真訊號,該等解調器之複數個輸入訊號上疊加有複數個第二失真訊號,該同步訊號經至少一第一整數除法器電路及一第二整數除法器電路而被遞送至該解調器電路,並經該至少一第一整數除法器電路而被遞送至該 電荷幫浦電路,該等第一失真訊號及該等第二失真訊號具有為該同步訊號之整除數(integer division)之頻率。
  2. 如請求項1所述之電容式觸控面板系統,其中該等整除數介於1與1,000之間。
  3. 如請求項1所述之電容式觸控面板系統,其中該時鐘產生器頻率介於約1百萬赫茲與約50百萬赫茲之間。
  4. 如請求項1所述之電容式觸控面板系統,其中在該等第一失真訊號與該等第二失真訊號之間存在實質上恆定之一相位偏移(phase shift)。
  5. 如請求項1所述之電容式觸控面板系統,更包含一低通濾波器電路,該低通濾波器電路可操作地連接至該解調器電路之一輸出。
  6. 如請求項3所述之電容式觸控面板系統,更包含一類比-數位轉換器(analog-to-digital converter;ADC),該類比-數位轉換器可操作地連接至該低通濾波器電路之一輸出。
  7. 如請求項6所述之電容式觸控面板系統,更包含一數位訊號處理器(digital signal processor;DSP),該數位訊號處理器可操作地連接至該ADC之一輸出。
  8. 如請求項7所述之電容式觸控面板系統,其中該DSP可操作地連接至該時鐘產生器電路,以自該時鐘產生器電路接收該同步訊號。
  9. 如請求項8所述之電容式觸控面板系統,其中在該時鐘產生器電路與該DSP之間具有至少一第三整數除法器電路。
  10. 如請求項1所述之電容式觸控面板系統,其中該等第一失真 訊號及該等第二失真訊號分別形成疊加於該電荷幫浦電路輸出訊號上之脈動(ripple)及疊加於該解調器電路輸入訊號上之脈動。
  11. 如請求項1所述之電容式觸控面板系統,其中該第一整數除法器電路包含N除法電路(divide by N circuit)。
  12. 如請求項1所述之電容式觸控面板系統,其中該第二整數除法器電路包含M除法電路(divide by M circuit)。
  13. 如請求項1所述之電容式觸控面板系統,其中該電荷幫浦電路係併於一積體電路中。
  14. 如請求項1所述之電容式觸控面板系統,更包含至少一個積分放大器,該積分放大器具有一輸入及一輸出,該輸入可操作地連接至該等第二導電性感測電極,該輸出可操作地連接至該解調器電路。
  15. 一種操作一電容式觸控面板系統之方法,該電容式觸控面板系統包含:一觸控螢幕,包含複數個第一導電性驅動電極以及複數個第二導電性感測電極,該等第一導電性驅動電極被配置成複數個列或行,該等第二導電性感測電極則相對於該等第一導電性驅動電極之該等列或行以一角度排列成複數個列或行,在該等第一導電性驅動電極與該等第二導電性感測電極相交之位置處,在該等第一導電性驅動電極與該等第二導電性感測電極之間存在複數個互電容,當有一使用者之一或多個手指或觸碰裝置靠近時,該等互電容發生變化;一驅動電路,可操作地連接至該等第一驅動電極;一感測電路,可操作地連接至該等第二導電性感測電極,並用以自該等第 二導電性感測電極感測輸入訊號;一解調器電路,具有一輸入,該輸入可操作地連接至該感測電路;一電荷幫浦電路,具有一輸出,該輸出可操作地連接至該驅動電路;以及一時鐘產生器電路,用以輸出具有一時鐘產生器頻率之一同步訊號,其中該電荷幫浦電路產生複數個輸出訊號,該等輸出訊號上疊加有複數個第一失真訊號,該等解調器之複數個輸入訊號上疊加有複數個第二失真訊號,該同步訊號經至少一第一整數除法器電路及一第二整數除法器電路而被遞送至該解調器電路,並經該至少一第一整數除法器電路而被遞送至該電荷幫浦電路,且該等第一失真訊號及該等第二失真訊號具有為該同步訊號之整除數之頻率,該方法包含:在該時鐘產生器頻率之整除數處操作該解調器電路及該電荷幫浦電路。
  16. 如請求項15所述之方法,其中該等整除數介於1與1,000之間。
  17. 如請求項15所述之方法,其中該時鐘產生器頻率介於約1百萬赫茲與約50百萬赫茲之間。
  18. 如請求項15所述之方法,其中在該等第一失真訊號與該等第二失真訊號之間存在實質上恆定之一相位偏移。
  19. 如請求項15所述之方法,更包含:可操作地將一低通濾波器電路連接至該解調器電路之一輸出。
  20. 如請求項19所述之方法,更包含:可操作地將一類比-數位轉換器(analog-to-digital converter;ADC)連接至該低通濾波器電路之一輸出。
  21. 如請求項20所述之方法,更包含:可操作地將一數位訊號處理器(digital signal processor;DSP)連接至該ADC之一輸出。
  22. 如請求項21所述之方法,更包含:可操作地將該DSP連接至該時鐘產生器電路,以自該時鐘產生器電路接收該同步訊號。
  23. 如請求項22所述之方法,更包含:在該時鐘產生器電路與該DSP之間具有至少一第三整數除法器電路。
  24. 如請求項15所述之方法,更包含:該等第一失真訊號及該等第二失真訊號分別形成疊加於該電荷幫浦電路輸出訊號上之脈動及疊加於該解調器電路輸入訊號上之脈動。
  25. 如請求項15所述之方法,更包含:將該第一整數除法器電路設置為N除法電路(divide by N circuit)。
  26. 如請求項15所述之方法,更包含:將該第二整數除法器電路設置為M除法電路(divide by M circuit)。
  27. 如請求項15所述之方法,更包含:將該電荷幫浦電路係併於一積體電路中。
  28. 如請求項15所述之方法,更包含:設置至少一個積分放大器,該積分放大器具有一輸入及一輸出,該輸入可操作地連接至該等第二導電性感測電極,該輸出可操作地連接至該解調器電路。
