Description
本發明係有關具優異的抑制牙齒敏感效果,且可發揮極高的預防起因於牙周病之口臭‧口腔內發炎效果及去除齒垢效果,使用感佳,可有效的抑制或預防牙齒敏感症狀與口臭‧發炎等起因於牙周病之症狀之潔牙劑組成物。
牙周病與齲齒並列口腔內2大疾病,約佔損失牙齒原因之一半以上。一般認為牙周病大多係因感染主要為兼性厭氣性革蘭氏陰性桿菌之細菌而引起之感染症,其結果是破壞結締組織與齒槽骨。其病程於臨床上可見為發炎、腫脹、出血、排膿、口臭,牙齦萎縮等。
體內的嗜中性白血球具有殺死細菌、防禦人體之功能,但特別在慢性發炎反應時,因其所釋出之細胞成分及所產生之過剩的活性氧,對人體組織反而造成不良影響。對此,藉由使用如抗壞血酸及其衍生物之抗氧化劑,可有效防止活性氧對組織的破壞。專利文件1已提案於潔牙劑組成物中混合抗壞血酸酯及其衍生物,可有效抑制起因於牙周病之口臭‧發炎。
進而於患有牙周病時,會引起牙齦萎縮,露出牙齒根部的象牙質,結果有時會造成出現牙齒敏感症狀。
象牙質牙齒敏感症被定義為牙齒根部的象牙質露出,由於象牙質受到冷熱、化學性、機械性等的外來刺激,產生了短暫的非常不愉快的疼痛。一般認為該疼痛的原因係經由暴露出的象牙小管而使齒髓神經受到刺激。
以往已進行了相當多的有關預防及治療象牙質牙齒敏感症之研究。例如專利文件2~5已報告了可作為預防及治療象牙質牙齒敏感症有效成分之鉀鹽、鍶鹽、氯化鋅、鋁鹽等。特別於專利文件6等報告了可藉由鉀鹽使細胞外鉀離子濃度增加而降低感覺神經活性,使感覺神經麻鈍,而可緩和因神經敏感而造成的疼痛。另外專利文件6、7等報告了可藉由鋁鹽使象牙小管變窄或閉塞,而可防止刺激傳達至齒髓的神經。
當有牙齒敏感症狀,因刷牙時會感到疼痛,而難以進行一般性的刷牙,因此變得難以充分地去除齒垢及引起牙周病之病原菌,另外會對維持口腔衛生有不良的影響,而容易產生起因於牙周病之口臭問題。若可有效的緩和因牙齒敏感而造成的疼痛,則可更仔細地實施刷牙步驟。然而,乳酸鋁等牙齒敏感抑制成分具極強苦味,有使用感的問題。至今雖於專利文件8、9等有針對改善混合牙齒敏感抑制成分潔牙劑之使用感的記載,但該等之效果並不充分。經混合牙齒敏感抑制成分之潔牙劑,有因為使用感而難以長時間仔細進行刷牙此一課題。
因此,目前正期待開發具優異的預防及治療牙齒敏感效果,即便於有牙齒敏感症狀的狀態下,亦可更仔細地進行刷牙步驟,充分去除齒垢,並充分發揮牙周病預防效果,且使用性亦良好的潔牙劑組成物。
另外於含抗壞血酸酯之口腔照護組成物,專利文件10提案,由於輔助有效成分之硝酸鉀等為可降低牙齒敏感性之成分,可任意地進行混合。但於該技術中,並未標示抗壞血酸酯或其鹽,與乳酸鋁及/或硝酸鉀倂用時之二成分之含有比例,亦無有關上述課題之暗示。而由該技術,亦難以預期適當地倂用抗壞血酸酯或其鹽與乳酸鋁及/或硝酸鉀,可以獲得兼具有更高的抑制牙齒敏感效果、改善口臭效果、抑制發炎效果及去除齒垢效果。

本發明有鑑於上述現狀,以提供具優異的抑制牙齒敏感效果,且即便於有牙齒敏感症狀的狀態下,亦可仔細地進行刷牙步驟,及具高齒垢去除效果,並發揮改善起因於牙周病之口臭之效果及抑制發炎之效果,進而減少來自牙齒敏感抑制成分之苦味之使用感佳,且可有效抑制起因於牙周病之口臭‧發炎等症狀之效果的潔牙劑組成物為目的。
本發明之發明者們為達成上述目的進行專心檢討後,發現藉由使其含有(A)至少一種以上選自抗壞血酸酯及其鹽,與(B)乳酸鋁及/或硝酸鉀,且使(B)成分/(A)成分之含有比率係質量比為2~50之方式進行混合,可獲得二成分產生相乘作用,具優異的抑制牙齒敏感效果,且即便為有牙齒敏感症狀的使用者,亦可仔細地進行刷牙步驟,藉此提高齒垢去除效果,且由於有效成分的浸透,可發揮極高的抑制發炎之效果,能有效抑制起因於牙周病之口臭‧發炎等症狀,幾乎沒有苦味之使用感佳的潔牙劑組成物。
本發明之潔牙劑組成物係藉由將(A)至少一種以上選自抗壞血酸酯及其鹽,與(B)乳酸鋁及/或硝酸鉀,以特定比例倂用,使來自牙齒敏感抑制成分之苦味被改善而具良好的使用感。另外於此同時,發現由於具有良好的使用感,即便於有牙齒敏感症狀的狀態下使用,使用者亦可花更長的時間仔細地進行刷牙步驟而更加強齒垢去除效果,且由於使得抗壞血酸酯或其鹽更容易到達標的部位,發現對起因於牙周病之牙齦發炎及口臭,抗壞血酸酯或其鹽可對抑制發炎及口臭獲得令人滿意的效果,有效預防或抑制牙齒敏感及牙周病。
於本發明中,可藉由將(A)成分與(B)成分以適當的比例進行倂用,藉由二成分之相乘作用,可獲得單獨使用(A)成分或(B)成分,或以不當的比例倂用二成分所無法達成之效果。特別係使其含有(A)成分0.1~1質量%,(B)成分2~8質量%,(B)成分/(A)成分之含有比率係質量比為4~30,可獲得較前述更高效果,具優異的抑制牙齒敏感效果,抑制起因於牙周病之口腔內發炎效果及抑制口臭效果,兼具去除齒垢效果使用感佳的潔牙劑組成物。
因此本發明係提供下述之潔牙劑組成物。

一種潔牙劑組成物,其特徵係含有(A)至少一種以上選自抗壞血酸酯及其鹽,與(B)乳酸鋁及/或硝酸鉀,且(B)成分/(A)成分之含有比率係質量比為2~50。

本發明之潔牙劑組成物,係具優異的抑制牙齒敏感效果,且具高齒垢去除效果,可發揮口臭改善效果及抑制口腔內發炎效果,幾乎沒有來自牙齒敏感抑制成分之苦味而具良好的使用感,即便為有牙齒敏感症狀的使用者,亦長時間地仔細地進行刷牙步驟,可有效的使用於為了預防及治療牙齒敏感症及牙周病。
以下針對本發明進行詳細地說明,本發明之潔牙劑組成物係含有(A)至少一種以上選自抗壞血酸酯及其鹽,與(B)乳酸鋁及/或硝酸鉀。
抗壞血酸酯係可使用與於抗壞血酸之第2、3、5、6之任一位置上之1個或2個以上之羥基形成磷酸、聚磷酸、硫酸、脂肪酸、其他藥學上所容許之化合物之酯者。例如可舉出抗壞血酸-2-磷酸酯、抗壞血酸-3-磷酸酯、抗壞血酸-6-磷酸酯、抗壞血酸-2-聚磷酸酯、抗壞血酸-2-硫酸酯、抗壞血酸-2-棕櫚酸酯、抗壞血酸-6-棕櫚酸酯、抗壞血酸-2-硬酯酸酯、抗壞血酸-6-硬酯酸酯、抗壞血酸-2,6-二丁基酯、抗壞血酸-2,6-硬酯酸酯等。另外該等之鹽類可舉出例如鈉鹽、鉀鹽、鈣鹽、鎂鹽等鹼金屬鹽、鹼土類金屬鹽等。
該等抗壞血酸酯及其鹽,可使其含有為單獨1種或2種以上組合,而抗壞血酸酯中特別於組成物之安定性,以使用抗壞血酸之第2或第3位置上之羥基被酯化之抗壞血酸-2-磷酸酯、抗壞血酸-3-磷酸酯、抗壞血酸-2-聚磷酸酯、抗壞血酸-2-硫酸酯、抗壞血酸-2-棕櫚酸酯、抗壞血酸-2-硬酯酸酯為佳。
而在抗壞血酸酯中又以磷酸酯因於人體內被吸收後,會受到廣泛存在於人體內之酵素磷酸酵素作用而脫去磷酸,以抗壞血酸之形式進行作用,而對起因於牙周病之口臭‧發炎具優異的抑制效果,而為特佳。抗壞血酸磷酸酯鹽中,於對起因於牙周病之口臭‧發炎具抑制效果此點之鹽以鎂鹽、鈉鹽為佳。
該等抗壞血酸酯類有例如昭和電工股份有限公司及DSM Nutritional Products日本公司之商品可購買。
抗壞血酸酯及其鹽之含量由對起因於牙周病之口臭‧發炎之抑制效果此點,以組成物全體之0.05~2%(質量%,以下相同)為佳,特別以0.1~1%為佳,未滿0.05%時對起因於牙周病之口臭‧發炎之抑制效果不充分,超過2%則於使用時會感覺到苦味,會出現使用感不佳之情形。
可將乳酸鋁及硝酸鉀使用為牙齒敏感抑制劑,可將乳酸鋁或硝酸鉀進行單獨混合,或亦可將乳酸鋁及硝酸鉀合倂使用。
乳酸鋁可使用例如來自武藏野化學研究所所發售者。
硝酸鉀可使用例如來自大塚化學(股份有限)所發售者。
乳酸鋁及/或硝酸鉀之混合量以合計為組成全體之1~9%為佳,且希望為2~8%。混合量未滿1%時會出現無法充分發揮牙齒敏感抑制效果,及無法發揮潔牙效果而不能夠充分去除齒垢之情形,超過9%時不僅未能達到增加含量帶來所預期的增加效果,反而會出現產生苦味,使用感不佳之情形。
進而乳酸鋁之含量自使用為牙齒敏感抑制劑效果之觀點而言,以組成全體之1~5%為佳,特別為1~3%為佳。未滿1%時會出現無法充分發揮牙齒敏感抑制效果,及無法發揮潔牙效果而不能夠充分去除齒垢之情形,超過5%時不僅未能達到增加含量帶來所預期的增加效果,反而會出現產生苦味,使用感不佳之情形。
硝酸鉀之含量自使用為牙齒敏感抑制劑效果之觀點而言,以組成全體之1~8%為佳,特別為2~7%為佳。未滿1%時會出現無法充分發揮牙齒敏感抑制效果,及無法發揮潔牙效果而不能夠充分去除齒垢之情形,超過8%時會出現苦味過強,使用感不佳之情形。
本發明中,(A)成分與(B)成分之含有比率((B)/(A))係質量比為2~50為佳,4~30更佳,就由將範圍設定於此,可獲得組成物風味良好使用感佳,且口臭‧口腔內發炎抑制效果佳,抑制牙齒敏感效果及去除齒垢效果。進而藉由上述混合比例,可得到風味良好使用感佳,抑制刷牙時疼痛之效果,提高對起因於牙周病之口臭‧發炎之預防效果及象牙質敏感之抑制效果,使使用者可長時間地仔細地進行刷牙步驟,而可更高度地去除齒垢。質
量比未達2時,無法獲得充分的牙齒過敏緩和效果,且由於無法進行完整的刷牙步驟,而無法獲得去除齒垢效果,超過50時無法獲得充分的口臭‧發炎之抑制效果,產生苦味,使用感不佳,無論如何亦無法達成本發明之作用效果。
本發明之潔牙劑組成物可調製為膏狀、凝膠狀、液狀、液體、固體狀、口香糖狀等形狀,再被調製為牙膏、液狀牙膏、潤製牙膏、粉狀牙膏、液體牙膏等牙膏,特別係可調製為牙膏,且可因應其劑型混合上述必須成分之外的任意成分為其他添加劑。
製作為牙膏時,可與研磨劑、黏稠劑、黏結劑、界面活性劑,及因應需要之甜味劑、防腐劑、著色劑(色素)、保存安定化劑、各種有效成分、香料、溶劑等成分進行混合而製造。
使用之研磨劑可舉出沉澱性二氧化矽、二氧化矽凝膠、鋁矽酸矽鹽、鋯矽化物等二氧化矽系研磨劑,氫氧化鋁、磷酸二氫鈣鹽及無水鹽、酸性焦磷酸鈣、羥磷灰石、重質及輕質碳酸鈣、矽酸鋯、礬土、碳酸鎂、磷酸三鎂、合成樹脂系研磨劑等,但以二氧化矽系研磨劑最為適用。研磨劑之含量一般以0~40%為佳,2~30%更佳。
黏稠劑可使用多元醇、糖醇等,例如可含有山梨糖醇、甘油、乙二醇、丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、木糖醇、還原麥芽糖、還原乳糖等。黏稠劑含量一般為1~60%。
黏結劑可舉出羧基甲基纖維素鈉等纖維素衍生物、三仙膠、黃耆膠、卡拉牙膠、***膠等膠類、聚乙烯醇、交聯型聚丙烯酸鈉、非交聯型聚丙烯酸鈉等羧丙烯聚合物、鹿角菜膠、海藻酸鈉、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮等有機系黏結劑、二氧化矽凝膠、鋁矽酸矽凝膠、晴奧膠、合成鋰皂石等無機系黏結劑。黏結劑含量一般為組成物之2~10%。
界面活性劑可使其含有陰離子性界面活性劑、非離子性界面活性劑、及陽離子性界面活性劑、兩性界面活性劑。陰離子性界面活性劑可舉出為十二烷基硫酸鈉、十四烷基硫酸鈉等烷基硫酸鈉、N-十二醯基肌酸鈉、N-十四醯基肌酸鈉等N-醯基肌酸鈉、十二基苯磺酸鈉、加氫椰子脂肪酸單乙二醇酯單硫酸鈉、十二烷基磺醋酸鈉、N-十六醯基麩胺酸鈉等N-醯基麩胺酸鹽、N-甲基-N-醯基牛磺酸鈉、N-甲基-N-醯基丙胺酸鈉、α-烯烴磺酸鈉等。非離子性界面活性劑可舉出脂肪酸山梨醇酐酯、聚氧乙烯脂肪酸山梨醇酐酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯等糖醇脂肪酸酯類、乙二醇脂肪酸酯、聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯乙二醇脂肪酸酯、聚乙烯乙二醇脂肪酸酯等多元醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯烷基醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯共聚合物、聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚、聚氧乙烯氫化箆麻油等醚型活性劑、月桂酸二乙醇醯胺等脂肪酸烷醇醯胺類。陽離子性界面活性劑可舉出烷基銨、烷基苯基銨鹽等。兩性界面活性劑可舉出醋酸甜菜鹼、咪唑啉甜菜鹼、卵磷脂等。
界面活性劑之混合量一般為組成物之0~15%為佳,以0.5~10%更佳。
香料可舉出楜椒薄荷油、綠薄荷油、洋茴香油、尤加利油、冬青油、桂皮油、丁香油、百里香油、鼠尾草油、檸檬油、柑橘油、薄荷油、荳蔻油、芄荽油、橘皮油、萊姆油、薰衣草油、迷迭香油、月桂樹油、洋甘菊油、香旱芹子油、馬鬱蘭油、月桂油、檸檬草油、牛至屬油、矮松針油、橙花油、玫瑰油、茉莉花油、香根鳶尾、楜椒薄荷精油、玫瑰精油、橙花等天然香料,及將該等天然香料經加工處理(前蒸餾部段、後蒸餾部段、分餾、液液萃取、萃取化、粉末香料化)後之香料,及薄荷腦、香芹酮、茴香腦、桉油酚、甲基水揚酸、肉桂醛、丁香酚、3-1-薄荷氧基丙基-1,2-二醇、麝香草酚、芳樟醇、乙酸丙烯酯、檸檬油精、薄荷酮、乙酸薄荷酯、N-取代-對薄荷烷-3-羧醯胺、蒎烯、辛醛、枸櫞酸、長葉薄荷酮、醋酸酯、茴香醛、乙酸乙酯、乙基丁酯、丙烯基環己醇丙酸酯、胺基苯甲酸甲酯、甲基苯環氧丙酸乙酯、香蘭素、十一酸內酯、己醛、丙醇、丁醇、異戊醇、己醇、二甲基硫、環苯丁烯、糠醛、三甲基吡嗪、乳酸乙酯、乳酸甲酯、硫代乙酸乙酯等單品香料。進而為草莓香料、蘋果香料、香蕉香料、鳳梨香料、葡萄香料、芒果香料、牛油香料、牛乳香料、綜合水果香料、熱帶水果香料等調合香料等,可使用用於潔牙劑組成物之周知之香料素材。
另外並未特別限定含量,但前述之香料素材以使用量為製劑組成之0.000001~1%為佳。另外,使用上述香料素材後之賦香用香料,以使用量為製劑組成之0.1~2.0%為佳。
甜味料可舉出糖精鈉、甜菊糖苷、甜菊萃取物、新橙皮苷二氫查耳酮、甘草、紫蘇糖、對甲氧基肉桂醛、阿斯巴甜、木糖醇等。
防腐劑可舉出對羥基苯甲酸丁酯、對羥基苯甲酸丙酯、對羥基苯甲酸乙酯等對氧基安息酸酯、安息香酸鈉、西吡氯銨、異丙基甲基苯、己二烯酸鉀等。
著色劑可舉出例如藍色1號、藍色4、綠色3號等。
保存安定化劑可舉出維他命E等維他命類、亞硫酸鈉、重亞硫酸鈉、亞硫酸氫鈉等亞硫酸鹽、丁基羥基甲苯、沒食子酸丙酯等。
各種有效成分係除了(A)及(B)成分以外者,例如可舉出單氟磷酸鈉等單氟磷酸鹽、氟化鈉等含氟化合物、正磷酸之鉀鹽、鈉鹽等水溶性磷酸化合物、尿囊素、尿囊素氫氯酸鋁、扁柏油酚、氯化鈉、dl-生育酚、輔酶Q10、二氫膽固醇、α-沒藥醇、氯己定鹽類、三氯新、異丙基甲基苯、血根鹼萃取物、甘菊環、甘草、甘草次酸、葉綠素銅鈉、葉綠素、甘油磷酸酯等螯合性磷酸化合物、葡糖酸銅等銅化合物、氯化鍶、鹽酸黃連素、氫氧胺酸及其衍生物、焦磷酸鹽、三聚磷酸鹽、沸石、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、表二氫腦甾醇、西吡氯銨、甲苄索氯銨、氯化苯二甲
羥銨、三氯對稱二苯脲、檸檬酸鋅、葡萄聚糖酶、葡聚醣變構水解酶、蛋白酶、白芷萃取物、黃蘖萃取物、德國洋甘菊、丁香、迷迭香、黃芩、紅花等萃取物等等,於不妨礙本發明效果之範圍內以有效量進行混合。
進而該等任一種成分之含量,於不妨礙本發明效果之範圍內可使用一般量進行添加。
本發明之潔牙劑組成物之收藏容器除鋁防水層疊軟管、玻璃沉積塑膠軟管等軟管之外,亦可使用機械性或壓力差所製成之拋棄式容器、枕袋式包裝等薄膜包裝容器,亦可藉由射出、中空、擠壓、真空等成形方式填充於瓶等之中。
[實施例]
以下以實驗例、實施例及比較例具體說明本發明,但本發明並未被限定於下述實施例。另外下述例中混合量的單位均為質量%。
[實施例、比較例]
根據常法調製表1~4所示組成之潔牙劑組成物(牙膏),以下述實驗進行評價。結果示於表1~4。
該等潔牙劑組成物調製時所使用的各成分係抗壞血酸-2-磷酸酯鎂(抗壞血酸PM,昭和電工股份有限公司製),抗壞血酸-2-磷酸酯鈉(SUTEI C-50,DSM Nutritional Products日本公司製),抗壞血酸-2-硫酸酯((股份有限)ITO製),乳酸鋁((股份有限)武藏野化學研究所製),硝酸鉀(大塚化學(股份有限)製),其他如沉澱性二氧化矽、氫氧化鈉、增黏性二氧化矽、羧基甲基纖維素、十二烷基硫酸鈉、單氟磷酸鈉、山梨醇、無水矽酸、丙二醇、糖精鈉及水等係使用合於舊化妝品原料基準(妝原基)或類藥品原料規格2006者。山梨醇係使用70%水溶液品,進行調製潔牙劑組成物。
[實驗例1]起因於牙周病之口臭之改善率評價
以10位患有牙齒敏感症狀與牙周疾病自覺症狀(牙齦腫脹、出血),有口臭之自願受試者進行評價。首先,令受試者停止口腔清潔1整天,對氟樹脂製採樣容器(採樣袋(Tedlar bag),N型,尺寸:1L,Sanplatec公司製)呼氣並採樣1L,再由10位調香師根據後述基準評價起因於牙周病之口臭,將其評點記為S1。
其次,每次使用1g試驗用牙膏,1天2次,以一般方法(使用牙刷進行刷牙3分鐘)使用1個月後,同樣令受試者停止口腔清潔1整天,對氟樹脂製採樣容器(採樣袋(Tedlar bag),N型,尺寸:1L,Sanplatec公司製)呼氣並採樣1L,再由10位調香師根據後述基準評價起因於牙周病之口臭,將其評點記為S2。
根據下式計算出各受試者之起因於牙周病之口臭之改善度,並求出10位受試者之平均值。將該平均值根據後述之判定基準進行判定。
起因於牙周病之口臭之改善度=S1-S2
<評價基準>
5:起因於牙周病之口臭極強。
4:起因於牙周病之口臭強。
3:起因於牙周病之口臭稍強。
2:只有些微起因於牙周病之口臭。
1:幾乎沒有起因於牙周病之口臭。
0:完全沒有起因於牙周病之口臭。
<判定基準>
◎:3.5點以上,5點以下
○:2.5點以上,未達3.5點
△:1點以上,未達2.5點
×:未達1點
[實驗例2]使用感之評價
對使用各種牙膏之有象牙質牙齒敏感症症狀之10位受試者,令其每次使用1g試驗用牙膏,以一般方法使用3分鐘(使用牙刷進行刷牙3分鐘),根據下述基準評價使用時之苦味等官能性的使用感,並求出10位的平均值。將該平均值根據後述之基準進行判定。
<評價基準>
4:完全未感覺到苦味,使用感極佳。
3:幾乎感覺不到苦味,使用感可。
2:感覺到些微苦味,使用感稍不佳。
1:感覺到強烈苦味,無法使用。
<判定基準>
◎:3.5點以上,4點以下
○:3點以上,未達3.5點
△:2點以上,未達3點
×:未達2點
[實驗例3]牙齒敏感抑制效果之評價
對使用各種牙膏之有象牙質牙齒敏感症症狀之10位受試者,令其每次使用1g試驗用牙膏,以一般方法使用5分鐘(使用牙刷進行刷牙5分鐘),根據下述基準評價使用時之疼痛,並求出10位的平均值。將該平均值根據後述之基準進行判定。
<評價基準>
4:完全未感覺疼痛,可進行刷牙5分鐘。
3:感覺很小的疼痛,但可刷牙3分鐘沒有問題。
2:感覺稍稍疼痛,可刷牙1分鐘。
1:感覺強烈疼痛,無法刷牙1分鐘。
<判定基準>
◎:3.5點以上,4點以下
○:3點以上,未達3.5點
△:2點以上,未達3點
×:未達2點
[實驗例4]齒垢去除效果之評價
對使用各種牙膏之有象牙質牙齒敏感症症狀之10位受試者,令其每次使用1g試驗用牙膏,以一般方法使用3分鐘(使用牙刷進行刷牙3分鐘),根據非專利文件1之方法,進行齒垢染色,及標示於染色時各受試者之4個齒面(近心面、遠心面、唇側面、舌側面)是否附著有被染上顏色之齒垢,再根據下式計算出PI(牙菌斑指數)。10位受試者之平均PI根據後述之基準進行判定。
PI(%)=((附著有齒垢之齒面的合計)/(受試齒面數))×100
<評價基準>
4:未達25%
3:25%以上,未達45%
2:45%以上,未達75%
1:75%以上
<判定基準>
◎:3.5點以上,4點以下
○:3點以上,未達3.5點
△:2點以上,未達3點
×:未達2點
[實驗例5]抑制發炎效果之評價
於倉鼠頰袋上製造因燙傷引起的發炎,再於頰袋上塗布約0.1g之檢體(牙膏組成物)。5小時後取出頰袋。測定頰袋質量,以與無處置部位(相反側之頰袋)之質量差可算出浮腫抑制率。對8隻倉鼠進行試驗,計算出相對於無處置部位之平均浮腫抑制率(%),以下述基準進行判定。
平均浮腫抑制率(%)=100-((無處置部位之質量-塗布檢體部位之質量)/(無處置部位之質量))×100
<判定基準>
◎:平均浮腫抑制率為20%以上
○:平均浮腫抑制率為10%以上,未達20%
△:平均浮腫抑制率為5%以上,未達10%
×:平均浮腫抑制率未達5%
自表1~4之結果可知與本發明相關之(A)、(B)成分之任一個成分未加以混合時之組成,或(B)/(A)之質量比不適當之組成,對於起因於牙周病之口臭改善效果、使用感、抑制牙齒敏感效果、去除齒垢效果、抑制發炎效果之任一之效果均不佳,無法發揮令人滿意的效果。相較於此,本發明之潔牙劑組成物具有優異之起因於牙周病之口臭改善效果、抑制牙齒敏感效果、去除齒垢效果、抑制發炎效果,且確認無苦味,具有優異的使用感。
其次,將下述之潔牙劑組成物使用與上述相同方法進行調製,並進行相同之評價。
[實施例19]液狀牙膏

評價結果如下所述。

另外,使用乳酸鋁取代硝酸鉀亦可得到相同結果。使用抗壞血酸-2-磷酸鈉取代抗壞血酸-2-磷酸鎂亦可得到相同結果。

評價結果如下所述。

另外,使用乳酸鋁取代硝酸鉀亦可得到相同結果。使用抗壞血酸-2-磷酸鈉取代抗壞血酸-2-磷酸鎂亦可得到相同結果。
Claims (7)
- 一種潔牙劑組成物,其特徵係含有(A)至少一種以上選自抗壞血酸酯及其鹽0.05~2質量%,與(B)乳酸鋁及/或硝酸鉀2~8質量%,且(B)成分/(A)成分之含有比率係質量比為4~30。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之潔牙劑組成物,其中抗壞血酸酯係選自抗壞血酸-2-磷酸酯、抗壞血酸-3-磷酸酯、抗壞血酸-2-聚磷酸酯、抗壞血酸-2-硫酸酯、抗壞血酸-2-棕櫚酸酯、抗壞血酸-2-硬酯酸酯之至少一種以上。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之潔牙劑組成物,其中抗壞血酸酯係抗壞血酸磷酸酯。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之潔牙劑組成物,其中(A)成分係抗壞血酸磷酸酯之鈉鹽或鎂鹽。
- 如申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一項之潔牙劑組成物,其中係含有(A)成分為0.1~1質量%。
- 如申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一項之潔牙劑組成物,其中係進而搭配研磨劑、黏稠劑、黏結劑、界面活性劑,而調製為牙膏。
- 如申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一項之潔牙劑組成物,其係為了抑制或預防牙齒敏感或牙周病者。
