Description

Disposable diapers

The invention relates to a disposable diaper.

Previously, there has been known an unfoldable disposable diaper which is a stretchable stretchable portion of an absorbent body including an absorbent body which is disposed on the back side of the wearer's spine when worn. Made of side panels. Such a disposable diaper stretches a hook-and-loop fastener provided at the front end of the side panel to wear the diaper. Therefore, from the viewpoint of the strength of the joint between the side panel and the absorbent body, there is proposed a The composition of the research. For example, the applicant has previously proposed a disposable diaper in which the side panel has two sheets and an elastic member fixed between the two sheets, and a hook-and-loop fastener is provided at the front end. The outer layer composite sheet It has a leak-proof sheet, and a non-woven fabric bonded to the outer surface side of the leak-proof sheet via an outer layer adhesive layer, and the side sheet has a body-side adhesive that fixes the end of the absorbent body side of the elastic member or its vicinity The agent layer and the end of the elastic member on the front end side of the side sheet or the vicinity thereof are fixed to the front end adhesive layer. The end of the side sheet on the absorbent body side is used in conjunction with the body side adhesive layer The overlapping or continuous reinforcing adhesive layer is reinforced, and the reinforced end is joined to the outer layer composite sheet by a connecting adhesive layer. In the width direction of the diaper, the main body side adhesive layer is outward Formed away from the outer adhesive layer, the body-side adhesive layer, the reinforcing adhesive layer, the connecting adhesive layer, and the outer adhesive layer are not generated in the width direction of the diaper The gap provided (Patent Document 1). Such a disposable diaper can, on the one hand, suppress the decrease in flexibility and the like, and on the other hand, increase the bonding strength between the side panel and the absorbent body. <1> 一種拋棄式尿布,其係具備包含吸收體及配置於該吸收體之外表面側之外層複合片材的吸收性本體、以及安裝於該吸收性本體之一個或兩個側部之側片者,且 上述側片具有2片片材及固定於該2片片材間之彈性構件,且於前端部設置有黏扣帶, can suppress the occurrence of cracking or breakage at the junction of the side panel and the absorbent body or its vicinity when the diaper or the like provided at the front end of the side panel is stretched to wear the diaper However, there is room for improvement in the strength of the outer layer composite sheet disposed on the outer surface side of the absorbent body. The object of the present invention is to provide a disposable diaper that can solve the disadvantages of the prior art. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on its preferred embodiments with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, the disposable diaper 1 (hereinafter, also referred to as diaper 1) of the present invention includes an absorbent body 2 including an absorber 23 and an outer layer composite sheet disposed on the outer surface side of the absorber 23 22; and side panels 3, 3, which are installed on both sides of the absorbent body 2. As shown in FIG. 1, the absorbent body 2 has a vertically elongated shape when it is unfolded and extended, and has: a ventral portion A, which is located on the ventral side of the wearer when worn; a back portion B, which is located on the wearer's side Dorsal; and lower crotch C, which is located between the crotch. As shown in FIG. 1, the absorbent body 2 has a rectangular shape in a state of being expanded in a plane. The side panels 3 and 3 are installed on both sides of the absorbent body 2 in the back side portion B in such a manner as to protrude outward from both side edges of the absorbent body 2 respectively. Here, the unfolded and extended state of the diaper 1 means that the elastic members of each part are extended to expand the unfolded diaper 1 to a design size (same as the size when the flat member is expanded in a state where the influence of the elastic member is completely excluded) The state so far. The longitudinal direction of the disposable diaper 1 is the Y direction in the figure, which is the same direction as the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body. The width direction of the disposable diaper 1 is the X direction in the figure, which is the same direction as the width direction of the absorbent body 2. In the following description, the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1 or the direction of the component of the diaper 1 corresponding to the longitudinal direction of the diaper is also simply referred to as the Y direction, and the width direction of the diaper 1 or the component of the diaper 1 is the same as the width of the diaper The direction corresponding to the direction is also simply referred to as the X direction. In addition, the inner surface of the diaper 1 or the constituent member of the diaper 1 faces the skin side of the wearer when worn, and the outer surface of the diaper 1 or the constituent member of the diaper 1 faces the opposite side of the wearer's skin when worn Face. Furthermore, the inner side of the diaper 1 or the constituent member of the diaper 1 is the absorbent body side in the width direction of the diaper 1, and the outer side of the diaper 1 or the constituent member of the diaper 1 is an adhesive tape in the width direction of the diaper 1 4 sides. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the absorbent body 2 has a liquid-permeable surface sheet 21, an outer layer composite sheet 22, and a liquid-retaining absorber 23 interposed between the two sheets 21, 22 . The outer layer composite sheet 22 has a liquid-impermeable or liquid-impermeable (including water-repellent) leak-proof sheet 22a, and is joined to the outer surface side of the leak-proof sheet 22a via an outer layer adhesive layer 61 (FIG. 4 Middle is the Q side) outer layer nonwoven fabric 22b. The top view shape of the outer layer nonwoven fabric 22b is the same as that of the absorbent body 2. As shown in FIG. 4, the leakproof sheet 22a has the same top view shape as the outer layer nonwoven fabric 22b except that the width in the X direction is slightly smaller. Due to the presence of the outer nonwoven fabric 22b, the skin on the outer surface of the diaper feels good. In addition, as shown in FIG. 1, both sides of the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 2 are provided with three-dimensional protection forming sheets 24 and 24 along the longitudinal direction. As shown in FIG. 4, the three-dimensional protection forming sheet 24 is fixed to the surface sheet 21 from the side of the surface sheet through the adhesive layers 62, 66 to 68 on both sides of the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 2. The edge extends out of the outer layer composite sheet 22 and the sheet 31 constituting the side sheet 3. The adhesive layers 62, 66, and 67 are formed over substantially the entire length of the absorbent body 2. However, the adhesive layer 68 is provided on the ventral part A and the dorsal part B, and on the other hand, it is not provided on the crotch part C. Each three-dimensional protection forming sheet 24 has an elastic member 25 for three-dimensional protection formation along the edge near the inner edge of the absorbent body 2 in the width direction (X direction). The contraction force of the member 25, the part of the crotch part C with a specific width away from the end edge is away from the surface sheet 21 to form a three-dimensional protection. Further, as shown in FIG. 1, an elastic member 26 for forming leg wrinkles is arranged at the portion of the leg circumference arranged on both sides of the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 2. In this embodiment, one sheet is used as the three-dimensional protection forming sheet 24 without folding. Alternatively, one sheet may be formed by folding one sheet into a two-layer structure and joining the two layers by a hot-melt portion arranged in a scatter pattern. In addition, only one part may be used in which the elastic member 25 is fixed to a two-layer structure. For the thermal fusion bonding between the layers of the two-layer structure part, for example, heat sealing, ultrasonic sealing, high-frequency sealing, or a combination of two or more thereof can be used. Alternatively, the bonding may be performed by an adhesive agent arranged in a scattered spot. In addition, the sealing pattern is preferably a dot pattern in which the hot-melt portion is formed in a scatter shape, but it is not limited to this. For example, one or more linear hot-melt portions may be formed in the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1 or the like Linear patterns, or lattice patterns. In addition, two or more types of seal patterns may be used in combination. The sheet 24 for forming three-dimensional protection in the diaper 1 forms the inner surfaces of both sides of the absorbent body 2. Moreover, the sheet | seat 24 for three-dimensional protection formation is joined to the both side parts of the surface sheet 21 arrange | positioned at the inner surface side of the absorber 23. The surface sheet 21 and a pair of three-dimensional protection forming sheets 24 formed on the inner surface side in a state where a part of the surface sheet 21 overlaps both sides in the Y direction of the surface sheet 21 are formed when the diaper 1 is worn The skin side sheet 20 facing the skin. The skin-side sheet 20 in the diaper 1 includes a surface sheet 21 and a three-dimensional protection forming sheet 24 connected to both sides thereof. The skin-side sheet 20 only needs to be disposed on the inner surface side of the side sheet 3 at least in a portion overlapping the side sheet 3. The skin-side sheet may include only the surface sheet. Furthermore, the “inner surface side of the sheet” is the P side in FIG. 4 (the side of the side sheet facing the wearer ’s skin side), and the “outer surface side of the sheet” is the Q side in FIG. 4 (side The face of the film is the side opposite to the wearer's skin). As shown in FIG. 1, the diaper 1 is formed to be bilaterally symmetrical with respect to the longitudinal center line CL that bisects the absorbent body 2 in the width direction (X direction). Therefore, regarding the configuration of the side panels 3, 3 and their engagement with the absorbent body 2 and the hook-and-loop fastener 4, the left side panel of FIG. 1 is mainly used as an example for description, but the right side panel except It is the same except for left-right symmetry. As shown in FIG. 3, the side panel 3 in the diaper 1 has a rectangular shape in a state where it expands in a plane shape. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the side panel 3 includes: two sheets 31, 32 made of nonwoven fabric; and a plurality of elastic members 33, which are fixed to the two sheets while being stretched in the diaper width direction (X direction) Between 31 and 32 materials. The front end 3a of the side panel 3 is provided with a hook-and-loop fastener 4 for fixing the side panel 3 to other parts. As shown in FIG. 4, the hook-and-loop fastener 4 is joined to the sheet 32 on the outer surface side of the side sheet 3 via an adhesive layer 65. As shown in FIG. 3, the elastic members 33 are arranged along the width direction (X direction) of the diaper 1, respectively. In addition, the plurality of elastic members 33 in each side panel 3 are arranged at substantially equal intervals in the longitudinal direction (Y direction) of the diaper. As for the side sheet 3 in the diaper 1, as shown in FIG. 4, the two sheets 31, 32 constituting the side sheet 3 are joined via adhesive layers 35, 36, 37. These adhesive layers 35, 36, and 37 are formed by extending in the diaper length direction (Y direction). In addition, in the adhesive layers 35, 36, and 37, a plurality of elastic members 33 are fixed in an extended state between the two sheets 31, 32 via the adhesive constituting each adhesive layer, and the elasticity is not interposed At the part of the member 33, the two sheets 31 and 32 are directly joined to each other via an adhesive constituting each adhesive layer. Next, the agent layer 35 is provided on the side of the absorbent body 2 in the extending direction of the side sheet 3, and fixes the end of each elastic member 33 on the side of the absorbent body 2 or its vicinity. The adhesive layer 36 is provided on the front end portion 3a side of the side sheet 3 in the extending direction, and fixes the end portion of the side sheet 3 of each elastic member 33 on the front end portion 3a side or its vicinity. As shown in FIG. 3, the intermediate layer 30, which is an area between the adhesive layer 35 and the adhesive layer 36 in the extending direction of the side panel 3, that is, the adhesive layer 37 is provided in plural. The adhesive layer 37 has a width smaller than any of the two adhesive layers 35 and 36, and a plurality of intermittently formed in the intermediate region 30, but may also be formed continuously in the width direction (X direction) of the diaper. The adhesive layer 37 may be formed continuously with either or both of the two adhesive layers 35 and 36 described above. In the diaper 1 of this embodiment, the extending direction of the side panels 3 coincides with the width direction of the diaper. As shown in FIG. 3, the adhesive layers 35, 36, and 37 each intersect a plurality of (preferably three or more) elastic members 33 extending in the X direction and extend in the diaper length direction (Y direction). The adhesive layers 35, 36, and 37 preferably cross all elastic members 33 extending in the X direction and extend in the diaper length direction (Y direction), and more preferably extend over the upper and lower edges 3u of the side panels 3 , The full length between 3d. Regarding the side panel 3, as shown in FIG. 4, among the above-mentioned two sheets 31, 32 constituting the side panel 3, a sheet 32 on the outer surface side of the side panel 3 (the Q side in FIG. 4) Both end portions 3a, 3b are folded back toward the inner surface side of the sheet 32 (the Q side in FIG. 4), and the folded portions are joined to the inner surface of the sheet 32 via the reinforcing adhesive layers 63, 64, respectively. On the other hand, the sheet 31 located on the inner surface side (P side in FIG. 4) of the two sheets 31 and 32 constituting the side sheet 3 is not folded back toward the outer surface side of the sheet 31 , Did not turn back to the inner surface side. In this way, the two sheets 31, 32 constituting the side sheet 3 can be folded back toward the outer surface side (the Q side in FIG. 4) or the inner surface side (the P side in FIG. 4) of the sheets 31, 32. The sheets 31 and 32 may not be folded back on the outer surface side or the inner surface side. As shown in FIG. 4, the side sheet 3 of the present embodiment is formed with reinforcing adhesive layers 63 and 64 at each of both end portions 3 a and 3 b in the width direction of the sheet 32 on the outer surface side. As shown in FIG. 4, the reinforcing adhesive layers 63 and 64 formed by the two end portions 3 a and 3 b in the width direction of the two sheets 31 and 32 constituting the side sheet 3 may be formed on the outer surface of the side sheet 3 The portion of the sheet 32 on the side (the Q side in FIG. 4) that is folded back toward the inner surface side can also be formed on the outward surface of the sheet 32 on the outer surface side of the side panel 3 (the Q side in FIG. 4) The part of the side retracement. In either case, the bonding strength of the side panel 3 is improved by forming a reinforcing adhesive layer. As shown in FIG. 4, the reinforcing adhesive layers 63 and 64 may be continuous with the adhesive layers 35 and 36 respectively joining the two sheets 31 and 32, or may not be continuous with the same. Furthermore, the two sheets 31 and 32 constituting the side sheet 3 may not have a folded portion at both end portions 3a and 3b in the width direction. The side sheet 3 is joined to the outer-layer composite sheet 22 and the skin-side sheet 20 disposed on the inner surface side of the side sheet 3 via a connecting adhesive layer 62. In the X direction, the connecting adhesive layer 62 is located on the outer side of the inner side edge 3c of the side sheet 3, and the side sheet 3 and the outer layer composite sheet 22 are joined, and on the inner side of the side sheet 3 The edge 3c is closer to the inner side, and joins the outer layer composite sheet 22 to the skin-side sheet 20. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 5, the connecting adhesive layer 62 is disposed on the outer side and the inner side of the inner side edge 3 c of the side panel 3, and the inner side end of the side panel 3 is placed on the outer side The portion 3b is joined to the leak-proof sheet 22a, and the leak-proof sheet 22a is joined to the three-dimensional protection forming sheet 24 or the surface sheet 21 on the inner side. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the adhesive layer 62 for connection is separated from the adhesive layer 66 that joins the sheet 31 on the inner surface side of the side sheet 3 and the sheet 24 for three-dimensional protection formation, but also The adhesive layer 66 may be continuous. As shown in FIG. 4, the adhesive layer 62 for connection is separated from the adhesive layer 67 that joins the surface sheet 21 and the sheet 24 for three-dimensional protection formation, but it may be continuous with the adhesive layer 67. As shown in FIG. 5, the outer-layer adhesive layer 61 joins the leak-proof sheet 22a constituting the outer-layer composite sheet 22 to the outer-layer non-woven fabric 22b, and further, in the thickness direction Z of the diaper 1 and the inner side edge 3c of the side panel 3 The overlapped position has a discontinuity 7 where no adhesive is arranged. In the intermittent portion 7, the leak-proof sheet 22 a is not joined to the outer layer non-woven fabric 22 b, whereby the leak-proof sheet 22 a becomes easy to extend in the width direction (X direction). Thereby, when the side sheet 3 is stretched outward and the diaper 1 is worn, it is possible to suppress the local concentration of strain on the leak-proof sheet 22a, and it is difficult for the leak-proof sheet 22a to split in the width direction. On the other hand, if the outer surface of the leak-proof sheet 22a is continuously joined to the outer layer nonwoven fabric 22b in the width direction via the outer-layer adhesive layer 61, the inner surface of the leak-proof sheet 22a is connected via the adhesive layer 62 for connection Continuously joining the side sheet 3 and the surface sheet 21 in the width direction makes it difficult for the leakage prevention sheet 22a to extend inward or outward in the width direction (X direction). Therefore, if the side sheet 3 is stretched outward, tension will be applied to the leak-proof sheet 22a via the connecting adhesive layer 62 to the outward side, and the strain will be locally concentrated on the inner side of the side sheet 3 Edge 3c nearby. As a result, in the portion of the diaper in the thickness direction Z that overlaps with the inner side edge 3c, the leakproof sheet 22a may be cracked. The discontinuity 7 is arranged at a position overlapping the inner side edge 3c of the side panel 3 in the thickness direction Z. The inner side edge line 3cL (refer to FIG. 5) is used to indicate the position where this overlaps with the inner side edge 3c. From the viewpoint of further suppressing the cracking of the leakproof sheet 22a in the width direction, the length W1 (see FIG. 5) of the intermittent portion 7 in the width direction (X direction) is preferably 1 mm or more, more preferably 1. 5 mm or more, and preferably 5 mm or less, more preferably 3 mm or less, preferably 1 mm or more and 5 mm or less, more preferably 1. 5 mm or more and 3 mm or less. In addition, when the discontinuity 7 is divided into an inner side portion 7a and an outer side portion 7b using the inner side edge line 3cL of the side panel 3, the length of the inner side portion 7a in the width direction (X direction) W1a (refer to Figure 5) is preferably 0. 5 mm or more, more preferably 1 mm or more, and preferably 5 mm or less, more preferably 3 mm or less, preferably 0. 5 mm or more and 5 mm or less, more preferably 1 mm or more and 3 mm or less. Furthermore, the length W1b (see FIG. 5) of the outer side portion 7b in the width direction (X direction) is preferably 0. 5 mm or more, more preferably 1 mm or more, and preferably 5 mm or less, more preferably 3 mm or less, preferably 0. 5 mm or more and 5 mm or less, more preferably 1 mm or more and 3 mm or less. In addition, in this specification, the size of each part such as the discontinuity 7 is to extend the elastic member such as the elastic member 33 to expand the side panel or diaper to the design size (in the state where the influence of the elastic member is completely excluded) The dimensions are the same when the plane is expanded). As shown in FIG. 5, the outer adhesive layer 61 has a portion 71 in which the adhesive is disposed in a region R overlapping the vicinity of the side panel 3 including the inner side edge 3c in the thickness direction Z of the diaper 1. The stripe coating portion 70 is intermittently arranged in the width direction (X direction). Between the portion 71 where the adhesive is arranged, a portion 72 where the adhesive is not arranged is arranged, and one of the portions 72 constitutes the above-mentioned intermittent portion 7. According to this configuration, it is possible to further suppress that the strain on the leakage prevention sheet 22a when the side sheet 3 is stretched outward in the width direction is locally concentrated in the vicinity of the inner side edge 3c. In this manner, the outer adhesive layer 61 preferably has a stripe coating portion 70 in a region R overlapping the inner side edge 3c of the side panel 3 and its vicinity in the thickness direction Z of the diaper 1. Further, in the stripe coating portion 70, it is preferable that one of the portions 72 where no adhesive is disposed between the portions 71 where the adhesive is disposed constitutes the discontinuity portion 7. The stripe coating portion 70 may include at least two portions 72 including the discontinuity 7 where no adhesive is disposed. The stripe coating portion 70 may be disposed in the region R of the outer adhesive layer 61 overlapping the inner side edge 3c of the side panel 3 in the thickness direction Z and the vicinity thereof, and may also extend across the width direction of the outer adhesive layer 61 Global configuration. The region R overlapping the inner side edge 3c of the side panel 3 and its vicinity is an area within 10 mm from both sides of the inner side edge 3c in the width direction (X direction). From the viewpoint of more surely exerting the above effect, the length W2 (see FIG. 5) of the portion 71 where the adhesive is arranged in the width direction (X direction) is preferably 0. 5 mm or more, more preferably 1 mm or more, and preferably 3 mm or less, more preferably 2 mm or less, preferably 0. 5 mm or more and 3 mm or less, more preferably 1 mm or more and 2 mm or less. Further, the length W2 (see FIG. 5) of the portion 71 where the adhesive is arranged in the width direction (X direction) is preferably 20% or more with respect to the length W3 (see FIG. 5) of the portion 72 where the adhesive is not arranged, It is more preferably 30% or more, and further preferably 100% or less, more preferably 80% or less, preferably 20% or more and 100% or less, more preferably 30% or more and 80% or less. In addition, the length W3 (see FIG. 5) of the portion 72 where the adhesive is not arranged in the width direction (X direction) is preferably 1 mm or more, more preferably 1. 5 mm or more, and preferably 5 mm or less, more preferably 3 mm or less, preferably 1 mm or more and 5 mm or less, more preferably 1. 5 mm or more and 3 mm or less. On the outer side than the inner side edge 3c of the side panel 3, the outer layer composite sheet 22 is preferably a leak-proof sheet 22a and an outer layer non-woven fabric 22b in which the shear strength in the width direction is greater than that in the width direction The tensile strength of the sheet 22a. According to this configuration, the load applied to the shear direction of the outer layer adhesive layer 61 when the side sheet 3 is stretched outward in the width direction can more surely secure the bonding strength of the side sheet 3 and the absorbent body 2. Whether the shear strength of the outer layer composite sheet 22 is greater than the tensile strength of the leakproof sheet 22a can be compared with the peeling of the leakproof sheet 22a and the outer layer nonwoven fabric 22b when the side sheet 3 is stretched, the leakproof sheet 22a is judged by cracking in the width direction (X direction). The method of confirming the relationship between the shear strength of the outer layer composite sheet 22 and the tensile strength of the leak-proof sheet 22a in more detail is as follows. The part including the portion near the inner side edge 3c of the side panel 3 shown in FIG. 5 is a rectangular sample with the long side in the width direction (X direction) and the short side in the length direction (Y direction) Cut out from the diaper 1 piece. The leak-proof sheet 22a and the outer layer non-woven fabric 22b of this sample sheet are cut in the longitudinal direction (Y direction) at a position corresponding to the inner side edge line 3cL. Thereafter, the side sheet 3 and the absorbent body 2 sandwiching the sample sheet are closer to the longitudinal center line CL side than the inner side edge line 3cL, and are stretched in the width direction (X direction) until the sample sheet breaks until. At this time, if the leakage prevention sheet 22a is split in the width direction (X direction) before the leakage prevention sheet 22a is peeled off from the outer layer nonwoven fabric 22b, it can be judged that the shear strength of the outer layer composite sheet 22 is greater than The tensile strength of the leak-proof sheet 22a. The shear strength of the outer layer composite sheet 22 can be improved by the following methods: when the leakage preventing sheet 22a and the outer layer non-woven fabric 22b are bonded via the adhesive 61, press firmly, or press while heating. In addition, the tensile strength of the leak-proof sheet 22a in the width direction (X direction) is preferably 100 cN / 25 mm or more, more preferably 150 cN / 25 mm or more, and further preferably 400 cN / 25 mm or less , More preferably 300 cN / 25 mm or less, preferably 100 cN / 25 mm or more and 400 cN / 25 mm or less, more preferably 150 cN / 25 mm or more and 300 cN / 25 mm or less. This tensile strength is measured as follows. First, the outer layer nonwoven fabric 22b and the leak-proof sheet 22a are separated from the diaper 1 using a solvent in which the adhesive is dissolved or cold spray. The separated leak-proof sheet 22a was cut into short strip-shaped sample pieces whose length direction (Y direction) was 25 mm wide and width direction (X direction) was about 100 mm wide. For this sample piece, use a tensile tester (Orientec Co., Ltd. "Tensilon" RTC-1150A) to measure the maximum point load when the sample piece is stretched in the direction corresponding to the diaper width direction (X direction), and The measured maximum point load is set as the tensile strength of the leak-proof sheet 22a. At this time, the chuck interval is set to 50 mm, and the stretching speed is set to 300 mm / min. In addition, the outer layer nonwoven fabric 22b preferably has a tensile strength in the width direction (X direction) greater than the leak-proof sheet 22a. According to this configuration, by stretching the side sheet 3 outward in the width direction, even if a load is applied to the outer layer nonwoven fabric 22b in the width direction, the outer layer nonwoven fabric 22b can be further suppressed from being split in the width direction. From the viewpoint of more surely exerting the above effect, the tensile strength of the outer nonwoven fabric 22b in the width direction (X direction) is preferably 300 cN / 25 mm or more, more preferably 400 cN / 25 mm or more, and Preferably it is 1000 cN / 25 mm or less, more preferably 800 cN / 25 mm or less, preferably 300 cN / 25 mm or more and 1000 cN / 25 mm or less, more preferably 400 cN / 25 mm or more and 800 cN / 25 mm or less. The tensile strength of the outer layer nonwoven fabric 22b can be measured by the same method as the tensile strength of the leak-proof sheet 22a described above. Regarding the leak-proof sheet 22a, as shown in FIG. 5, in the width direction (X direction), the outer side edge 22a1 of the leak-proof sheet 22a is located further outside and closer to the inner side edge 3c of the side sheet 3 The outer layer nonwoven fabric 22b has an outer side edge 22b1 on the inner side. In other words, the outer side edge 22a1 of the leakage prevention sheet 22a is located between the outer side edge 22b1 of the outer layer nonwoven fabric 22b and the inner side edge 3c of the side panel 3 in the width direction (X direction). The portion of the outer layer non-woven fabric 22b that extends from the outer side edge 22a1 of the leak-proof sheet 22a is also referred to as an extended portion 22b2. In addition, in the side sheet 3, the inner end portion 3b of the side sheet 3 is joined to the extended portion 22b2 of the outer layer nonwoven fabric 22b via the connection adhesive layer 62 in the width direction (X direction). In this way, the portion of the connecting adhesive layer 62 that joins the inner end portion 3b of the side panel 3 and the extended portion 22b2 of the outer layer nonwoven fabric 22b is also referred to as an extended adhesive portion 62a. According to this configuration, the portion where the side sheet 3 and the outer layer nonwoven fabric 22b are directly joined is provided, so that when the side sheet 3 is stretched outward in the width direction, the application between the leakproof sheet 22a and the outer layer nonwoven fabric 22b can be further reduced The load in the shear direction of the joint.
