Claims (9)

  1. 一種壓力缸裝置,是由以下所構成的壓力缸裝置:筒狀的壓力缸;及活塞桿,該活塞桿被***成可從該壓力缸的其中一端突出,且被朝突出方向彈推,其特徵為:將壓力缸側構件與活塞桿側構件設成可相對轉動,該壓力缸側構件被設在前述壓力缸,且限制朝軸方向的移動,該活塞桿側構件被設在前述活塞桿,且限制朝軸方向的移動,並具有:突起、至少1個傾斜部及鎖定部,該突起,被設在:前述壓力缸側構件或前述活塞桿側構件之中的任一方,且延伸於徑方向,該傾斜部,被設在:前述壓力缸側構件或前述活塞桿側構件之中的另一方,當欲使前述活塞桿形成突出時,與前述突起在軸方向上抵接並促使前述壓力缸側構件與前述活塞桿側構件相對轉動,而將前述突起導引至前述活塞桿形成最大突出狀態的第1相對轉動位置,該鎖定部,被設在前述壓力缸側構件前述活塞桿側構件之中的另一方,在前述活塞桿呈最大突出狀態下,當前述壓力缸側構件與前述活塞桿側構件形成在前述第1相對轉動位置時,與前述突起在軸方向上相對向,於前述活塞桿朝***方向移動之際,抵接於前述突起,而限制前述活 塞桿朝***方向的移動,前述傾斜部與前述鎖定部,係位在壓力缸周方向在前述活塞桿由最大突出狀態朝***方向移動而使前述突起抵接於前述鎖定部,再次形成最大突出狀態時,前述突起會抵接在與第一次形成最大突出狀態下相抵接的前述傾斜部相同之傾斜部。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所記載的壓力缸裝置,其中前述傾斜部係由面對壓力缸軸方向的角度形成為相同的一對傾斜部所組成,且在該一對傾斜部相交處形成有第1凹部,當前述突起位於該第1凹部的狀態時,便形成第1相對轉動位置。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所記載的壓力缸裝置,其中前述鎖定部之壓力缸周方向的範圍,係作成比前述一對傾斜部呈最分開的壓力缸周方向之長度更短。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1至3項任一項所記載的壓力缸裝置,其中具有第2凹部、及限制部,該第2凹部連接於前述傾斜部且被設在與前述第1相對轉動位置不同的第2相對轉動位置,而與前述突起抵接將前述活塞桿維持在比最大突出狀態更朝***方向移動的位置,該限制部係形成為使設有前述傾斜部的前述另一方在壓力缸周方向之位置與前述第2凹部一致,於前述活塞桿朝突出方向移動之際,用以限制前述突起進入前述第2凹部。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1至3項任一項所記載的壓力缸裝置,其中將前述壓力缸側構件設於前述壓力缸內周, 將前述活塞桿側構件設於前述活塞桿的外周。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1至3項任一項所記載的壓力缸裝置,其中具有位置確認手段,該位置確認手段可由外觀確認前述突起位於與前述鎖定部在軸方向上相對向之位置。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第4項所記載的壓力缸裝置,其中具有位置確認手段,該位置確認手段可由外觀確認前述突起位於與前述鎖定部在軸方向上相對向之位置。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1至3項任一項所記載的壓力缸裝置,其中將用以包覆從前述活塞桿的前述壓力缸突出的部分之防塵蓋設於前述活塞桿,將前述壓力缸側構件設於前述壓力缸外周,將前述活塞桿側構件設於前述防塵蓋的內周。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所記載的壓力缸裝置,其中具有位置確認手段,該位置確認手段可由外觀確認前述突起位於與前述鎖定部在軸方向上相對向之位置。
