Abstract

The present invention provides a color filter substrate which can cheaply manufacture a panel display device with the properties of thin, light and hard to cleavage. The color filter part can be form well on the film substrate which produced by a flexible plastic with excellent properties of heat resistance, non-coloring and adherence. The resolving method of the present application is a color filter substrate comprising a film substrate which made from the polyimide having repeating unit represented by specific formula; and a color filter part which form on the said film substrate.
