Abstract
Homojen ışık çıkışına sahip yatay veya dikey esnek olan ışık yayan diyot şeritleri ve bunların üretimine yönelik yöntem. Şerit biçiminde, özellikle esnek bir iletken taşıyıcıda mesafeli olarak birbirine düzenlenen birden çok çip ışık yayan diyotları çevreleyen ve U biçimindeki kalıbın birinci ve ikinci döküm bileşiği ile doldurulduğu bir mahfaza, yani U biçiminde bir kalıp içeren ışık yayan diyot şeritleri, örneğin LED ışık, uzun zamandır bilinmektedir. Işık yayan diyot şeritlerinin modüler yapısını mümkün kılmak için ışık yayan diyot şeridi, bacaklara (S1, S2) biçimlendirilmiş olan ve mahfazanın (U) tabanına (UB) düzenlenen çip ışık yayan diyotların (LED) ışığını yansıtan en az iki reflektöre (R1, R2) sahiptir, ve burada, yarı saydam olan ikinci döküm bileşiği (V2) iki bacağın (S1, S2) uç tarafında üç parçalı bir başlık (K1, K2, K3) olarak, bacakların (S1, S2) uç tarafında düzenlenen başlık parçalarının (K1, K2) reflektörler arasında (R1, R2) yarı saydam olan birinci döküm bileşiğinin (V1) doldurulması için doldurma kenarını oluşturacağı şekilde ve daha sonra doldurulan ikinci döküm bileşiğinin (V2) üçüncü başlık parçası (K3) olarak kaplamayı kapatacağı şekilde yapılandırılmaktadır, burada ışık yayan diyot şeridi dikey olarak uzanma yönünde bükülecek şekilde elastiktir.
