Abstract
The invention is about the warp and weft cloth inspection system and method. This system comprises a processing unit, photographic unit, and LED (Light Emitting Diode). When a piece of cloth is exposed to a light source, the photographic unit obtains a photo signal through the principle of light reflection. Then the photo signal is sent to the processing unit for comparison and analysis. The location and type of cloth defect can be detected through this inspection system. The number of errors contributed through human inspection can be reduced.
