Claims (4)

  1. 一種內部引導操作減壓閥,其特徵為具有:空氣口區塊,其係形成供給壓縮空氣之入口端空氣口,及經由第一連通孔與該入口端空氣口連通,而流出調壓後之壓縮空氣的出口端空氣口,具備開關前述第一連通孔之主閥體的主閥軸軸方向自由移動地裝設於前述第一連通孔中;調壓適配器,其係自由裝卸地裝設於前述空氣口區塊,並在與前述空氣口區塊之間固定隔開成連通於前述出口端空氣口之出口端壓力室與相反側之引導壓室的主閥膜片;閥帽,其係具備圓筒部,前述圓筒部組裝有:引導膜片,其係開關引導閥體,前述引導閥體開關連通前述引導壓室與前述入口端空氣口之第二連通孔;及調壓彈簧構件,其係調整前述引導壓室內之引導壓;且自由裝卸地裝設於前述調壓適配器之圓筒形裝設部內;外方突起部,其係突出於徑方向外方而設於前述圓筒部之外周面;內方突起部,其係突出而設於前述圓筒形裝設部內,使前述閥帽軸方向***前述調壓適配器內後使其旋轉時,與前述外方突起部抵接;及鎖定構件,其係在前述外方突起部抵接於前述內方突起部之狀態下,***劃分前述圓筒部內面之止動器、前述外方突起部、前述圓筒形裝設部與前述圓筒部的間隙內。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之內部引導操作減壓閥,其中具有環狀之防止脫落構件,其係防止前述鎖定構件軸方向移動時脫落。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項之內部引導操作減壓閥,其中將2個前述外方突起部設於前述閥帽中,並對應於前述外方突起部之數量而將2個前述內方突起部設於前述調壓適配器 中,將前述閥帽***前述調壓適配器內後,使前述閥帽大致旋轉4分之1時,可使各個前述外方突起部抵接於前述內方突起部。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項至第3項中任一項之內部引導操作減壓閥,其中將螺合於在與前述引導膜片之間,保持前述調壓彈簧構件之彈簧支架構件的調整螺紋構件自由旋轉地設於前述閥帽中,將具有嵌合於前述調整螺紋構件之端壁部與覆蓋前述閥帽外周之圓筒部的手柄,以軸方向擠壓於前述閥帽而與前述閥帽齒合,來阻止前述手柄旋轉之鎖定位置;以及將前述手柄從前述閥帽以軸方向拉伸,於容許前述手柄旋轉之旋轉位置之間,可軸方向自由來回移動地裝設於前述閥帽之外側,前述手柄在旋轉位置時露出於外部,前述手柄在鎖定位置時,將藉由前述手柄而覆蓋之手柄位置通報部設於前述閥帽之外周面。
