Claims (15)

  1. 一種產品品質異常管理方法，係應用於與通訊系統連結的產品品質異常管理系統中，該產品品質異常管理方法係包括以下步驟：該產品品質異常管理系統接收產品品質資訊；當該產品品質資訊符合產品品質異常標準時，該產品品質異常管理系統自動發出異常問題調查訊息給品質保證人員，以接收問題所在資訊；該產品品質異常管理系統發出會議召開訊息給該品質保證人員，以於會議後接收該品質保證人員所提供之處理對策及造成產品品質異常的單位；該產品品質異常管理系統每隔一預定時間自動發出跟催訊息給該單位，直至接收到該單位所提供的異常真因、矯正對策、與已執行該矯正對策的訊息為止；以及該產品品質異常管理系統自動針對該矯正對策進行有效性的評定程序。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之產品品質異常管理方法，其中，該產品品質異常管理系統係透過該通訊系統自動發出該異常問題調查訊息。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之產品品質異常管理方法，其中，該產品品質異常管理系統係透過該通訊系統發出該會議召開訊息。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之產品品質異常管理方法，其中，該產品品質異常管理系統係透過該通訊系統自動發出該跟催訊息。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之產品品質異常管理方法，其中，該產品品質異常管理系統接收產品品質資訊的步驟係包括該產品品質異常管理系統連結製造管理系統並自其接收該產品品質資訊。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之產品品質異常管理方法，其中，該產品品質異常管理系統復連結自動扣料系統，以於通報產品品質異常標準時，使得該自動扣料系統通知該製造管理系統扣留品質異常之產品或原料。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之產品品質異常管理方法，復包括該產品品質異常管理系統自動分析失效間隔時間或平均失效間隔時間，並彙整為報表之步驟。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之產品品質異常管理方法，於該產品品質異常管理系統自動針對該矯正對策進行有效性評定程序之後，復包括自動透過該通訊系統發出有效性驗證訊息給該品質保證人員，以接收該品質保證人員所提供之該矯正對策的有效性驗證資訊之步驟。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之產品品質異常管理方法，於召開處置會議之後，復包括該產品品質異常管理系統自動整理出所有使用造成該異常產品之製程之部門的資訊，並透過該通訊系統將該資訊之訊息發給該品質保證人員，以接收該品質保證人員所提供之欲通知的部門之步驟。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之產品品質異常管理方法，於該產品品質異常管理系統自動針對該矯正對策進行有效性評定程序之後，復包括該產品品質異常管理系統自動整理出所有使用造成該異常產品之製程之部門的資訊，並透過該通訊系統將該資訊之訊息發給該品質保證人員，以接收該品質保證人員所提供之欲通知的部門之步驟。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之產品品質異常管理方法，其中，該產品品質異常管理系統復包括連結派工系統，以查詢是否先前已有異常記錄之步驟。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之產品品質異常管理方法，其中，該問題所在資訊係由該品質保證人員所提供。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之產品品質異常管理方法，其中，該品質保證人員指派工程人員進行調查，再由該工程人員提供該問題所在資訊給該產品品質異常管理系統。
  14. 一種內儲產品品質異常管理程式之電腦可讀取記錄媒體，當資訊處理系統載入該程式並執行後，完成如申請專利範圍第1至13項中任一項的產品品質異常管理方法所述步驟。
  15. 一種內儲產品品質異常管理程式之電腦程式產品，當資訊處理系統載入該程式並執行後，完成如申請專利範圍第1至13項中任一項的產品品質異常管理方法所述步驟。
