Abstract

本發明係有關於一種「燈體結構改良」,燈體係由一內部裝設驅動器之散熱本體、一具若干發光元件之電子基板、一燈頭及一側裙所組成,散熱本體一端固設燈頭,且散熱本體異於燈頭一端固設側裙,而電子基板係與驅動器形成電連結,驅動器係與燈頭形成電連結,而側裙係為有顏色之外罩體;藉此,可產生漸層式的顏色視覺感受,使之可增加情境效果,增進生活情趣及營造環境氣氛。

Description

燈體結構改良
本發明係關於一種「燈體結構改良」,尤指一種構成組件簡單,組裝容易,且投射出之光線可呈現出不同層次美感及較佳視覺變化之燈體發明。
按,習知之LED燈體結構,主要係由一內部裝設驅動器之散熱本體、一具若干LED之電子基板、一燈頭及一側裙所組成,該散熱本體之一端固設該燈頭,且該散熱本體異於該燈頭之一端固設該側裙,而該電子基板係與該驅動器形成電連結,該驅動器係與該燈頭形成電連結。
雖然該等LED燈體結構得以供照明之用,但是由於習知之側裙係為單一透光性之塑膠罩體,而由LED所產生的白光或是黃光,經該透光側裙投射出去之後皆呈現白色或是黃色的單一色澤,其缺點為單調且缺乏有層次的視覺效果。
而針對前述習知結構之問題,申請人發明出公告號M462831一種燈罩,其係與一燈座及一發光單元組合成一燈具,該燈罩係由可透光材質之一第一罩體、一第二罩體及一連接環所組成。
該第一罩體與該燈座連接,該連接環連接於該第一罩體及該第二罩體之間,藉由該連接環與該第一、二罩體連接成一燈罩,能使自該燈罩投射出去的光線因該第一、二罩體及該連接環之透光度或顏色的不 同,呈現出不同視覺變化效果。
然而,該等組成之構件過多,不僅生產成本提高,且需組裝者花費較多的時間,先將連接環分別與第一、二罩體黏接,之後,再將第一罩體與燈座進行黏接,不僅組裝不容易,且並不適合大量生產製造,且整體之體積過大,外觀美感度並不佳,實有將之作進一步改良之必要。
本發明人有鑑於目前習用結構仍有改進的地方,所以就從事相關產品的多年產銷經驗,且針對目前存在的相關問題,深思改善的方法,在經過多次改良測試後,終於創造出一種燈體結構改良。
緣此,本發明之主要目的在於提供一種可產生漸層式的顏色視覺感受,使之可增加情境效果,增進生活情趣及營造環境氣氛之燈體結構改良。
本發明之另一目的在於提供一種僅需更換燈體,而不需更換燈罩組,即可呈現出不同層次的美感且具視覺變化效果,並可廣泛適用於不同場所之燈體結構改良。
本發明之又一目的在於提供一種構成組件少,體積小巧,組裝方便容易,適合大量生產製造之燈體結構改良。
為了達到上述目的,本發明提出了一種燈體結構改良,該燈體係由一內部裝設驅動器之散熱本體、一具若干發光元件之電子基板、一燈頭及一側裙所組成,該散熱本體之一端固設該燈頭,且該散熱本體異於該燈頭之一端固設該側裙,而該電子基板係與該驅動器形成電連結,該驅動器係與該燈頭形成電連結;其改良在於:該側裙係為有顏色之外罩體。 其可進一步包括一蓋體,該蓋體係固設於該側裙之底面。
其中,該側裙係為塑膠材質。
其中,該側裙係為玻璃材質。
其中,該側裙係為圓弧形。
其可進一步包括一燈罩,該燈罩係供該燈體裝設。
其可進一步包括一安裝座,該安裝座係固設於該散熱本體之一側,使該電子基板得以容置於該安裝座上。
其中,該側裙係與該安裝座黏結結合。
其中,該側裙朝向該安裝座之一側緣具有若干凸柱,而該安裝座相對於各凸柱之位置分別具有若干得以供各凸柱插置定位之插孔,該側裙之各凸柱係分別插設定位於各插孔中。
其中,該側裙朝向該安裝座之一側緣具有若干卡塊,而該安裝座相對於各卡塊之位置分別具有若干得以供各卡塊容置定位之插槽,該側裙之各卡塊係分別插設定位於各插槽中。

首先,請配合參閱第一圖至第八圖所示,本發明為一種燈體結構改良,該燈體10係由一內部裝設驅動器111之散熱本體11、一具若干發光元件121之電子基板12、一燈頭13及一側裙14所組成,該散熱本體11之一端固設該燈頭13,且該散熱本體11異於該燈頭13之一端固設該側裙14,而該電子基板12係與該驅動器111形成電連結,該驅動器111係與該燈頭13形成電連結,而藉由該燈頭13裝設於燈座(圖中未示)上,使各發光元件121得以發光,以達到照明之目的; 而值得注意的是,該側裙14係為有顏色之外罩體,且該側裙14之外觀曲線係與該散熱本體11之外觀曲線相鄰接,使之外型輪廓呈流線順暢。
其中,該側裙14係為塑膠材質。
其中,該側裙14係為玻璃材質。
其可進一步包括一可為透明或不透明塑膠材質之蓋體15,該蓋體15係固設於該側裙14之底面,使之得以蓋覆該電子基板12,而該蓋體15係可為平板蓋或是半圓蓋(如第一圖及第六圖所示)。
其中,該散熱本體11之外周緣具有若干金屬製或塑膠製之 散熱鰭片112。
其中,該側裙14係為不同之外觀造型,其可為平直形、凹弧形、圓弧形、半圓形或錐形。
其中,該發光元件121係為白光或黃光之LED燈。
其可進一步包括一安裝座16,該安裝座16係鎖固於該散熱本體11之一側,使該電子基板12得以容置於該安裝座16上。
其中,該側裙14係與該安裝座16黏結結合。
其中,該側裙14朝向該安裝座16之一側緣具有若干凸柱141,而該安裝座16相對於各凸柱141之位置分別具有若干得以供各凸柱141插置定位之插孔161,該側裙14之各凸柱141係分別插設定位於各插孔161中。
其中,該側裙14朝向該安裝座16之一側緣具有若干卡塊142,而該安裝座16相對於各卡塊142之位置分別具有若干得以供各卡塊142容置定位之插槽162,該側裙14之各卡塊142係分別插設定位於各插槽162中(如第六圖所示)。
其可進一步包括一燈罩組20,該燈罩組20係供該燈體10裝設(如第五圖所示)。
而藉由以上之組合構成,請續配合參閱第一圖至第八圖所示,本發明藉由燈頭13裝設於與電力源連接之燈座(圖中未示)上,使各發光元件121得以發光,以達到照明之使用目的;
而值得注意的是,由於本發明之側裙14係為有顏色之塑膠或玻璃材質之外罩體,故可達到不同顏色之光源顯示效果;其中,當電子 基板12之發光元件121係為白光時,係可直接投射於下方呈白色的光線,而因不同顏色的側裙14,可向側面環周產生不同顏色的視覺感受;或是當電子基板12之發光元件121係為黃光時,係可直接投射於下方呈黃色溫暖的光線,而因不同顏色的側裙14,可向側面環周產生不同顏色的視覺感受(如第四圖所示)。
除此之外,更可將本發明燈體10裝設於一燈罩組20內(如第五圖所示),而因燈罩組20內之燈體10係為特定顏色的側裙14,故可產生漸層式的顏色視覺感受,使之形成一情境燈泡,例如:白色之發光元件121加上紫色之側裙14時,位於紫色之側裙14以上(包含側裙14位置)之燈罩組20將具有紫色漸層式的視覺感受,而位於紫色之側裙14以下之燈罩組20下方投射為白色光(如第五圖所示),使之可增加情境效果,增進生活情趣及營造環境氣氛,具有極佳之使用成效,深具實用性。
而本發明可設計出不同顏色的側裙14與燈體10結合,而可供使用者自由選擇,可更換各類之情境燈泡,營造氣氛方便快速,僅需更換燈體10,而不需換燈罩組20,以呈現出不同層次的美感且具視覺變化效果,並可廣泛適用於不同場所,深具經濟實用性。
再者,本發明之構成組件少,體積小巧,生產成本甚低,組裝方便容易,適合大量生產製造,且整體之外觀美感度甚佳。
綜上所述,本發明燈體結構改良,有效地改善習用結構所存在的種種缺點,且本發明之主要技術手段並未見於任何相關之刊物中,誠符合發明專利之申請要件,爰依法提出申請,懇請 鈞局賜准本發明專利 權。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種燈體結構改良,該燈體係由一內部裝設驅動器之散熱本體、一具若干發光元件之電子基板、一燈頭及一側裙所組成,該散熱本體之一端固設該燈頭,且該散熱本體異於該燈頭之一端固設該側裙,而該電子基板係與該驅動器形成電連結,該驅動器係與該燈頭形成電連結;其改良在於:該側裙係為有顏色之外罩體。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之燈體結構改良,其可進一步包括一蓋體,該蓋體係固設於該側裙之底面。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之燈體結構改良,其中,該側裙係為塑膠材質。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之燈體結構改良,其中,該側裙係為玻璃材質。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之燈體結構改良,其中,該側裙係為圓弧形。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之燈體結構改良,其可進一步包括一燈罩,該燈罩係供該燈體裝設。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之燈體結構改良,其可進一步包括一安裝座,該安裝座係固設於該散熱本體之一側,使該電子基板得以容置於該安裝座上。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之燈體結構改良,其中,該側裙係與該安裝座黏結結合。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之燈體結構改良,其中,該側裙朝向 該安裝座之一側緣具有若干凸柱,而該安裝座相對於各凸柱之位置分別具有若干得以供各凸柱插置定位之插孔,該側裙之各凸柱係分別插設定位於各插孔中。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之燈體結構改良,其中,該側裙朝向該安裝座之一側緣具有若干卡塊,而該安裝座相對於各卡塊之位置分別具有若干得以供各卡塊容置定位之插槽,該側裙之各卡塊係分別插設定位於各插槽中。
