Abstract

A process of fabricating an electrode material is used for a cold cathode fluorescent lamp. A process of fabricating an electrode material is used for a cold cathode fluorescent lamp, which have a metal substrate and forming an emitter electrical layer on the metal substrate, wherein the process comprises the following steps: a coating step which coat a coating powder material on the metal substrate to form the emitter electrical layer, and the coating powder material is dispersed in the dispersion media; a first step which compressed the emitter electrical layer to the metal substrate side; a removed step which remove the component except for the emitter powder from the emitter electrical layer after the first step; and a second step which compressed the emitter electrical layer which has been removed the component except for the emitter powder to the metal substrate side.
