經濟部中夬標準局員工消費合作社印裝 2 打 762 at B7 五、發明説明(丨) 技術範圍: 本發明關於一種根據申請專利範圍第1項條文而用於吸收 性物件的表面薄片,以及一種根據申請專利範圍第7項條文 之生產表面薄片的方法。 發明背景: 吸收性物件如衛生毛巾、丟棄式尿布,以及失禁用墊片 等,一般係將吸收性心體失於透水性表面薄片及不透水墊 片之間而組成。表面薄片接觸穿用者,它或者是可自然透 水式’或者是穿孔式而讓排出之體内流體通過表面薄片, 因而留存在吸收心體中。 基於此型之吸收性物件,其最重要的是表面薄片傳達一 種乾燥的感覺,縱使當物件因長期使用而已磨損亦然。此 外’表面薄片在當接觸穿用者的皮膚時必需感覺很舒適。 由於表面薄片必須透水而讓液體通至吸收心體中,表面 薄片在當吸收性物件因穿用者移動之故而遭受壓縮力增高 時,必須不得受到回潮。另一方面而言,重要的是表面薄 片上的通孔’縱使在當吸收性物件受到簦縮時亦呈開啓, 否則排出之流體將會堆積在表面薄片的表面上。 在申請專利文件中已發表了各種的表面薄片。藉由範例 方式而在美國US-A-4 626 254號文件中發表了通孔式塑膠表 面薄片,其中通孔以壓縮方式置於表面薄片的上層,而其 通孔成形在垂直的壓縮壁上。可是此種表面薄片製造起來 比較複雜,因爲需要高的精密度來形成通孔a 一種表面薄片發表於歐洲第Ep_A_〇 23s 3〇9號專利文件中 4- 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標举(CNS ) A4規格(210X 297公董) '— ------- f請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁〕
