Description

車輛大燈構造
本發明係有關於一種車輛大燈構造，尤指於可方便微調大燈俯仰角度之結構。
按，創作人所創作之第097113513號發明專利案，如圖一所示，該大燈1有一本體11，該本體11之二側設有固定座12，該固定座12上套設有扣件121，固定座12係利用螺固元件122與車輛之外蓋2之定位片21結合，該大燈1之本體11上另設有一調整機構13，該調整機構13具有一容置空間131、一支撐片132、一彈性元件133及一調整螺絲134；藉由於大燈1本體11之二側設置固定座12，而固定座12係與車輛之外蓋4結合形成一旋轉支點，而大燈1本體11設有一調整機構13，藉由於該調整機構13之容置空間131內設置一支撐片132、一彈性元件133及一調整螺絲134，並容置空間131之內側壁1311及支撐片132來壓縮該彈性元件133，並旋轉調整螺絲134，使調整螺絲134可於側壁1311上之螺孔1313上作微調距離之行進，進而使大燈1可以二側之固定座12為旋轉支點，藉此可令大燈1進行俯仰角度微調之調整，以達到微調該大燈1照度傾斜角之功效。
第097113513號發明專利案，固然以可使大燈1調整照度傾斜角度工程便利化，但創作人仍不以此為滿足，乃針對第097113513號發明專利案對於大燈1燈光光源保護不足，以及該大燈1之本體11上因設有調整機構13，而導致無法再設置車輛前方之位置燈，來提供車輛前方位置顯示，因此有進一步加以改善之需要，以增進車輛大燈1之使用功效。
本發明之主要技術手段，乃在提供一種車輛大燈構造，該大燈至少包括有一燈罩、一燈殼及一調整機構，該燈罩與燈殼內設有主光源單元及位置燈單元，該主光源單元係設於燈殼之燈座上，該位置燈單元係設於燈殼之位置燈座上，該燈殼於燈座上方設有第一擋水牆，其特徵在於：該燈殼於位置燈及位置燈座設置處上方設有第二擋水牆，該第二擋水牆係位於第一擋水牆與調整機構之間，該第二擋水牆位於第一擋水牆正下方，且該調整機構係鎖付於燈殼上，並位於第二擋水牆下方，藉由第一擋水牆及第二擋水牆來阻擋外來水份侵蝕主光源單元及位置燈單元，藉此來提升大燈的使用功效。
本發明之次要技術手段，乃在提供一種車輛大燈構造，該大燈至少包括有一燈罩、一燈殼及一調整機構，藉由調整機構來令大燈俯仰角度調整動作簡易化。
本發明另一技術手段，乃在提供一種車輛大燈構造，該大燈至少包括有一燈罩、一燈殼及一調整機構；藉由該調整座之抵止部的通孔係成長槽狀具微調功能，藉此來令調整座、彈性元件、調整螺絲及調整塊組立工程簡易化。
為使　貴審查員能更易於了解本發明之結構及所能達成之功效，茲配合圖式說明如后：首先，請參閱圖二所示，係為本發明之大燈3構造，該大燈3至少包括有一燈罩3a、一燈殼3b及一調整機構3c；該燈罩3a係為一透明罩體，且係罩設於燈殼3b之前端部；該燈殼3b具有本體31，於本體31之二側設有固定鎖耳311，該固定鎖耳311上設有鎖孔3111，藉由螺固元件312穿設鎖孔3111，藉此來令大燈3得以固定於大燈套座4支固定鎖柱42上；本體31上方設有散熱孔313，藉由散熱孔313來使主光源單元3161所產生之高溫能獲得散發，另於散熱孔313之下方設有第一擋水牆314，該第一擋水牆314向二側及下方延設至固定鎖耳311處，該第一擋水牆314之下方設有防水套件315，於防水套件315上設置燈座316，該燈座316可供大燈3之主光源單元3161設置，藉由該第一擋水牆314及防水套件315來避免外來水份侵蝕主光源單元3161，該燈座316下方設有位置燈座317，該位置燈座317係可供位置燈單元3171設置，該位置燈3171可供車輛顯示位置用，於位置燈座317上方設置有第二防水牆319，即該第二擋水牆319係位於第一擋水牆314與調整機構3c之間，且該第二擋水牆319係位於第一擋水牆314正下方，藉此該第二擋水牆319可防止外來水份侵蝕位置燈單元3171；該固定鎖耳311之下方二側設有鎖固座318，該鎖固座318係供調整塊32鎖固用；該調整機構3c包括有一調整塊32、一調整座33、一彈性元件34及一調整螺絲35，該調整機構3c係鎖付於燈殼3b上；該調整塊32，其一側設有與本體31之鎖固座318相對應之二固定部321，該固定部321上設有鎖孔3211，藉由螺固元件3212穿設於該鎖孔3211，來令調整塊32得以固定於本體31上；調整塊32之另一側則向下凸設有止擋部322，該止擋部322上設有螺孔3221，該鎖固座318與止擋部322之間設有槽孔323，該槽孔323可供調整螺絲35作調整時之活動空間；該調整座33具有二固定螺孔331，藉由螺固元件332來穿設於固定螺孔331，俾使調整座33能固定於大燈套座4之固定孔41上，該固定螺孔331之中間設有容槽333，該容槽333可供調整塊32之止擋部322容置，於容槽333之端頭向上凸設抵止部334，該抵止部334上設有長槽狀之通孔3341，藉由該通孔3341係成長槽狀，當調整座33與調整塊32於組立時可進行為調整，藉此來令調整座33與調整塊32組立工程可以簡易化；該彈性元件34，係設置於調整塊32與調整座33之間，該彈性元件34一端係抵靠於調整塊32之止擋部322上，另一端則抵靠於調整座33之抵止部334上；該調整螺絲35，具有頭部51及螺紋部52，該調整螺絲35係由調整座33之抵止部334的通孔3341穿入後再穿過彈性元件34內，再藉由螺紋部52，螺設於調整塊32之止擋部322的螺孔3221上。
為配合本發明大燈3之固設與使用，請配合圖二、五參閱，另設有一供套設大燈3之大燈套座4，該大燈套座4具有固定部41、固定鎖柱42、螺固元件43、調整孔44及鎖固部45，該固定部41係供調整座33固定用，該固定鎖柱42係供大燈3之本體31鎖固用，該調整孔44可供調整螺絲35穿出，該鎖固部45係供大燈套座4鎖固於車體5用。
本發明於實施時，請參閱圖二、三、四、五所示，首先將調整塊32藉由螺固元件3212穿設固定部321之鎖孔3211，來將調整塊32鎖固於大燈3之本體31的鎖固座318上，再將調整座33與彈性元件34，以及調整螺絲35一並鎖付於調整塊32上，如圖三所示；而後再將大燈3之本體31利用二側之固定鎖耳311，藉由螺固元件312來鎖固於大燈套座4之固定鎖柱42上，藉此，可令大燈3以固定鎖耳311為旋轉支點而轉動；而調整座33則另藉由螺固元件332來鎖固於大燈套座4之固定孔41上；當大燈3與大燈套座4組立完成，該調整塊32之止擋部322恰係位於調整座33之容槽333內，藉此調整塊32之止擋部322活動範圍即被限制於調整座33之容槽333內，如圖二、五所示，而調整螺絲35一端位於調整塊32之槽孔323內，另一則位於大燈套座4之調整孔44內，藉此即可組立後大燈3與大燈套座4藉由螺固元件43一同鎖固於車體5上；藉由上述方式將調整機構3c係鎖付於燈殼3b上後，可避免與位置燈座317產生干擾，進而可使大燈3能裝置位置燈3171。
再請參閱圖六、七所示，當大燈3欲調整其照度之傾斜角時，係以工具於大燈套座4之調整孔44來對調整螺絲35之頭部351予以旋轉，而調整螺絲35會藉由調整塊32之止擋部322的螺孔3221壓縮彈性元件34，藉由該彈性元件34形成一支撐力，當調整螺絲35向大燈3之本體31方向螺進或螺退時，調整螺絲35之螺紋52端即可於調整塊32之槽孔323內前移或後退，此時，大燈3則以本體31二側之固定鎖耳311與與大燈套座4之固定鎖柱42為旋轉支點，而成一仰或俯之角度，進而來達到調整大燈3之俯仰角度，以變化大燈3照明距離之目的。
本發明之功效在於，藉由於燈殼3b的本體31的散熱孔313之下方設有第一擋水牆314，該第一擋水牆314向二側及下方延設至固定鎖耳311處，該第一擋水牆314之下方設有防水套件315，於防水套件315上設置燈座316，該燈座316可供大燈3之主光源單元3161設置，藉由該第一擋水牆314及防水套件315來避免水份侵蝕主光源單元3161，另藉由於燈座316下方設有位置燈座317，該位置燈座317係可供位置燈單元3171設置，該位置燈3171可供車輛顯示位置用，且於位置燈座317上方設置有第二防水牆319，即該第二擋水牆319係位於第一擋水牆314與調整機構3c之間，藉此該第二擋水牆319可防止水份侵蝕位置燈單元3171，藉此來提升大燈3的使用功效。
本發明之另一功效在於；藉由於大燈3本體31之二側設置固定鎖耳311，而固定鎖耳311與大燈套座4之固定鎖柱42結合形成一旋轉支點，再藉由調整塊32之止擋部322恰係位於調整座33之容槽333內，俾使調整螺絲35之螺紋52端能於調整塊32之槽孔323內前移或後退，藉此由大燈套座4之調整孔44以簡易之工具(如螺絲起子)，來使調整螺絲35作微調距離之行進，即可令大燈3進行俯仰角度微調之調整，以達到微調該大燈3照度傾斜角之功效。
本發明之次一功效在於，藉由該調整座33之抵止部334的通孔3341係成長槽狀具微調功能，藉此來令調整座33、彈性元件34、調整螺絲35及調整塊32組立功成簡易化。
綜上所述，本發明藉由上述之車輛大燈構造，確實能達成所訴求之目的與功效，應已符合新穎性及進步性要件，爰依法提出發明專利之申請，祈請　貴審查員之詳鑑，准予發明專利之審定，至感德便。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種車輛大燈構造，該大燈至少包括有一燈罩、一燈殼及一調整機構，該燈罩與燈殼內設有主光源單元及位置燈單元，該主光源單元係設於燈殼之燈座上，該位置燈單元係設於燈殼之位置燈座上，該燈殼於燈座上方設有第一擋水牆，其特徵在於：該燈殼設有鎖固座，該鎖固座係可供調整機構鎖付，該調整機構包括有一調整塊、一調整座、一彈性元件及一調整螺絲，該燈殼於位置燈及位置燈座設置處上方設有第二擋水牆，該第二擋水牆係位於第一擋水牆與調整機構之間，該第二擋水牆位於第一擋水牆正下方，且該調整機構係鎖付於燈殼上，並位於第二擋水牆下方。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之車輛大燈構造，其中，該燈殼具有散熱孔。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之車輛大燈構造，其中，該燈座係套設於防水套件上。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之車輛大燈構造，其中，該調整座具有之抵止部，且該抵止部係向上凸設。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之車輛大燈構造，其中，該調整座之抵止部之通孔係為長槽狀。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之車輛大燈構造，其中，該調整螺絲具有頭部及螺紋。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之車輛大燈構造，其中，該 大燈係鎖固於大燈套座上，該大燈套座具有固定部、固定鎖柱、螺固元件、調整孔及鎖固部。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之車輛大燈構造，其中，該大燈套座之鎖固部係可供車體鎖付。
