Abstract

The present invention related to a method of metal catalytic reaction and the reactor thereof for oxidizing low concentration gaseous matters. The method comprises steps of: (1) providing a metal catalyst; and (2) activating the metal catalyst for enabling the same to react to a low concentration gaseous matter and thus further reducing the concentration of the gaseous matter. By the aforesaid method, a metal catalyst reactor is provided, which is comprised of a metal catalyst and an activation device; wherein the activation device is used to activate the metal catalyst for enhancing the same to react to at least a gaseous matter. As the method and reactor of the invention is capable of activating as well as enhancing a metal catalyst to react with a low concentration gaseous matter, the concentration of the gaseous matter can be further reduced.
