Description

製造鞍座的方法及鞍座
本發明涉及一種製造鞍座的方法及相關的鞍座。特別地,本發明涉及一種製造自行車鞍座的方法。
在此討論中,將特別參考自行車鞍座;然而,本發明的原理可以以相同的方式應用於意在用於不同用途的鞍座。
眾所周知,自行車鞍座主要包括框架、殼體、襯墊和外塗層。
框架通常是由金屬或複合材料製成,其功能是允許將鞍座連接到鞍座柱並用作殼體的機械支撐。殼體,由既堅且硬的塑性材料製成,是使鞍座具有剛性的元件,可作為襯墊的支撐表面。
襯墊,通常由聚胺甲酸酯發泡材製成,被包括在殼體和外塗層之間。
眾所周知,製造這種類型的鞍座的方法包括在模具內部準備塗層材料的第一步驟,所述模具包括相對於鞍座的支撐表面的反型(countershape)表面。

從圖中可以看出,凸模20可以形成有***物202、204、206,以形成特定的底切(undercuts)並允許殼體從模具中的取出。這種類型的設備本身是本領域技術人員已知的,因此將不作進一步探討。
以相同的方式,未示出用於將聚合物供給到成型腔中的導管,因為它們本身也是本領域技術人員已知的元件。
一旦製成殼體14,就將模具打開,並且將第二凹模24替換為凹模18以射出成型襯墊22。例如,在第5圖中示出了所述模式,在其中可以注意到凸模20是相同的,而現在具有相對於襯墊22的反形狀的凹模18的形狀已經改變。
另一方面,在第6圖中,示出了替代實施例,其中,一旦製成殼體14,就將其從模具16上取下,並放置在第二凸模32中,接下來準備第二凹模24。
因此,在這種情況下,殼體14在專用模具內透過射出成型製成,並且隨後被放置在包括適合於製造襯墊22的凹模24的模具內。
從製造的鞍座的角度來看,這兩種方法基本上是等效的。從生產的角度來看,第二種方法允許將成型時間劃分在兩台機器上,並有可能進一步減少生產時間,並製成一定數量的框架-殼體(frame-shell)子集存貨,然後在另一機器對其進行成型。
根據可能的實施例,可以在對框架26成型期間透過射出成型來製造殼體14。
第7圖示出了框架26的可能的實施例。特別地,框架26可以包括兩個桿36、38,其可以由金屬、熱塑性材料和/或複合材料製成。
有利地,所述桿可以由C40製成。
如在第3圖中可以看到的,桿36、38可以包括漸縮的端部,佈置有徑向突出部,適於允許更好地黏附到殼體的熱塑性材料。
因此,根據本發明的製造鞍座的方法和相關的鞍座可以實現的優點是顯而易見的。
首先,製造鞍座的方法以及所使用的材料允許改善產品的性能,特別是在舒適性方面。
此外,它們允許增加生態永續性和所使用材料的再回收。
在鞍座的製造期間操作員所需的操作大大減少。
另外,由於週期時間顯著減少,因此生產成本顯著降低。
在這一點上,根據本發明的方法,鞍座12的成型週期所需的時間是非常短的時間,約為一分鐘。因此,週期時間顯著低於聚氨酯襯墊情況下所需的約六分鐘的週期時間。
此外,已經提供了製造鞍座的方法和相關的鞍座,其允許獲得相對於當前由聚胺甲酸酯發泡材製成的鞍座更舒適的鞍座。特別地,鞍座在使用過程中適於以整體方式伴隨使用者的骨盆/坐骨的平移。
此外,已經提供了一種方法,其中,透過修改在射出成型過程中使用的一些添加劑,可以控制鞍座的外表面的機械性質,而不會因此顯著改變製成襯墊的內芯的材料的性質。

Claims (14)

  1. 一種製造包括一殼體(14)和一襯墊(22)的鞍座(12)的方法,包括以下步驟: (a)將以熱塑性聚合物製成的所述殼體(14)佈置在一模具(16)內用於射出成型,所述模具包括一凹模(18)和一凸模(20、32);所述殼體(14)包括一支承表面(17)和在使用中面向所述襯墊(22)的一支撐表面(15);所述支承表面(17)耦接至所述凹模(18)或所述凸模(20、32)的一內壁,所述支撐表面(15)形成成型腔的壁; (b)使所述模具(16)閉合; (c)透過在所述殼體(14)上、在所述支撐表面(15)和所述模具(16)之間對熱塑性聚合物進行射出成型來製成所述襯墊(22)。
  2. 如請求項1之製造鞍座(12)的方法,其中步驟(c)中使用的聚合物是熱塑性彈性體三苯乙烯(TPE)。
  3. 如請求項1或請求項2之製造鞍座(12)的方法,其中步驟(c)中使用的聚合物是苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS)橡膠。

  5. 如請求項4之的製造鞍座(12)的方法,其中所述塗層(28)的硬度在5至60蕭氏A之間,所述內芯(30)的硬度在0至5蕭氏A之間,較佳為0蕭氏A。
  6. 如請求項1至請求項5任一項之製造鞍座(12)的方法,其中透過在包括所述凸模(20)和一第二凹模(24)的模具(22)中進行射出成型來製成所述殼體(14)。
  7. 如請求項1至請求項5任一項之製造鞍座(12)的方法,其中透過在專用模具內進行射出成型來製成所述殼體(14),並且隨後將所述殼體放置在所述模具(16)內。
