鐘後,使用導電計(SKICON-200、IBS公司製)測定左前 腕內側部之導電度3回,並取其平均値。 洗淨試驗前之20人的導電度爲3 00〜8Ό0μ8範圍內之 値。測定洗淨試驗後之導電度’並根據下式: (洗淨後之導電度-洗淨前之導電度)χ 1 〇〇/洗淨前之導 電度),求出導電度之減少率。根據此減少率,如下判 定,求出20人之平均。 2點:導電度之減少率未滿2 0%。 ,並使用艷綠、龍膽紅將細胞染色,作成觀察用試料。 使用光學顯微鏡以80倍之倍率觀察1 0個視野。每1視 野爲由視野之右上方依序調查100個細胞。將形狀爲圓 形或接近矩形之正常細胞、與形狀顯著歪斜且核殘存並 且察見不全角化之細胞予以分開,並將觀察1 000個中 之察見正常細胞之比率以百分率表示。根據此百分率如 下判定求出20人之平均點。 2點:察見正常細胞爲90%以上。 尙,使用實施例1、2、7、8、及10之洗淨劑組成物 ,分別以5人之評試者洗臉時’任何組成物均爲起泡良 好,泡質亦佳,亦未感到洗淨時之滑溜感,淸洗後有乾 爽感,所有人幾乎認爲洗淨後皮膚無刺痛感。 又,將實施例3、5、7、及9之洗淨劑組成物作成浴 沐精並分別使用於5人之評試者時,任一洗淨劑均爲良 好起泡,泡質亦佳,亦未感到洗淨時之滑溜感,淸洗後 有乾爽感,所有人幾乎認爲洗淨後皮膚無刺痛感。 另一方面,表2之比較例1〜3及表3之比較例4〜8 並未得到充分之性能。比較例1中因爲a成分爲比本發 明範圍配合更少,故泡沬之持續力、泡質不爲良好,且 洗淨時有滑溜感。比較例2爲a/b之重量比爲14/1,因 大於10/1,故於重覆洗淨試驗後之皮膚乾燥、皮膚水 分量、表皮角質細胞之狀態上具有問題,泡沫之持續力 、泡質亦不爲良好。比較例3中a成分爲配合多於3 5 ,調製表5〜6所示之配合組成的試料。對於所得之洗 淨劑組成物起泡力、皮膚刺激性、及經時安定性,將實 施例1〜1 0之條件稍微改變,並且評價。 (1 2)於油分存在下之起泡力 於岩谷產業(株)製MIRUSER(型號IFM-100)之杯中, 將組成物以人工硬水(以碳酸鈣換算爲ΙΟΟρρηι以氯化 鈣和離子交換水調製)稀釋成界面活性劑濃度爲1重量 %之試驗液50克裝入,並於其中添加人工污垢(組成: 橄欖油50重量%、油酸20重量%、羊毛脂1 0重量%、 流動石蠟10重量%、角鯊烯1〇重量%)克並將杯加 蓋,於40 °C靜置1小時。1小時後,將杯安裝至 MIRUSER,以3000rpm攪拌5秒鐘',測定攪拌停止1 分鐘後之泡沬高度。將杯之最低位置開始至泡沫高度爲 7公分以上之組成物評價爲起泡力高之組成物。 (13)皮膚刺激性 對於具有健康皮膚之男女各1 0名使用界面活性劑濃 度稀釋成〇.
