Description

INSTRUCTIONS: C TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a box for transporting goods, which can display the goods transported in the box to a customer and facilitate access to the customer. The goods in the box. L· ^ Most products are shipped in boxes with open tops. For example, many different box shapes for transporting most beverage bottles or smaller containers of most beverage bottles (e.g., so-called "six packs") from a factory to a retailer are well known in the beverage industry. At the time of retail, the boxes are often stacked such that the product, which is only accessible from the top and thus located at one of the bottom positions of the stack, can only be accessed when all of the boxes above the product are removed. . This is very uncomfortable, laborious and time consuming. In addition, these boxes are usually only designed to carry certain goods, such as bottles, etc., so other boxes must be used to carry other goods. It would therefore be advantageous to provide a box that can more efficiently and simply access the product being transported in the box. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Some embodiments of the present invention thus include a base or bottom and at least two pairs: a knife? The opposite side wall 'one of the first side walls of the side walls is formed such that it can take out the product contained in the box. In addition, the first side wall is at least partially extended upwardly from the bottom or bottom layer by a lifting or unloading height, and the height of the extraction or unloading is lower than the height of one or several of the remaining side walls. The height of the hearing decision is determined by the first 201223832 side wall 疋 has a __ size or size - the lateral opening is the size to be accepted 'intrinsic. The product in the head can be accessed and removed or extracted through the lateral opening σ. According to a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides the phase of the above embodiment. The phase further includes a locking element extending between the opposite side walls adjacent the first side wall and movable between a first position and a second position The first position is disposed between the opposite side i and is separated from the first side wall, wherein the locking element is disposed in the second position and is disposed to overlap the first side wall. According to an embodiment, the locking element comprises a bracket extending over the opposite side wall doors, and two struts disposed on opposite ends of the bracket, the relative arrangement of the 1 m rods being opposite to the brackets On the end, and wherein: the dry: - is configured to rotatably move on the corresponding side wall. /adding the opposite side" and the first side wall may include a plurality of recesses for receiving or the - red flute: the other is such that the recesses are such that the pivoting lever and the bracket of the first member of the lock 111 element The opposite side walls of the opposite side walls are flush with the outer surface of the side wall facing the first side wall. The two lock elements, the flash lock element is combined with the lock element to have a 1 degree peak in the first or second position. In order to form a second-class two::: π, the struts and/or the bracket can be formed as an embodiment, the struts are engaged, wherein: the feta includes one or several embedded locks m in terms of blocks, The corresponding embedded component storage portion of the side wall such as °H is combined. The distance > configurable fine second position has - a distance of 4 from the bottom or bottom layer corresponding to approximately two-thirds of the height of the opposing side walls 201223832 one, one-half or two-thirds. Furthermore, the locking element can be additionally arranged at another position separate from the first side wall, wherein in this case the struts can be made telescopic to selectively configure the locking element in the second Or the other location. According to another aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides the above-described box, further comprising an insert configurable on the bottom layer of the box, the insert being made in accordance with a product to be received in the box. According to an embodiment, the insert may be detachably coupled to the bottom layer and/or the side surfaces, and preferably using only special tools. The insert may be in the form of a plate and a first surface of the insert facing the bottom layer may engage the structure of the bottom layer. The surface of the plate-shaped insertion person with respect to the first face is formed in accordance with the product to be inserted. The insert may comprise a plurality of sleeves, a plurality of longitudinal struts, a lateral cross-cut or a member and/or a faucet. Embodiments further include a U according to an embodiment of the invention and a plurality of inserts configured for different products. 'In which the inserts are inserted - the insert can be selectively placed in the box. According to this aspect, therefore, a system is provided which can be freely assembled, for example, by a service provider, and can be easily fitted to a product to be inserted into the box, the provider being based on one of the customer's desired configurations The phases are provided and corresponding inserts are provided, and thus a box of beta etc. is assembled without the insert, wherein in this case an insert that can only be replaced with a special harness owned by only the box provider is provided. According to an embodiment of the invention, the box is bottomed in the vertical direction to the top. The first sidewall region (which may also be a complete sidewall) extending to the top has a limit of 201223832 and the first sidewall region has a lower extraction height. That is, there is no additional frictional connection between adjacent sidewalls above this first sidewall region. In other words, the first side wall is at least partially lower than or lower than some of the surrounding side walls, and thus can also be accessed at the side of the box so that even if the boxes are stacked, The product disposed in the lower bin of the stack can thus be easily accessed. Herein, in some embodiments, the height dimension of the first side wall is selected such that the particular product shipped in the bin does not fall out of the bin when shipped. In some embodiments, the bin is determined to be the majority of the bottles used to carry the majority of the bottles or pre-packaged in the smaller containers, which is why the first side wall contains a height sufficient to prevent the individual bottles from falling out of the box. . In some embodiments, the height is between 1 and 10 cm. In some embodiments, the height is between 2 and centimeters, or typically greater than 2 centimeters. In some embodiments, the first side wall includes two side wall portions at edges adjacent the adjacent side walls, the side wall portions extending upwardly to the height of the adjacent side walls to increase stability of the box. In other embodiments of the invention, the box includes four side walls, wherein a grip opening or a handle opening is disposed in at least a side wall of the first side wall of the sinus. The grip openings here comprise a region extending parallel to the base and also including an area extending perpendicular to the base. In some embodiments, the region extending perpendicular to the base is disposed in the direction of the first side wall. In some embodiments, in addition to the first horizontal opening section extending parallel to the bottom portion, the vertical opening is introduced with a radius that is large enough to grasp the box in the radius. In these embodiments of the invention, therefore, 201223832 may also grasp and lift the box in the material (4) or in the slanting towel so that the box is tilted rearward when grasped. This reduces, for example, the likelihood that the contents of the bottle will fall out of the box through the opening of the first side wall. In accordance with some embodiments of the present invention, the bin further includes a lighter wiper adjacent the bottom of the first side wall than the average of the remaining area of the bottom layer for a support area for the product to be shipped. In other words, this means the number of struts per zone when the underlayer is not fully symmetrical but consists, for example, of a plurality of individual struts, i.e., the shank density in the region near the y-side is increased. This creates the fact that the cargo is inserted into the container close to the wall, such as a beverage bottle or can, with a large area or support area contacting the bottom layer. This prevents the bottle or beverage can from slipping or pouring into the recess between the bottom struts so that the can or the bottle is prevented from falling out unnecessarily during transport. Further, in some embodiments, the side walls adjacent the first side wall are lower on a side adjacent to the first (four) side than on a side opposite the (four) side. That is, in the direction of the =H opening, the side walls close to the opening are lower, on the other hand, the space available for the spine is increased and, on the other hand, the incident light and the angle of view into the interior of the box are paid. It is increased so that objects such as bottles or the like carried in the box can be better seen. In some other embodiments, the remaining sidewalls that do not correspond to the first sidewall may be folded or hinged relative to the bottom layer such that the box may be such that the remaining sidewalls are substantially parallel to the bottom layer and overlying the bottom layer or One of the tops of the bottom layer is folded. Thereby, the box can be transported more efficiently and at a lower cost in the empty box state. Some embodiments include another movable sidewall region that extends in a vertical direction above the first sidewall and that can be removed or folded to one side. This may have the advantage that the movable sidewall region additionally increases stability or safety in an upfolded state such that no cargo or product will fall out of the bin. Further, the movable side wall area can be used to display product information and the like in an unfolded state or a folded down state. In some embodiments, the movable sidewall region is formed in a lattice or formed by a support such that the box can be moved without causing the movable sidewall region to be moved away from the box or inadvertently due to high pressure. The side wall area is cleaned by a pressurized jet stream that is removed by the box. Further, in some embodiments, the side ridges or films are coated or laminated with a foil or film containing product information that can be read from the outside. In some other embodiments, a light 羯 is provided so that objects or bottles transported in the box can be optically better viewed. In some other actual closures, the remaining walls that do not correspond to the lower wall have the same height such that the bins can be stacked one on top of the other, with one bin on the remaining three side walls of the square box. In order to achieve this, in the bottom layer, the top end of the remaining side wall can be provided with a special recess or a porch, and the two ==:: corresponding recess _ joints are even more so that they are stacked and ensure that they are erect. The grass of this ~ ^ the appropriate wealth and transport and exhibition materials "tank box two sets:: layer: containing the bottom _ straight upwards bottom sound H B,. -, · 隹 objects, the three-dimensional system in which the two-dimensional system is formed so that the bottles are solidified by the outer peripheral surface of the sleeves, thus effectively preventing the bottles from falling out. In certain embodiments 201223832, the sleeves only comprise one of the low heights in the vertical direction such that the sleeves may also be referred to as sleeve roots. The height and outer shape of some of the sleeves are selected such that the sleeves prevent the bottles from falling out through the lateral opening associated with the first side wall. In order to still ensure an extraction, in some embodiments, the sleeves are also not above the first side wall at their highest position. In some embodiments, the outer boundary surfaces of the sleeves have a varying height to allow the sleeves to best match the various requirements. In order to allow the bottles to be tilted or dropped toward the first side wall and still provide a good stability, the sleeves comprise a lower direction in the direction parallel to the side walls than in the direction toward the first side walls. The height can thus be inclined parallel to the first side wall, wherein the inclination in a direction perpendicular to one of the first side walls is blocked and the bottles are securely held. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings in which: FIG. 1 shows an embodiment for transporting one of the bottles; FIG. 2 shows the first of the "half-filled containers" Figure 1 shows an embodiment; Figure 3 shows a filled, stacked box according to the embodiment of Figure 1; Figure 4 shows an embodiment of Figure 1 as viewed from the bottom; Figure 5 shows another of the inventive cases An embodiment; Fig. 6 shows another embodiment of the case of the invention having one of the foldable side walls; Fig. 7 shows an embodiment of Fig. 6 in a partially folded state; Fig. 8 shows a fully folded state Example of Figure 6; Figure 9 shows an embodiment of Figure 6 filled with a bottle; 201223832 Figure 10 shows an embodiment of Figure 6 filled with a "half-packing container"; Figure 11 shows the sixth A top view of an embodiment of the Figure; Figure 12 shows an enlarged view of the sleeve used in some embodiments of the present invention, and Figure 13(a) shows an embodiment in accordance with the present invention in a first, open position One of the locking elements is in accordance with one of the boxes of Figure 1; Figure 13(b) shows that there is a box of Figure 13(a) of the locking element in the closed position; Figure 14 shows a stacked configuration of one of the boxes of Figure 1 and one of the boxes of Figure 13; Figure 15 shows a replaceable insert According to a box of Fig. 1; Figures 16(a)-(d) show an embodiment of an insert that can be used in the box according to Fig. 16. I: Embodiment 3 Fig. 1 shows a beverage box In an embodiment of the invention, the bottom layer 12 in the illustrated embodiment is not continuously symmetrically formed but is constructed of a lattice pattern. As can be seen from the bottom view of the box of Figure 3, the bottom layer 12 is A plurality of rods or struts are formed. The bottom layer 12 is densely arranged such that, for example, a bottle of goods to be shipped does not fall through the bottom layer of the box or when one of the edges of a bottle is tilted into a majority between the struts A recess in the recess is inclined in an uncontrolled manner. The box further includes two pairs of opposite side walls 14a, 14b and 16a, 16b extending upwardly from the bottom layer 12, i.e., in the vertical direction 18. A first side wall, in this example a side wall 16b, extends only in the vertical direction 18 10 201223832 A small extraction height 20. The extraction height 20 is lower than the height of the remaining side walls 14a, 14b and 16a such that the lateral opening forms a 'the lateral opening through which the bottle or product received and transported in the box can pass The lateral opening is approached or extracted or taken out. Above the first side wall 16b, no other structure of the box is provided. A plurality of sleeves are further disposed on the bottom layer 12 of the embodiment shown in Fig., wherein the emphasis is, for example, a sleeve. a barrel (sleeve or sleeve shaft) 22a and a sleeve 22b. The lateral opening for taking out the products is thus produced by a first side wall 16b having a lower height than the adjacent or remaining side walls. In the following figures, the height will be the dimension in the positive vertical direction 18. The term "top" indicates the position in the positive vertical direction 18, and the term "bottom" indicates a position of a smaller coordinate contained in the vertical direction 18. The sides are parallel to the bottom or bottom layer 12 The direction of the surface limits any direction of the box. By the side wall Wa defining or forming a side opening that allows the bottle transported in the box to be accessible for removal. In other embodiments, of course Other products are transported in the box. In the box of Figure 1, the so-called 'half-capacity H', that is, the container of six packs of each package can also be transported. In other embodiments not shown here, the side wall does not include a lower extraction height 2G along its entire length but is extended by the adjacent side walls 14a and 14b. The side wall is opened laterally π 'where the lateral opening It remains large to ensure that the products or bottles can be called out. These boxes can have - greater stability. The embodiment of the box 1 shown in Fig. 1 further includes a movable side wall portion 5, 7 which is movable through the hinge 24a so as to be hinged relative to a fixed first side wall. The movable sidewall region 23 is shown in the second pass 201223832 in a folded down position 'where the movable sidewall region 23 is folded down relative to the first side wall 16b. The movable sidewall region 23 extends upwardly in the vertical direction 18 in the upwardly folded position which is not preferred for some other embodiments of the present invention. Thereby, it is possible to additionally increase the safety in the case where one of the bottles in the tank 1 is not tilted outward. In addition, the movable component can be used to display product information and the like. The side walls 14a and 14b adjacent to the first side wall 16b each include a grip opening 28a and 28b for lifting and transporting the box with the grip opening 2 and 28b. Here, the grip σ includes a second opening region extending parallel to the bottom layer and also including a second opening region extending substantially in a vertical direction, the function of which will be described in more detail below with reference to FIG. Description. In addition, the sidewalls 14a and _ of the first side wall 16b of the near side of the sin include an inclined edge region and 30b at the end facing the fifth side i, and even if the inclined edge regions are stacked with each other Together, the light can also be seen through the people. In the embodiment shown in the first aspect, therefore, the ends of the (four) 14a and 14b adjacent to the first side wall 16b contain - a lower height than their opposite materials. It can be seen from (iv) that although in the embodiment shown in Fig. 1, the recess of the side wall is substantially triangular, any other shape of the recess can be used as the other embodiment. In some embodiments, the sidewalls (4) and (10) adjacent to the -(iv) 16b are continuously increased upwardly to a maximum height. In other embodiments, the increase in height may of course be in a one-stage or one-step manner. The tanks shown in Fig. 1 can be stacked, i.e., the verandas at the upper ends of the side walls Ma, i4b and 16a are constructed such that the contours of the upper ends of the t-stacked side walls (4), (10) 12 201223832 and 16a are joined to another box. The outline or structure of the bottom layer (see, for example, Figure 3) allows the boxes to be stacked one on top of the other. Nonetheless, even if the bins are stacked together, the lateral opening defined by the first side wall 16b allows the bottle or bottle container, such as a semi-finished container, to be removed from the interior of the bin. In some embodiments of the invention, the inwardly facing surfaces of the side walls 14a, 14b and 16a are designed to have a bright color such that the bottles in the tank are incident by the openings 30a and 30b. Light can also be seen clearly by the observer from the outside. In other embodiments, the surfaces may be affixed with product information or advertisements. The embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 1 further includes at least one side wall (in this example, the side wall 14b) of the side walls, a plurality of rods passing in the vertical direction and projecting inwardly from one side thereof or The ribs 32a to 32d prevent the bottles held by the sleeves in the interior of the box from contacting the side walls with all of their sides and contaminating the side walls extensively. In the embodiment illustrated in Fig. 1, the rods 32a to 32d are each configured such that the bottles abut against the outer wall of the crucible with their outermost radii at the positions of the rods 32a to 32d. Since only these rods are contaminated, it is possible to prevent a large area of the inner surface of the side walls from being contaminated. Fig. 2 shows a state in which the embodiment of the box 1 of Fig. 1 is filled with three half-packed containers. The semi-finished containers 40a, 40b and 40c each contain six separate bottles that are not shown here for clarity. Here, the semi-finished containers are disposed at the bottom of the box 10, except for the sleeves that are joined to the bottom of the box by the bottom opening to achieve the purpose. The 12 poles are held at 4〇3 and 4〇13. As can be seen from the figures of the two boxes 1 〇 and 1 〇 & 3 shown in a state of being stacked one on top of the other, the products or (4) can be taken out from the bottom box 10 which is also in the stacked state. This obviously applies to the half-hit containers 40a, 4% and 40 when the semi-finished containers he/she is transporting or exhibiting as a substitute for most of the bottles in the boxes. As can be seen in Figures 2 and 3, the special embodiment of one of the boxes shown in the figure is relatively desirable because the box can be used to transport most half-pack containers on the one hand and most independent bottles on the other hand. The shipping bottle has a high resilience. This results from the arrangement of the sleeves 22a and 22b and the rods 42a and 42b shown in Fig. i. It is apparent that in other embodiments of the box 1 The arrangement of the sleeves may vary. For example, in some embodiments, most of the rods may be omitted altogether and replaced with only a sleeve. However, in the embodiment shown in Figure 1, when inserted in the sleeves Each of the plurality of free spaces in the free space between the cartridge and/or the rod is supported in four directions and each is supported by a side wall of one of the rods, by a sleeve or by the side walls 14a, 14b of the box, The side wall support in 16a or 16b allows the bottle to be stably supported for transport, A situation is possible. As can be seen from Fig. 3, due to the possibility of stacking the boxes and the possibility of lateral extraction by one of the first side walls 16b, it is possible to provide different stacking orders at this time. The product is for sale. The side wall 16b together with the sleeves prevents the bottles from falling out of the box 10 during transport, the side wall 16b being sized such that it prevents tilting or falling out of the box during transport. The reason for this. However, it is still low enough that although another tank l〇a is placed on the box 201223832 ίο' but the bottles can still be removed from the box towards the front. In this regard, according to some embodiments, The bottles are lifted slightly and then tilted and taken forward. This may be achieved in some embodiments by a particular embodiment of the sleeves as described in more detail with reference to Figure 12. Figure 3 is clear Another feature of certain embodiments of the present invention is shown in the particular embodiment of the grip openings 28a and 28b. The grip opening is curved and extends horizontally and vertically. In other words, the grip opening 28a includes A flat a first opening region 5〇a extending in the bottom layer 12 and a horizontal opening region 5〇b passing through the vertical direction 18. The boundary between the vertical and horizontal opening regions in FIG. 3 is here. This is only considered as an example. The grip opening 28a also extends a significant length in the vertical direction so that one can also use the grip opening 28a in the vertical opening region. For other embodiments of the invention, The grip opening 28a may of course be of another shape than in the embodiment shown in Fig. 3. For example, the grip opening 28a may also comprise a square or rectangular cross section such that the box can be accessed by the horizontal opening area 5 〇a is lifted from the top by the top and by the vertical opening region 50b. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 3, the vertical opening region is tied on the side facing the first side wall 16b and at the outer contour (ie a profile that opens into the horizontal opening area 5A with a large radius toward the direction of the first side wall. This creates that the box can be grasped in the radius when the box is lifted, such that when the vertical doorway area is located Connected to the first side wall 16b On the side, the box is inclined rearward (toward the side wall 16a) so that the tilt of the box during transport is prevented, and the contact bottles are prevented from falling out. In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 11 showing a separate view of one of the phases from the bottom to the front of FIG. 15 201223832 and FIG. 11 showing a bottom view of another embodiment of the present invention. A particular embodiment of the bottom layer 12 additionally adds security in the region 50 adjacent the first side wall 16b. In some embodiments of the invention, the bottom layer 12 is not fully symmetrically formed but is formed by a configuration for reducing weight and for most ribs that are easier to clean. The ribs cover the bottom 12 so that the individual bottles are securely supported on the bottom layer 12 by their bottoms. In the region 5 of the leading edge, i.e., in the region 50 adjacent to the first sidewall 16b, the number or area density of the ribs is increased compared to the remaining region so that even if the bottles are located there by their The placement position is slightly inclined toward the first side wall 16b due to external influences, and they are not inclined outward. This is densely arranged by the ribs in the region 50 adjacent to the wall-side wall 16b to prevent the edge of a bottle from being inclined between the intervals between the adjacent ribs. In other words, in the area 5〇 of the flute side wall 16b, the bottom layer 12 includes a supply area for the bottles, the support area is larger than the average support area per unit area, and the support area is available to securely hold the Wait for the bottle. As can be seen from Fig. 4, the second bottom layer 12 is made close to the side walls 14a, 14b and 16a so that the second bottom layer 12 contains several shapes and heights, and the contour of the material ribs > Q, ^ is placed in another phase. In the upper case, it engages inside the side wall and enters the wall of the wall to ensure stacking and standing upright in the stacked state I. The rod 52 includes a rod 52 at the center of the box from the bottom of the box, the branch including 4 side walls 163 extending to the first side wall 16b and having a rod that is vertically larger than the remaining rod of the bottom layer. This rod 52 is used to support the first side wall 16b of a smaller height in addition to the 201223832 field to increase the stability of the box. The struts 52 are disposed centrally such that the struts extending further downward than the remaining bottom layer do not prevent the bottles from being lifted out of the bottom box in the stacked state. Figure 5 shows another embodiment of the invention which is substantially different from the embodiment described with reference to the above figures, since the embodiment shown in Figure 5 can be used to transport different bottle sizes. Although the embodiment shown in Fig. 1 is suitable for a bottle having a capacity of 0.5 liter, the embodiment shown in Fig. 5 of one case is suitable for a bottle having a capacity of 0.33 liter. Thus, the embodiment of Fig. 5 is substantially identical to the first embodiment in terms of the arrangement of the sleeves and the strength of the side walls 14a, 14b and 16a that are modified to hold the bottles disposed within the tank while maintaining the outer volume. The embodiments are different. Thus, for example, the box shown in Fig. 5 includes five sleeves 54a, 54b, 54c, 54d and 54e adjacent the first side wall 16b to completely hold six bottles having a volume of 0.33 liters in the first row. In addition, the box of Figure 5 contains the rod 56 only in the center of the box, so that the box can optionally be used to carry four half-pack containers. Further, the embodiment of Fig. 5, unlike the embodiment of Figs. 1 to 4, shows that the case has an upwardly folded movable side wall region 23 on the first side wall 16b. In addition, the features of the embodiment of the box of Fig. 5 correspond to the first figure and each have the same functionality, and the re-explanation of the components corresponding to the box of Fig. 1 is omitted. It should be additionally noted herein that the box shown in Fig. 5, as with the box shown in Fig. 1, includes at least one opening 58 in the side wall 16a opposite the first side wall 16b, wherein the opening extends through Passing the side wall 16a allows the box to be mounted or hung on a wall or a shelf or the like. 17 201223832 In order to increase the security of the embodiments shown in Figures 1 and 5, each additionally includes a selective second mounting opening 6〇. The embodiment shown in Fig. 6 is also assembled to carry 24 bottles of bottles each having a 33.33a liter of gluten and substantially corresponds to the embodiment shown in Fig. 5. However, in the embodiment of Figure 5, at least some portions of the side walls 14a, 14b and 16a4a, such as the side walls 14&, 1415 and 16& are configured to be folded relative to the bottom layer by a plurality of hinges. Here they are foldable such that they can be folded in the direction of the rhyme layer and are arranged substantially parallel to the bottom layer in a stack of states, as in the folded state of Fig. 7 (d) parallel to the bottom layer 12 The side wall 16a of the surface. Figure 8 shows all the side walls, ~ 4b and 16a are both in the -folded state so that the X phase can be easily transported back to the filler in the absence of more than one storage space. This can substantially reduce shipping costs. Although according to Figures 6 to 8, the recognizable side walls are displayed with a box that is only for the assembly of 24 〇·33 gongs and 2 ^ a ^ v thousand, obviously visible in Figure 1 Shown for folding the side walls. For each embodiment, the box of the material can also be equipped with a plurality of fold combinations in order to obtain the characteristics of the present invention. (4) q = (10) can be arbitrarily secreted to each other, +. a, and the general application is generally applicable to the above. Any-example. Figure 9 shows the actual name of Figure 5: The example in which 24 bottles are placed in the box is as in Figure 5, and the moving side wall area 23 is also in the upward position. Therefore, it is also fixed on the outermost bottle or on the outer side of the flexible member 23 on the outer side of 8 18 201223832 for the transportation of the display of the side. Fig. 1 shows an embodiment of Fig. 5 showing another loading form of four half-packing containers 7Ga, 7〇嗔70d. Figure 11 finally shows a top view of the embodiment of Figure 5, it is apparent in the basin that the sleeves 54c comprise a geometry different from the sleeves 5, such as 5 years old (10) or price. Half «the container is placed inside. However, in the case of other ages, the towel roll 54 has the same design or configuration as the remaining sleeve, i.e., the sleeve 54a. Similarly, any other sleeve may have the form of a sleeve 54c. As shown in the top view of the U-picture, in the case of the case of 24 beverage bottles, the bottom layer of the area near the first side wall 16 is constructed to have a larger support than the complete bottom layer of the central branch. The area is so as to prevent the enamel bottle from falling out of the box unnecessarily. Fig. 12 shows a (4) equal magnification of the sleeves 54a to 5 in order to see their special axis 'this special shape cooperates with the first-(four) 16b to The bottles are indeed rotated and can also be extracted towards the front. In order to achieve this, some embodiments of the sleeve have an outer surface whose height is not fixed in the vertical direction of j. In the following hatched area % can be considered as a 4 sleeve 5 mosquito - outer boundary surface, ie laterally, ie in any direction orthogonal to the vertical direction 18, limiting the area or area elements of the sleeves. Surface or region 70 contains a change as described above Here, the height of the sleeve in the first side surface region 201223832 region 75 parallel to the first side wall 16b and fixing a bottle to the rear (in the direction 72 facing away from the first side wall 16b) Less than securing the bottle prevents a second side surface region 76 that is inclined parallel to one of the first side walls 16b. The 12th direction includes a substantially diamond-shaped cross section with its tip pointing in the direction of the first side wall 16b. In the illustrated sleeve 54a, the function of preventing rearward tilting is performed by a first side surface region 75 that substantially completes the sleeve in a direction parallel to the first side wall 16b. Restricting the second side surface region 76 of the sleeve 54b in the direction of the side wall 16b prevents the bottles from tilting parallel to the first side wall 16b. The first side surface area 75 is lower than the second side surface area 76 for When the bottle is tilted outwardly or tilted to the front, it is not necessary to lift the bottle so that it may have abutted against the bottom layer of the other tank stacked on each of the boxes. However, the second side surface area 76 prevents Parallel to the first side wall The direction of 16b is inclined and can therefore be relatively high in order to increase stability. Typically, sleeves 54a and 54b also produce a maximum stability as the sleeve 54c is generally tilted forward at the same time because of the sleeves. In a direction parallel to the side wall, a height lower than a direction perpendicular to the side wall is included. Further, the sleeve in Fig. 12 has a plurality of outer boundary portion surfaces on which the outer boundary portion surface The tip of the substantially diamond-shaped basic form is concavely hemispherical, wherein the radius of the hemisphere substantially corresponds to the diameter of a bottle so that the bottle can still be reliably held. Referring to Figures 13 and 14, the following description In another aspect of the invention, as such, for example, with reference to Figures 1 through 12, a box has another component, a locking component, for example, a shipping shield. 8 20 201223832 Force-box, therefore, for the first phase as shown, according to the first locking element 100 comprising a Figure 13 shows a re-description of the different components of the Figure 1 corresponding to the box of Figure 1 The box omitted from Fig. 13(a) further includes a locking member, including the brackets at the opposite ends. A second struts 106 are disposed at the _th end 10 of the pedestal 2 and a second struts are disposed at the lower end of the 1-2. The gangs of the gangs facing away from the cradle 102 are arranged to rotatably move between the locking elements or the second position on the side surfaces 14a and 14b of the side surface (9) of the material (four). In the case shown in Fig. 13(a), the transport protection member 100 is disposed at a first position and a _ position. Please refer to the i3(b) diagram, and then show the box shown in Figure 13(8), but at this time, the component is looking for the bracket 1〇2 to extend on the side walls W and

In the embodiment shown in Fig. 13(b), the bracket 1〇2 is disposed halfway between the side walls 14a and 14b, and the present invention is not limited to this configuration. More specifically, the tray 2 can be configured to be lower or souther. The struts 104 and 1 6 are constructed and supported to be folded or rotated by the position shown in Fig. 13(a) to the position shown in Fig. 13(b). The bracket 102 has a certain distance from the lower lower side wall 116b. As can be seen from the figure 13(b), the surfaces of the side walls 14a and 14b or the end walls facing the lower side wall 16b are configured to be able to support the poles 1〇4 and 1〇6 and their middles. The region of the bracket 102 that is coupled to the supports 1〇4 and 1〇6, i.e., the opposite ends 102a and 102b of the bracket 1〇2, is received or included in the recess or indentation to create a flush front surface. Figure 14 shows a stacking configuration of one of the boxes of Figure 1, and one of the boxes according to Figure 13 and Figure 20123232 is placed on the box of Figure 1, but in which case the bracket 102 is shown in The bracket 102 is configured to overlap a second position of the lower side wall 14b. As shown, the lower side wall 6b is also formed by a plurality of recesses or indentations to receive the bracket 102 in the second position shown in Fig. 14 to create a flush front surface of the side wall 16b. As can be seen from Figures 13(b) and 14, the opposite ends 102a and 102b of the bracket 102 are constructed such that the bracket 1〇2 is enclosed in the first position shown in Fig. 13(b). The corresponding side walls 14a and 14b thus ensure that one of the brackets 1〇2 is latched and securely positioned. In a similar manner, in the position shown in Fig. 14, one of the brackets 102 is positioned such that the corresponding engaging elements formed in the lower wall engage the bracket 102. An advantage of this aspect of the invention is that at this point a further transport protection element is provided in the position shown in the Figure UCb) when transported and thus can act on the product located in the box to prevent the products from being directed to the opening The direction moves, in other words, provides another barrier to prevent such products from falling out. The bracket is rotatably coupled to the side surface or end surface of the box and can be easily moved from the closed position shown in Fig. 13(b) to the open position, thereby providing free access to the product located in the box. The invention is not limited by the examples described with reference to Figures 13 and 14, and rather, rather than the arrangement of the brackets 1〇2 halfway between the end walls, it is also possible to select another positioning, for example relative The distance of the low wall 16b can be selected to be one third of the height of the side walls or two thirds of the height of the side walls. Moreover, according to an embodiment, it may be arranged to make the struts 104 and 1 〇 6 retractable so that a certain 8 22 201223832 bit of the cradle 102 is disposed along the side walls according to the height of FIG. The different heights of the height allow the twist of the locking element 102 to be elastically set depending on the product positioned within the box. According to Figs. 15 and 16, another aspect of the present invention will be described below, and Fig. 15 shows a case which has been explained in accordance with Fig. 1, but which is different in the embodiment of the bottom layer 12. In the box shown in Fig. 15, an insert 112 detachably mounted on the bottom layer of the box is provided. The insert 112 shown in Fig. 16 includes a top surface 112a' and a first strut 114 is shown on the top surface ma, and the top table S112a extends parallel to the opposite end walls (4) and _ through the box The full length up to the rear wall 16a. Further, there is provided another lever, i.e., the cross strut or the m, which is extended by the side wall Ma by about half the depth of the box to half the length of the first leg. The insert m can, for example, be arranged to receive a product packaged in a carton having a compartmental size corresponding to the insertion of the insert 112. In addition to these products, any product may be provided and included in the box according to the first, wherein different inserts may be detachably disposed in the box according to the present invention. Some embodiments for performing the inserts ι 2 are given in accordance with Fig. 16, wherein the surface U2a, e.g., in Fig. 16(8), may have rectangular and circular recesses for simultaneously containing a plurality of products including the corresponding listening domains. Similar to Fig. 15, Fig. 16(b) shows the arrangement of the struts added to the top surface of the insert 112, and according to Fig. 16(c), the majority of the sleeves can be similar to the reference % to 12 The secret set is placed on the _ surface 112. 16th - showing the lower surface 112b of the insert 112, wherein the display is arranged in the elemental structure to the corresponding element or recess in the layer 12 201223832 of the bottom of the box 23, Where the elements ιι 8 are preferably made to separate, for example, the (four) guards from the box flange after the bottom layer (four) of the box, so that the box provider can be grouped in a different manner depending on the various requirements of the customer. 4, etc., and the customer who uses the box cannot replace the insert to make (4) _ with other products. In the way of the materials, the boxes can be combined according to the various requirements of the customers and the boxes used for other products are not the same amount of time and need to increase the demand for the boxes with the inserted persons. While most of the embodiments have been described above substantially in the context of a beverage container, other embodiments of the invention are of course also applicable to other product categories. For example, the container of the present invention can be used to transport beverage cans and any cylindrical objects such as 'hair sprays, & stinky cans and the like. In addition, a box having a side opening can also be used for a completely different kind of product than one of the cylindrical base shapes. These boxes can be used universally for any product because they can be removed laterally from the box in the stacked state. This huge advantage is not limited to the type of goods shipped.
