Description

LED燈管
本發明涉及一種LED燈管,尤其涉及一種具有簡化的電路板固定結構的LED燈管。
現有LED燈管包括燈罩、固定在燈罩內部的電路板及固定於燈罩兩端的燈頭。通常燈罩內部需設置導槽或卡扣機構來固定電路板,增加了製造成本。因此,簡化燈罩內部電路板的固定結構以節省製造成本成為有待解決的問題。
有鑒於此,有必要提供一種LED燈管,LED燈管可簡化燈罩內部電路板的固定結構。
一種LED燈管,包括兩個連接器、一燈罩及一電路板。該電路板的兩相對的側邊均伸出有彈性件,在該電路板收容於該燈罩後,每個彈性件與該燈罩的內壁抵觸而處於形變狀態,該電路板受到該彈性件的彈性推力而與該燈罩的內壁保持緊密接觸,從而使得該電路板相對於該燈罩固定不動。
本發明的LED燈管,通過在電路板兩側設置彈性件固定電路板,提供了一種簡單的電路板固定結構,節省製造成本。

請參閱圖1,本發明一實施方式的LED燈管的立體圖。一種LED燈管100包括連接器10及發光模組20。該連接器10固定在發光模組20的兩端。該連接器10包括一連接部11及設置於連接部11外側的兩個端子12,該發光模組20的兩端固定於連接部11內。該兩個端子12分別與相應的連接器的導電觸點(圖未示)接觸,從而建立電連接而為LED燈管100供電。
請一併參考圖2和圖3,該發光模組20包括一中空的燈罩21及一電路板22,該電路板22收容於該燈罩21內。該電路板22的兩個相對的側邊均連接有彈性件23,每個彈性件23相對於電路板22傾斜且向外延伸,使兩彈性件23的自由端的距離大於該電路板22的寬度。
本實施方式中,該燈罩21為一體成型的中空圓柱,由透光性好的防火材料製成。多個發光二極體(圖未示)固定於該電路板22。該電路板22的寬度大致等於燈罩21的內徑。在本實施方式中,該電路板22大致為方形,共有4個彈性件23分別設置在該電路板22的4個頂點附近。每個彈性件23相對於電 路板22的傾斜角度決定該電路板22與該燈罩21之間的緊固程度,如,對同一材料的彈性件23來說,相對於電路板22的傾斜角度越大,該彈性件23抵靠在該燈罩21內壁的力越大,使電路板22越緊固的固定於燈罩21,即該彈性件23的傾斜角度與該電路板22與燈罩21的緊固程度成正比。
本實施方式中,該彈性件23可為塑膠彈片或金屬彈片等具有彈性形變的材料。其他實施方式中,該彈性件23可設置於電路板22兩側的其他位置並根據穩定性的要求增加彈性件23的數量。
請參閱圖4,安裝時,該電路板22自燈罩21的開口端***該燈罩21內,此時,需要利用工具使得該彈性件23向內彎曲,使得該彈性件23不會阻止該電路板22***該燈罩21。該電路板22完全收容於該燈罩21內後,該彈性件23抵靠在燈罩21的內壁上而處於形變狀態。該電路板22受到該彈性件23的彈性推力而與該燈罩21的內壁保持緊密接觸,從而能夠相對該燈罩21固定不動。
通過在電路板22兩側設置彈性件23固定電路板22,提供了一種簡單的電路板固定結構,節省製造成本。
對於實施例中所闡述的僅是本發明的優選實施方式,應當指出,對於本領域的普通技術人員來說,在不脫離本發明構思的前提下,還可以做出若干的變形和改進,這些也應該視為屬於本發明的保護範圍之內。

Claims (3)

  1. 一種LED燈管,包括兩個連接器、一燈罩及一電路板,該燈罩為中空圓柱,其改良在於:該電路板的寬度大致等於燈罩的內徑,該電路板的兩相對的側邊均傾斜向外延伸出有彈性件,該彈性件的自由端的距離大於該電路板的寬度,在該電路板收容於該燈罩後,每個彈性件與該燈罩的內壁抵觸而處於形變狀態,該電路板受到該彈性件的彈性推力而與該燈罩的內壁保持緊密接觸,從而使得該電路板相對於該燈罩固定不動。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之燈管,其中,該連接器包括一連接部及設置於連接部外側的兩個端子,該發光模組的兩端固定於連接部內,並通過該端子與電源連接。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之燈管,其中,該彈性件的傾斜角度與該電路板固定於燈罩的緊固程度成正比。
