發明背景
用於諸如文胸的衣物的肩帶通常是由不可伸展的織物或可伸展的織物製成。完全由不可伸展的織物製成的肩帶對於使用者而言是不舒服的,並且也不是靈活的。在另一方面,完全由可伸展的織物製成的肩帶對於使用者而言無法提供足夠的支承以及期望的剛度。

發明概要
根據一個方面,一種用於製造肩帶的方法包括以下步驟,將第一黏合膜黏合至第一伸展織物,以形成第一黏合伸展織物;將第二黏合膜黏合至第二伸展織物,以形成第二黏合伸展織物;在第一與第二黏合伸展織物之間夾置第一硬質織物;並且將所述第一硬質織物與所述第一和第二黏合伸展織物熔合,以形成帶。
根據另一方面,一種用於製造肩帶的方法,包括以下步驟,將第一黏合膜黏合至第一伸展織物,以形成黏合伸展織物;在黏合伸展織物與第二黏合膜之間夾置第一硬質織物和第二硬質織物;將第一硬質織物熔合在第一伸展織物上,並將第二硬質織物熔合在第二黏合膜上,以形成織物元件;並且沿縱向邊緣超聲波切割所述織物組件以形成帶。

肩帶具有長度L10,而中間部12具有長度L12,所述長度L12足夠長,以延伸附著使用者的整個肩部。端部14具有長度L14,所述長度L14比所述端部16的長度L16長,儘管應該理解的是,兩個端部14和16可具有同樣的長度。例如,長度L10可以是大約555至585 mm,長度L12可以是大約190至200 mm,長度L14可以是大約310至320 mm,並且長度L16可以是大約55至65 mm。

在另一實施例中,肩帶20具有相對加寬的中間部22,以及相對縮窄的端部24和26,如第2圖所示。肩帶20的形狀和尺寸可以類似於第1圖的肩帶10,但是肩帶20是根據不同的方法被製造,該方法將在以下詳述,並且該肩帶並不具有扇形切口。

夾置的硬質織物C和D與黏合伸展織物G和H可輸送進入熔合機中。熔合機產生熱量和壓力,它們足以將黏合膜B熔合在硬質織物C上,並且將黏合膜E熔合在硬質織物D上,因而形成半成品的帶I。
第三步驟包括利用傳統的切割機沿兩個縱向邊緣切割半成品的帶I,從而形成不同形狀和尺寸的帶J,如第6圖所示。例如,半成品的帶I可以被切開,以形成具有相對加寬的中間部12和兩個相對縮窄的端部14和16的帶J。
第四步驟包括利用超聲波切割與熔合機沿帶J的兩個縱向邊緣形成扇形切口。例如,超聲波切割與熔合機可以是Golden Casting公司製造的所述超聲波切割與熔合機,型號為GC-BS。例如,超聲波切割與熔合機可具有可旋轉地安裝在所述超聲波切割與熔合機上的“扇形”刀片。在帶J被推動經過旋轉的“扇形”刀片時,接縫被切割,並且沿帶J的邊緣可形成波狀扇形切口。扇形切口的肩帶K的成品的實例在第7圖中示出。
在第5圖中示出了說明製造肩帶20的各步驟的流程圖。出於示意性的目的,肩帶20的層結構與如第3A圖所示的肩帶10的層結構相同。
第一步驟包括利用熔合機將黏合膜E熔合在伸展織物F上,如第3C圖所示。熔合機可以是任何傳統的熔合機,例如Mapci、型號553-37912-C0的熔合機,或者Xinhua、型號NHG-A0的熔合機。
黏合膜E可釋放地設置在承載片材E′的一側上。伸展織物F然後可疊加附著在黏合膜E上。疊加的伸展織物F和帶有承載片材E′的黏合膜E可輸送進入熔合機中。熔合機產生熱量和壓力,它們足以將黏合膜E熔合在伸展織物F上。在熔合處理之後,承載片材E′從黏合膜E上剝離,以形成黏合伸展織物G。
第二步驟包括將兩個硬質織物C和D夾置在黏合伸展織物G與黏合膜B之間,其中所述黏合膜B可釋放地設置在承載片材B′的一側上,如第3A圖和3B所示。夾置的硬質織物C和D、黏合的織物G、以及形成了最外層的帶有承載片材B′的黏合膜B可輸送進入熔合機中。熔合機產生熱量和壓力,它們足以將黏合膜B和E熔合,並且將兩個硬質織物C和D以及伸展織物F黏合在一起,以形成織物組件H′,如第10圖所示。
第三步驟包括利用傳統的切割機沿兩個縱向邊緣切割織物組件H′,從而形成不同形狀和尺寸的帶J′,如第8圖所示。例如,織物元件H′可被切開,以形成加寬的中間部22和兩個縮窄的端部24和26。伸展織物A可被切割成帶J′的形狀和尺寸,以形成伸展織物I′。在切割處理之後,伸展織物I′和帶J′可並排安放在疊加的位置。
第四步驟包括沿疊加的伸展織物I′和帶J′的每個縱向側部進行縫合,以形成具有沿每個縱向側部的縫頭的縫合帶K′,如第9圖所示。利用傳統的縫紉機可實現縫合。
第五步驟可包括利用超聲波切割與熔合機同時沿每個縱向側部切割縫合帶K′的縫頭,並且熔合每個縱向邊緣,以形成切割與熔合的帶L′,如第11圖所示。在承載片材B′被剝離之後,切割與熔合的帶L′就形成了,其為暴露黏合膜B的套筒的形式。
第六步驟包括包括利用夾具將帶L′內外翻轉。夾具可包括豎直延伸的上桿以及豎直延伸的下桿。豎直延伸的上桿和下桿通過框架被支承,並且佈置成彼此相互共直接對正。
上桿和下桿可以處於豎直間隔的關係,儘管兩個共直線的桿可以沿水準安置,或沿任何其他方向安置。為了內外翻轉帶L′,可以首先從上桿的下側自由端向上推壓L′,從而除了最下側部分以外,L′可完全地繞上桿捲繞。
下桿可以朝向上桿向上豎直移動,直至下桿的上側自由端與上桿的下側自由端接觸。這可以將帶L′的最下側部分固定地保持在下側自由端與上側自由端之間。帶L′然後可通過將其向下牽拉附著其本身而內外翻轉,直至帶被完全地內外翻轉,並且繞下桿被捲繞。
下桿然後可以向下移動,從而下桿的上側自由端與上桿的下側自由端脫離接觸。通過將帶L′從下桿直牽拉出,這允許釋放帶L′。在帶L′被內外翻轉之後,黏合膜B在兩個伸展織物A與F之間設置在帶L′內。
第七步驟包括將帶L′輸送進入熔合機中,並將黏合膜B熔合在伸展織物A上,以形成成品的肩帶。

Claims (12)

  1. 一種肩帶,包括第一可伸展織物和第二可伸展織物,以及夾置在所述第一可伸展織物與所述第二可伸展織物之間藉此形成該肩帶的第一非可伸展織物,該第一非可伸展織物係黏合至所述第一可伸展織物及所述第二可伸展織物,其中,所述第一非可伸展織物位於所述第一可伸展織物與所述第二可伸展織物的相反縱向端部之間的中間位置;其中該等第一及第二可伸展織物係較該第一非可伸展織物實質上更為可伸展,並且其更包含一夾置在所述第一可伸展織物與所述第二可伸展織物之間並黏合至所述第二可伸展織物的第二非可伸展織物。
  2. 一種衣物,包括本體以及連接至本體的如申請專利範圍第1項所述的肩帶,所述衣物可包括擇自於由胸罩和手袋所組成之群中。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的肩帶,其更包括相對加寬的中間部。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述的肩帶,其中所述中間部限定一用於與使用者的肩部接合的肩接合部。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述的肩帶,其更包括鄰近所述相對加寬的中間部的相對縮窄的端部。

  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的肩帶,其中所述第一非可伸展織物的長度與所述第二非可伸展織物的長度大致相同。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的肩帶,其中所述第一非可伸展織物和所述第二非可伸展織物的長度短於所述第一可伸展織物和所述第二可伸展織物的長度。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的肩帶,其中所述第一非可伸展織物和所述第二非可伸展織物是由尼龍製成。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的肩帶,其中所述第一可伸展織物和所述第二可伸展織物是由尼龍彈性纖維(nylon spandex)製成。
