Claims (1)

  1. 一種半導體裝置,其包含: 基板,其包括第一表面及與該第一表面相對之第二表面; 封裝,其在該基板上方; 複數個第一導體,其在該基板上方;及 複數個第二導體,其在該基板上方,其中該等複數個第一導體及該等複數個該等第二導體實質上處於同一層級,且該等第二導體之寬度大於該等第一導體之寬度。
