Abstract

The rotation of the container will cause some fluctuation in the sensor output due to the interaction of the light energy with the container. The absence of fluctuations not detected at the sensor outlet is interpreted as an indication that the container is not spinning, whether due to the malformation of the container, malfunction of the rotation mechanism of the container, or for some other reason.
