Abstract

Gazlı şalomalı gazlı pişirme yüzeyinde tencere tespitine yönelik yöntemde gazlı pişirme yüzeyine alev tespiti için ve her türlü muhtemel gazlı şaloma gücünde alevden etkilenecek şekilde bir termik eleman takılmaktadır. Bir tencerenin çalışan gazlı şalomada gazlı pişirme yüzeyinde bulunup bulunmadığını veya tencerenin alınıp alınmadığını tespit etmek için termik gerilim tespit aracı tarafından alınır ve güncel sinyal tencerenin koyulduğu durumdaki sinyalle karşılaştırılarak değerlendirilir. Tencere koyulduğunda termik elemanda, tencere alındığından farklı bir alev hakimdir ve sıcaklık farklıdır. Tencerenin alınmasının tespit edilmesine tepki olarak gazlı pişirme yüzeyindeki güç azaltılır.
