經濟部¥央橾準局S工消費合作社印製 初 7816 A7 B7 五、發明説明() (1) 工業利用領域 本發明係闞於接至一隈螺紋之物件,在―特殊實例中, 本發明係翮於一欲接至藥简針單元柱塞隔螺桿之柱塞桿, Μ形成一注射總成。 (2) 本發明欲解決之習知問鼸 利用注横技術製造物件尤其是塑膠物件者已臑習知,此 技術更廣為商業上使用,在習知之注横方法中,二涸半模 Κ壓力夾合之,横型形成一模穴而具有欲製成物件之形狀 ,熔態流體如熔融塑膠者再注入一錫孔或閘而進入横穴* 直到横穴垓滿為止,嫌後物件在乾化狀態中凝固*乾化後 横型分開而物件射出*巨通常利用一射出装置’完成一倕 循環後再Κ高速重覆,Κ製造經濟上之覼點來看,最重要 的是縮短循環時間。 此種注横技術對許多物件極為有效,但特殊形狀之物件 則會暘霣出有闢於注模製造不可克服之問顬,例如欲螺接 於陽嫌紋且含有内螺紋之物件,即陰螺紋者,物件需自横 型脫螺,簧際上此可自物件脫蛾下镇型來提成’以自_型 除下物件而不損及螺紋,雖然注楔所用之脫螺機構為習用 ,但其費用過高且保養費用高,谓加了注横過程之複雑性 ,更藤墼的是脫螺步驟费時,造成長循環時間,導致製造 上之不經濟。 其需能產生相同於一般内陰蠼紋物件之物件*可接於賜 螺紋及Μ簡簞注横方法製造,不用複雜之脫撗步驟或長循 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4规格(210 X 297 W釐> 83.3.10,000 -----------"I、裝---------訂------^「線 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再塡寫本頁) 經濟部中央標準局S工消#合作社印暫 A7 B7 五、發明説明() 環時間。 (3>解決問題之手段 吾人發現含有内陰螺紋之注模件需要一步其中物件 要自横型脫螺,可設計為利用一般注镆技術製備’且不需 昂貴及長期循環之脫螺步驟。 尤其本發明備有一種製造以接於一隔螺®之物件’包含 —外表面,一凹部背向外表面而開口且定義一内表面*若 干肋條設於内表面上且在嬅向自外表面伸出*物件利用凹 部螺接陽嫘紋而接於陽螺紋。 本發明之一較佳實例中,上述物件為一欲接至_爾針單 元柱塞陽螺桿之柱塞桿,K形成一注射鏵成° 本發明之一特別優點在於提供一種物件,其可接於隱樣 紋,並可利用一般注横技術製備*不需複雜之脫4累步驟或 長循環時間。 (4)資施例 本發明至少有部份是基於發現嫘接一陽嫘紋之物件即陰 螺紋物件者,其可重新設計而使物件可用習知注棋方法製 備,不需要耗費支出、時間之非蛾接步驟•本發明主要關 於一種實施例,即相闞於一種接於蕖筒針單元柱塞陽螺紋 稈之柱塞桿,惟,本發明亦於多棰其他之實例中發現其實 用性,特別是一種接於-陽螺紋上之注禊物件。 本發明之物件最好如圖1-5所示之柱塞10,其包含設於 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4规格(2〗0 X 297公嫠) 83.3.10,000 -----------1 -裝---------訂-------「線 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再塡寫本頁) 經濟部中央榀準局員工消費合作社印製 Α7 Β7 五、發明説明() 柱塞瘪端之外表面12及背向外表面圼開啟狀之凹部14,凹 部定義出一内表面16,至少有一内表面*惟,如圖7所示 ’圖中則有一個K上之内表面。凹部之内表面上設有若干 肋條1 8,肋條在縱向及軸向延伸自外表面,肋片在徑向繞 伸於凹部内表面,一如習知之陰螺紋,但並不具備本發明 之所有優點,此種有任意明顯高度之徑向肋條無法用一般 注模方法製造。本發明之之縱问助條利用移除物件而可由 注構方法製造,即其可自模子退出或射出,並無複雜之旋 鬆步驟。 較佳實例中肋條圼V形即三角截面,申請人發琨此形狀 具有高固定性,即螺接時物件興爾螺紋之間有良好之螺接 ,惟*其他肋條形狀如長方形助條、半圓形肋條及類似圔 6所示之截面亦可使用,在較佳簧例中,物件包含2至14 個而最好為3至12個之肋條。 本發明之物件及陽螺桿可用任意材料製成*包含金靨與 塑瞬*惟,較有利的是物件可由硬塑膠以習知之精密注模 技術製成,適合之塑膠包拮聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、 聚碳酸酯、聚酯、ABS(透明或不透明)、尼龍、聚甲醛 如德林與類似者,適合之金靥包括鋁、黃綱、青鋼及鋦, 相信物件需K比陽螺紋易展延之材料製成,使肋條可配合 陽螺紋之形狀 > 螺接時物件與陽螺紋之間才能接合 > 本案 並不希Μ Μ理論機構做接合,相信螺接動作會使肋Η中產 生螺紋狀之變形。 使用時,本發明之物件可用一般螺接動作螺上陽螺紋, 本紙張又度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 X 297公犛:! 83.3.10,000 I n n n n n n n J'^lnyv I *1 n n i一 n n n It n n n n I V'口 ( β (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再塡寫本頁) 經濟部令央榀準局員工消費合作杜印^ A7 B7 五、發明説明() 例如圖4、5所示者,本發明之柱塞桿可用一般螺接技術蟋 上藥茼針單元24之柱塞22隔螺桿20而形成接合。 本發明之較佳實例中,柱塞稈具有一柱塞指片或觸動紐 30及翼片32,供柱塞桿扣接於--座體上。 (5) 優越性 應注意的是本發明之物件可用簡眾之注棋技術製備*而 不需脫螺步驟*申請人發琨由製造之經濟性來看,其極具 競爭優勢,尤其申請人發規物件可依本發明製備*利用簡 簞之注模技術而減少製造成,包括整個成本及所用時間, 皆比需要脫螺步驟之注模技術製備成之物件少。 (6) 圖式簡單說明 圖1係本發明較佳實例立體分解圖,即一柱塞桿及藥筒 針單元。 圖2係圖1所示柱塞桿遠段21立體圖。 圖3係柱塞遠端之底視園,揭示若干V形肋條。 圖4、5係截面圖•掲示柱塞稈接於藥筒針簞元柱塞之陽 螺稈K前及以後之情形。 圖6係本發明多種肋條之截面_。 圖7係本發明柱塞另一實例之遠端底視圖。 本紙張又度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 X 2,97幺釐) 83.3.10,000 -----------1:裝---------訂-------1 —線 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再塡寫本頁)
