Claims (3)

  1. 一種蓄熱燃燒式熱處理爐之燃燒控制方法,該蓄熱燃燒式熱處理爐係設有至少一對蓄熱式燃燒器,該蓄熱式燃燒器具有:具備燃料氣體供應管的燃燒器部、用來收容蓄熱材的蓄熱室、將燃燒用空氣供應至蓄熱室的空氣供應管、以及使燃燒廢氣從蓄熱室排出的廢氣排出管,在一方的蓄熱式燃燒器中,從空氣供應管通過蓄熱室將燃燒用空氣引導至燃燒器部,並且從該燃燒器部的燃料氣體供應管噴射燃料氣體而進行燃燒動作,另一方面,在另一方的蓄熱式燃燒器中,進行將燃燒廢氣引導至上述蓄熱室並將燃燒廢氣的熱蓄積在蓄熱材再從廢氣排出管排出的蓄熱動作,並且交互切換該一對蓄熱式燃燒器之上述燃燒動作及蓄熱動作,該燃燒控制方法之特徵為:從供應一定量之燃料氣體的燃料氣體供應裝置將燃料氣體供應至上述各蓄熱式燃燒器的燃料氣體供應管,並且在要切換上述一對蓄熱式燃燒器之燃燒動作及蓄熱動作時,在燃燒動作中的蓄熱式燃燒器中使來自燃料氣體供應管之燃料氣體的供應以及來自空氣供應管之燃燒用空氣的供應減少之前,在蓄熱動作中的蓄熱式燃燒器中,從燃料氣體供應管及空氣供應管供應燃料氣體及燃燒用空氣使其開始燃燒。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之蓄熱燃燒式熱處理爐之燃燒控制方法,其中,在上述蓄熱燃燒式熱處理爐設有複數對蓄熱式燃燒器,而且在各對蓄熱式燃燒器中切換燃燒動作及蓄熱動作的時間點並不同。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1或第2項所述之蓄熱燃燒式熱處理爐之燃燒控制方法,其中,在要切換一對蓄熱式燃燒器之燃燒動作及蓄熱動作時,在燃燒動作中的蓄熱式燃燒器中,使來自燃料氣體供應管之燃料氣體的供應以及來自空氣供應管之燃燒用空氣的供應停止之後,將燃燒廢氣從廢氣排出管排出,並且在蓄熱動作中的蓄熱式燃燒器中,使從廢氣排出管排出燃燒廢氣的操作停止之後,開始來自燃料氣體供應管之燃料氣體的供應以及空氣供應管之燃燒用空氣的供應。
