A process of producing non-alkali transparent soap without mercerization, which comprises the following steps: (1) mixing several kinds of foaming cleaner which are amino acid series anionic surfactants in which the foaming cleaner comprises: (a) 50.2% of liquid N-cocoyl-L-glutamic acid monotrie thanolamine salt; (b) 10.2% of powder N-cocoyl-L-glutamic acid monosodium salt; (c) 7.3% of powder N-lauroyl-L-glutamic acid monosodium salt; (d) 8.6% of powder N-myristoyl-L-glutamic acid monosodium salt; (e) 9.4% of powder N-(Mixed fattty acid)-acyl-L-glutamic acid monosodium salt; (f) 14.3% of powder N-stearoyl-L-glutamic acid monosodium salt; (2) pouring the above liquid mixture into formation mold for molding; (3) putting the mixture contained in the mold at room temperature for 10~12 hours for cooling and forming into semi-solid state; (4) air-drying the semi-solid mixture for 15 days to form semi-finished soap with fixed shape; (5) performing surface trimming on the semi-finished soap to form final product.
