425467 _案號 881Q2Q64_年月日_ί±Ξ._ 五、發明說明(1) — 發明說明 本發明係有關於重工業燃氣渦輪機,尤指使用於工業用 燃氣渦輪機之燃燒器;設有燃料/空氣預混合器,有助於 高效率操作,且不會產生非預期之空氣污染排放物。 發明背景 燃氣渦輪機製造商現正投入研究與工程規劃,以製造新 的燃氣渦輪機,可於高效率下操作,且不會產生非預期之 空氣污染排放物。主要的空氣污染排放物,通常是以燃氣 渦輪機燃燒傳統碳氫燃料時,所產生之氧化氮、二氧化碳 與未燃燒之碳氫化合氣。如所知,於吸氣引擎之氮分子氡 化作用,端視位於燃燒系統反應區域之氣體最高溫度而 定。構成氮氧化合氣之化學反應速度,為溫度之指數函 數。如杲能將燃燒室内熱氣之溫度控制的足夠低,將不會 產生高溫的氮氧化合物。 有一項特選方法,係將燃料與空氣於燃燒之前預混合成 稀薄混合氣,即可用以控制引擎燃燒室反應區域之溫度, 能低於高溫氮氧化物之產生溫度。在已預混合稀薄燃燒室 反應區域所存在過量空氣之熱質將可以吸收熱量,由此降 低燃燒產物所增加之溫度,使之低至不會產生高溫氮氧化 物之程度。 對於乾式低排放物燃燒器使用稀薄預混合燃料與空氣1 會產生數項問題。也就是說,位於燃燒室反應區外側之預 混合區段存有可燃燒燃料與空氣混合氣。於預混合區段可 能因為回火之原因,會有發生燃燒之頃向,當火燄由燃燒
