Description

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a sheet-like printed matter which is applicable to printing from a printing machine, a rotary machine, or the like, and a sheet-like printed matter such as a single leaf, which is continuously conveyed in a state of slipping overlap. On the way, as the necessary inspection of the inspection operation or the elimination of the defective product produced in the printing machine, or the printed matter that is messed up during the conveyance process and the poor quality of the post-process (Stacker Bundler) Extrusion of the printed matter, such as discharge outside the system, and a stacking and unloading machine. As for the stacked baling machine, the apparatus for stacking and tying the aforementioned printed matter. [Prior Art] The extracting method and the extracting apparatus disclosed in Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. Hei 7-2424 are proposed by the present applicant. The method and apparatus provide a clamping means that rotates in synchronization with a printed matter (folded) conveyed on a conveyor belt, and inserts a clamping plate of the clamping means by a signal of the edge detecting means matching the speed of the conveyed printed matter Between the prints, after clamping the print, the clamping means accelerates the rotation to extract the print at a faster rate than the transport speed. Further, a continuous extracting device disclosed in Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 2000-1430065 is also known. This apparatus is designed to continuously rotate a conveyance belt that advances the extraction line to the conveyance line, and the guidance of the extraction line has a structure in which the state before the start of the extraction of the printed matter and the state of the two positions in which the extraction is started are obtained. At the time of extracting the printed matter, the "extraction line moves at a speed of -5 - 1332479 in the transport direction" from the row of the prints continuously conveyed on the transport line. The extracting device described in the above-mentioned prior art discloses that the clamp is inserted between the folds at the speed of the transport line, and after the fold is clamped, the acceleration clamp is configured to extract faster than the transport speed. This device' is limited by the number of copies that are extracted at one time (a large number of extractions are necessary), and follows the case where the speed of the recent printing machine is increased. 'The minimum number of copies is changed when the conveying speed of the copy becomes larger. Because the clamping device rotates once for one rotation (20 to 25 seconds / one time), it is required to improve the extraction in a short cycle. In the operation of the test article, although it is preferably one piece/one time extraction, in general, several parts/one degree is an allowable range. Further, in the conventional manner, the discharge of defective products (at least several hundred parts) produced by the printing machine and good products (hundreds of sizes) which are caused by poor adjustment of the post-process are unsuitable. On the other hand, in the extracting device described in the latter publication, there is a need for the device for extracting the line to move in the transport direction at a speed equal to or higher than the transport speed, and the configuration of the device does not sufficiently correspond to the speed of the printing press. In the state, high-speed extraction with a precision of 1 to several times / 1 time is difficult. Moreover, hundreds of defective products and good products cannot be discharged separately. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above-mentioned problems, the main object of the present invention is to provide a one-time extraction of a printing unit even if the conveying speed of the printing unit is high, and a printing object extracting apparatus capable of extracting hundreds of units and having the same Printed draw - 6 - 1332479 Take the stacker of the device. Further, still another object of the present invention is to provide a printed matter extracting device capable of separating good and defective products, and a stacking and wrapping machine for the printed matter extracting device. In order to achieve the above-mentioned main object, a printed matter extracting apparatus according to the present invention is a device for continuously extracting printed matter from a printed article row on a horizontal transport line by slipping overlapping, and is characterized in that the aforementioned interval is increased by enlarging the column spacing of the printed matter row. An instantaneous stop for stopping the printed matter and an extraction line disposed downstream of the instantaneous stop, wherein the extraction line has an extraction belt and a leading end of the printing unit that is transported through the conveying line, and is guided to the extraction belt, and The guide sheets are disposed in the same direction as the extraction direction of the extraction line. Further, in order to achieve the above-described other object, the printed matter extracting apparatus according to the present invention is characterized in that it further includes a divergent guide that separates the printed matter extracted and conveyed by the extracting belt on the downstream side of the drawing belt. Supported by a rocking drive. The drawing and conveying speed of the drawing belt is preferably several to ten times the conveying speed of the conveying line. It is preferable that the instantaneous stop has a configuration in which the folding is held from above and below. Preferably, the momentary stop is disposed immediately before the extraction line. Preferably, the momentary stopper is disposed at a predetermined interval between before and after the conveyance direction of the printed matter. Preferably, the guide sheet is driven forward and backward in a straight line passing through an oblique position in the upstream upper position and the upstream lower position. 1332479 The aforementioned extraction tape is preferably formed by the upper belt and the lower belt in the manner of holding and transporting the printed matter, and the guide sheet can be formed by entering and exiting between the upper belt and the lower belt. Further, in order to achieve the above object, the stacking baling machine according to the present invention is provided with an automatic eliminator, a damper device, a small beam concentrating device, and a rotating table for arranging a bundle that is continuously conveyed in a horizontally slidable overlapping state. a stacking and binding machine for a segment stacking device and a tightening device, wherein: on the upstream side of the automatic eliminator, any one of the print extracting devices is disposed, and the printed matter is extracted by the inclined conveyor belt and the temporary retaining conveyor belt. The extracted copy of the device is temporarily retained. In the present invention, the positional displacement of the copy during transport and the deformation of the position such as being displaced from the printing machine can be detected by a predetermined detector, and a plurality of copies can be extracted based on the signal. According to the present invention, the instantaneous stop device is actuated based on the side detection means of the copy and the signal of the defective product on the printing machine, and the folding of the conveyance is instantaneously stopped, thereby expanding and moving forward. The pitch of the folds is inserted in front of the transport direction of the copy, so that the fold is taken over the guide sheet and the front end is bitten into the extraction belt, and is extracted by the extraction belt. Moreover, by setting the divergence guidance, it is possible to accumulate separately. The instantaneous stop has a configuration in which the folding is held up and down, and the conveyance posture of the copy that is stopped instantaneously does not collapse, and can be re-transferred after the instantaneous stop. Further, the feature is that the stopper is inserted in two stages to insert the guide plate into the -8 - 1332479 time point, the extraction time point of the extraction belt, and the instantaneous stop by the stopper can be accurately operated, and the extraction line is more reliably actuated. . That is, the precision is performed in one/one extraction operation, and it is easy to extract an arbitrary number of copies at a time. Further, in the printed matter extracting apparatus according to the present invention, the instantaneous stopper is provided immediately before the extracting means, and the guide sheet is inserted in a simple configuration by stopping the transported copy and opening and expanding the interval of the folding line. The extraction belt can be easily operated at a high speed to extract a predetermined number of copies from the continuous conveyance. Further, in the stacking baling machine using the extracting device of the present invention, the defective article determined by the inspection device in the inspection product and the printing machine is discharged to the disk or the like by the extracting device of the present invention, and a plurality of copies are generated during the adjustment of the printing machine. The elimination of the defective product is retained in the receiving box by the automatic discharge eliminator because of the messy copy of the conveying process (which adversely affects the accumulation and bundling of the stacking machine of the post-process) and by stacking the inserting machine The temporary retention of the good product which is necessary to adjust the discharge can be retained in the temporary retention conveyor of the present invention, so that the operation rate of the stacker is improved and the operation rate of the front and rear processes is improved. [Embodiment] A conveyor belt that slidably overlaps a conveyance line of a rotary printing machine and conveys a copy of a copy discharged from a printing machine of a preceding process, and can have a plurality of widths (or rounds) in parallel. It is desirable to match the number of revolutions of the printing press to a speed of up to 40 m/min. For the defective products on the printing machine, although the signal from the rotating machine can be used to match the point between 9 and 1332479, in reality, the distance between the machines is also large, and the time to be grasped is difficult, so it is preferable. Yes, in the rotating machine, the bad mark is read by the detector immediately before the extracting device, and then the drawing is performed. In general, the mark number and its detection are read by a detector that uses a spray ink (+ solenoid valve) to detect the color, or an external light-emitting ink (which is usually invisible to the naked eye). According to the line, the illumination is read by the detector, and the like. Moreover, in the case of the inspection product extraction and the temporary retention of the good product, a signal may be generated based on, for example, the problem of stacking the baling machine in the case of the first or a few parts after the start of the operation of the inspection product, or in the case of a good product, In the case where the transfer process poses a messed copy, the side of the offset can be extracted by the appropriate detector. When the momentary stop is disposed immediately before the extraction line, it means that the next conveyed copy of the guide which can be multiplied by the extraction line is instantaneous, and is the range in which the instantaneous stopper 3 can be actuated. The first momentary stopper clamping time can be matched with the conveying speed. However, when the number of rotations of the printing machine is 1 200 rpm (conveyor speed 40 m / min), it is at least 50 x 10_3 seconds. The first lap spacing is 30 to 40 mm, but the width is 60 to 80 mm, which makes the insertion of the guide sheets easy. Regarding the configuration of the instantaneous stopper, S' can stop the driver and the driver mounting jig in the vertical direction, and the driving method is air pressure and electric power, etc., and is not particularly limited. Correct label After the nozzle is painted with violet UV other bells. The variable direction magnetizer when the maximum stop setting is -10- 1332479 The clamping mechanism of the second instantaneous stop is slower than the maximum of the first instantaneous stop (50~100) xl (T3 seconds or the calculation of the extraction piece The number of actions can be raised to extract the extraction time of the one copy, and can be extracted according to the number of copies calculated by the detector. The guide plate is extracted by the transport direction of the extraction line. The front end of the folding is to cooperate with the time of the extraction belt that is involved in the extraction line, and can start the backward movement, and can perform the high-speed operation of the extraction operation. The extraction belt is extracted and conveyed by the upper belt and the lower belt. The extraction and conveying speed is often rotated at a speed several times to ten times (200 m to 600 m/min) of the conveying speed of the conveyor belt (40 m/min). Due to the high speed extraction and extraction by the extraction operation After the operation, the overlap of the next fold on the conveyor belt is interrupted, and the conveyance can be smoothly carried. Further, in the configuration of the device, when it is difficult to sufficiently increase the extraction speed, the overlap between the extracted copy and the next copy is not produce In this case, the momentary stopper is again actuated, and the interruption of the guide plate can be reversed by fitting it at the time point. Among the above-mentioned stacked strapping machines, in particular, it is called a horizontal type stacking strapping machine. In the finishing and tying operation of the continuous transfer of the folding column, it is possible to arrange: for the discharge of the defective product of the previous process, for extracting a plurality of disks, and for extracting as hundreds of parts The automatic eliminator, and the copying machine that is messed up during the transportation process or the product that is generated during the adjustment of the stacking strapping machine is temporarily retained outside the system as a temporary retention device, so that the pre-process printing machine can be used. The operation efficiency and the operation efficiency of the stacking strapping machine -11 - 1332479 are increased by several stages. EXAMPLES Hereinafter, the embodiment of the present invention will be specifically described by way of examples, and the contents thereof are disclosed in detail. Fig. 1 is a drawing device 50 of the present invention. The side view of the main part describes the copy, the instantaneous stopper 3, and the extraction line 4 which are continuously conveyed on the conveyor belt 2 in a state of slip overlap. The extraction device 50 is as shown in the figure 3 No, in the process, the stacking strapping machine 100 is disposed immediately upstream of the automatic eliminator 101, and is connected to the inclined conveyor belt 51 and the temporary stagnation conveyor belt 52. The conveyor belt 2 has a narrow width from 2 to 5 as described above. The joint endless belt is formed to drive the drive source connected to the printing machine to operate synchronously, and continuously conveys the slip of the slipped overlap state to the stacking bundler that is supplied to the post-process. The first instantaneous stop 3 a is from the upper and lower sides. The holding member has a gripper that is connected to the rotating shafts of the linearly moving actuators 5a and 7a, and instantaneously grips and/or stops the transported copy based on a signal from a detector (not shown), and opens And/or the operation of the transport. The second instantaneous stop 3b is preferably arranged in series with the first instantaneous stop 3 3, and the first instantaneous stop 3 a and the second instantaneous stop 3b are arranged in a row as shown in Fig. 1 . . The table 2 instantaneous stopper 3b is formed from the linear movement drivers 5b and 7b and the grippers 6b and 8b. 'While performing the same operation as the first momentary stop 3a, the gripping and stopping and opening or/and conveying the copy, γ曰 is At the time of the operation, the operation of the first instantaneous stop 3a is related to the pitch interval of the copy 1 and the conveyance speed of the conveyance 1 of 1-12332479, and it is difficult to operate. The operation of the first instantaneous stop 3a is delayed by a predetermined time, and the operation, stop, and opening of the first stage are compensated. The extraction line 4 is formed by the extraction strip 9 and the guide sheet 11 and the branch guide 14. The extraction belt 9 includes an upper belt 9a, a lower belt 9b, and an induction motor 12, and is often rotated at a drawing speed several times to several times the conveying speed of the conveyor belt 2, and the leading end of the folding sheet 1 is held by the upper and lower belts 9a and 9b. The extraction is performed instantaneously. The guide sheet 11 guides the leading end of the conveyed folded book 1 with its leading end held by the drawing belt 9. The guide sheets 11 guide sheets are attached to the front end of the rotating shaft of the cylinder 13, and are guided in and out from between the drawing belts 9 to guide the leading end of the folded book j. The divergence guides the 1 4 series to distinguish the type of discount 1 (defectives, good products, and inspections). The extracted copy 1 is guided and stored on the trays 1 7 a, 17b and 17c. The divergence guide 14 is rocked around the pivot point 15 and supported by the cylinder 16. The stacking and packaging machine 1 described in FIG. 3 is sequentially arranged from the upstream of the process by the printed matter extracting device 50, the automatic eliminator 101, the damming device 102, the small beam concentrating device 103, the rotating table 1 〇 4, and the segment stacking device. 1〇5 and the strapping device 106 are formed. The extracting device 50 operates when receiving a test article, extracting a plurality of defective products, a confusing copy, and a signal of temporary retention of a good product. When the test article is taken, '1 to several parts/1 times of pumping as described above -13 - 1332479 is taken out to the tray 17 by the branch guide 14. In the case where a signal of temporary retention of the input and the good is received, the subsequent copies are continuously taken out, and are discharged to the temporary retention conveyor 52 by the 51 to be retained. In the case where a signal of a majority of defective products is generated, the action is extracted, and the automatic eliminator 1 〇 1 is actuated to the copy of the receiving box 107. The action taken by the extracting device 50 will be described in detail based on Fig. 2, for example, as shown in Fig. 2(a), when the copy 1 is taken, the first copy 1 from 1 to 1 to 7 is successively folded. — 4 The test item is extracted (one copy) of the signal input date (1) The instantaneous stop 3 a is actuated. In the second picture, the front end of the instant 1_6 is enlarged, and thus the copies 1-3 and 1-4 become larger. (2) As shown in Fig. 2(b), when the interval becomes larger [and 1-4, the guide plate enters and exits and the leading end of the first instantaneous stopper fold 1 to 4 is multiplied by the guide plate 11. At this time, the retreat time point is slower, and then the discount 1 - 4 of the discount i _ comes. Therefore, the first momentary stop 3 a is slower than the back-off time point, and the stopper 3 b is actuated, and the rear of the folding 1-5 is instantaneously held (3). As shown in (c) of FIG. 2, the discount 1__4 is stopped for the second moment. When the devices 3a and 3b are retracted, the extraction device is absent, and the booklet 1 is continuously conveyed. (4) By selecting the action of the second momentary stop 3b: the process confuses the folding plate 1 1 stops the inclined conveyor belt: the device 50 does not discharge the continuous quilt/one-time pumping conveyor 2 on the middle of the transmission': When the interval between the folds is β-folding 1 - 3 3 a is open, the guide plates 1 1 - 5 are also multiplied to make the second instant capture, and the first and fifth operations are changed to the I time point. -14- 1332479 Freely set the number of copies to be taken once. Further, in Fig. 2, in order to facilitate the description of the amount of deviation of the size of the folded book, it is described as about 1/3 of the size of the copy, but actually a larger ratio is formed from a fraction to a tenth. Therefore, the number of copies held by the stopper once is more increased than that shown in Fig. 2. The slippery column continuously conveyed on the horizontal conveyor belt from the slipping overlap is used. Since the copy of the predetermined number of copies can be extracted in the case of the inspection product, the defective product discharge, and the temporary retention of the good product, the loss between the process and the process before and after the reduction is reduced. To increase the operating rate of the production line.
