1298563 九、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明關於一種安全插座,尤指一種可鎖固插頭端子之插座。 【先前技術】 係用具有插座的延長線將電源導引到適當位置,與電器設備之插 頭連接,是常用的技術手段。但延長線插座在長期與插頭接連下,有 時插座内的導電夾片與插頭的端子會發生鬆脫,除了會導至電器設備 的停電外,由於鬆脫進而連續跳接發生火花的危險。 在第一圖及第二圖顯示中華民國專利公告號脱61875「插座固鎖裝 置」剷案,其主要包含有外殼體91、插座體92及固鎖裝置93,可藉 由控制固鎖裝置之旋鈕931旋轉時,可以其凸制部9314壓置於壓擎塊 932之側頂塊9323上方’而被帶動之扣件咖其凸塊經旋轉會經過壓 掣塊932之凸塊9324,而再次落至壓掣塊932下方之凹槽髓内,以 弧切面凹槽部將塵掣塊932向下推動’此時壓掣塊咖之壓制端腳9挪 也一併下移,而可以嵌槽9326壓著於插頭之導接插片附上,將壓制 端腳9325嫩位;當再次反向旋_裝置93時,此時被旋轉之 才件933 〃對凸塊會由原本容設之凹槽9332處,再次經過壓擎塊挪 在此同時凸塊便將壓掣塊932上頂而壓制端娜,使 插頭與插座體脫離固定狀態。 5 1298563 【發明内容】 本發明之主要目的係在提供一種可鎖固插頭端子之插座,使得插 座在正⑦情形下可直接***插頭,但如在插頭與插座内的導電夾片鬆 脫時,可操作一在插座殼體上的旋轉環,即可將插頭端子鎖固,防止 插頭端子與插座導電夾片鬆脫,並進而防止兩者鬆脫跳接而產生火花 的危險。
本發明之再一目的係在提供一種可鎖固插頭端子之插座,其中操 作鎖固狀態的旋轉環是設在插座殼體上,不會增加體積,也不會形成 不對稱形狀之插座。 以下,將依據圖面所示之實施例而詳加說明本發明之結構特徵及 操作方式。 【實施方式】 請參見第三圖及第四圖,本發明具有一外殼體,其係以後殼體工 1及前殼體12所構成一圓柱狀。在前殼體12正面上開設了三個插 孔121、122及123 ’兩個直線狀的插孔是為電極插孔,而圓 形的插孔則為地線;後殼體11内收容了插座本體,其係以套接的後 本體21及前本體2 2所構成,同時,後殼體11後端供電線延伸出 去。在後本體21及前本體2 2之間設有一可旋轉的旋轉環3 〇。 本發明在内部插座本體,除了設有電極導電夾片41及接地炎片 4 2外,在插座本體上還設有一鎖固裝置,其係在旋轉環3 〇旋轉時, 會帶動鎖固裝置而使一對電極導電夾片41被壓迫而夾緊***的插頭 端子。 6 1298563 在第五圖中顯不了内部插座本體之剖面,以說明鎖固裂置之相關 構造°前本體22之前面,相對前殼體Η,同樣開設了插孔221、 2 2 2及2 2 3,並在該前面2 2 4之直徑較後方的筒體2 2 5為大 以形成段差,在筒體2 2 5鄰近兩直線插孔2 2 i及2 2 2位置開設 成彈片2 2 6 4彈片2 2 6前端相對筒體2 2 5之外側形成突出筒 體週緣的耗^2 2 6 a,而相對筒體2 2 5内側具有向内突出的突塊 2 2 6 b ’可參見第六圖所示;另,在筒體2 2 $與前面2 2 4交接 處設有一段突出筒體的導塊2 2 7。 旋轉環3 0則與筒體2 2 5呈鬆馳配合,使得旋轉環3 〇可在筒 體2 2 5上旋轉。但旋轉環3◦上開設有4位槽31,其係與前本 體22的導塊227配合,以限制旋轉環3〇的旋轉角度。而旋轉環 3 0内壁相對於彈片2 2 6之弧塊2 2 6 a而形成弧槽3 2,使得旋 轉ί衣3◦在轉動時弧槽3 2會推動彈片2 2 6上的弧塊2 2 6 a,進 而使得突塊2 2 6 b向筒體2 2 5内位移,可參見第七圖。 &本體21内部具有兩個導電夹片座2工工及一接地央片座21 2 ’係分別放置電極導電夾片4工及接地夾片42。導電夾片座2丄 1疋由-個中間塊213及-可動側板214所形成,而可動側板2 14具有-凸條214 a,其係與電極導電夾片4 ”卜側接觸;另在 I本體21套人前本體2 2之筒體2 2 5内組合後,可動侧板214 外侧則與彈片2 2 6之凸塊2 2 6 b接觸;當彈片2 2 6在旋轉環3 0旋轉推動5瓜塊2 2 6 a時’凸塊2 2 6 b向内側移動,可使可動侧 板214之凸條214 a壓迫電極導電炎片4丄外側以縮小間距,進 而爽緊插人電極導電夾片41内的插頭端子,可參見第七圖 7 1298563 在、、且4好本發明之插錢,可雜翻子插人插孔丨2卜工2 2及12 3 ’與内部的插座本體上的電極導電夾片4丨及接地失片4 2連接如果插頭與插座是正常配合,不需要旋轉旋轉環3 〇 。但當 長』使用 <某些情形下插頭與插座鬆馳時,可如第六圖所示箭頭方

Claims (1)

1298563 十、申請專利範圍: 1·一種可鎖固插頭端子之插座,係包括: 外设體’係由别殼體及後殼體構成,前殼體正面上開設了可供插 頭端子***的插孔,而後殼體後端供電線延伸; 一插座本體,至少設有一對電極導電夾片; 一旋轉環,以可旋轉套合於本體外; 鎖固裝置,設於插座本體内,與電極導電夾片相接觸;
上述旋轉環被轉動會帶動鎖固裝置而使一對電極導電夾片被壓迫而 失緊***的插頭端子。 2·依據申請專利範圍範第丄項所述之可鎖固插頭端子之插座,其中插座本 體係-前本體及-後本體套合構成;前本體之前面,姉祕體,開設 了插孔,該前面之餘較後謂—龍為大以形成段差,感旋轉環與 同體呈鬆馳配合;後本體内部至少具有兩個導電夾片座,係放置電極導 電夾片。 3·依據申睛專利範圍範第2項所述之可鎖固插頭端子之插座,其中筒體鄰 近兩直線插孔位置開設成兩彈片,每一彈片前端相對筒體之外侧形成突 出筒體週緣的孤塊,而相對筒體内側具有向内突出的突塊;旋轉環内壁 、後兩彈片之弧塊而形成兩弧槽,使得旋轉環在轉動時弧槽會推動彈 的弧塊’進而使得突塊向筒體内位移;後本體的兩導電失片座,是 由個中間塊及其兩侧分別設置一可動側板所形成,而可動侧板具有一 其係與電極導電夾片_細;另在後本體套人前本體之筒體内 'T動側板外側則與彈片之凸塊接觸;當彈片在旋轉環旋轉推動 l298563 弧塊時,凸塊向内側移動,可使可動側板之凸條壓迫電極導電夾片外側 从縮小間距,進而夾緊***電極導電夾片内的插頭端子,以構成鎖固裝 置。
