Abstract
Buluş, soğuk haddelenmiş bir alaşımsız veya az alaşımlı çelikten yapılmış bir alümine edilmiş ambalaj çeliğinin üretilmesi hakkında, - Çelik sacın, elektro manyetik indüksiyon yardımı ile çeliğin yeniden kristalize edilme bölgesindeki, sıcaklıklara, çelik sacın yeniden kristalize edecek şekilde tavlanması için 75 K/saniyeden fazla bir ısıtma oranı ile ısıtılması - Yeniden kristalize edecek şekilde tavlanmış çelik sacın, bir alüminyum tabakanın çelik sac üzerine kaplanması için, bir eriyik sıvı alüminyum banyosu içine daldırılması ki burada çelik sac alüminyum banyosu içine daldırma sırasında en azından 700°C kadar bir sıcaklığa sahiptir, - Çelik sacın alüminyum banyosundan çıkartılması ve alümine edilmiş çelik sacın en azından 100 K/saniye kadar bir soğutma oranı ile soğutulması. adımlarına sahip bir yöntem ile ilgilidir.
