Abstract

A heat exchange element characterized in comprising first and second element materials each in a sheet form capable of forming an air passage therebetween when the two element materials are laminated to each other; the first element material having an upward protruded stripe portion for upward protrusion of the end on the end thereof; the second element material having a downward protruded stripe portion for downward protrusion of the end on the end corresponding to the upward protrusion stripe portion of the first element material; in a status where the second element material overlapping the first element material, the end of the upward protruded stripe portion and the end of the downward protruded strip portion being in a position adjacent to each other, while each protruded ends contacting the element material of the opposite side.
