Abstract
Buluş, elektrik aksamı alanıyla, yani kesintisiz, çift kabuklu, uzunlamasına sızdırmaz kablo modülleri ile ilgilidir. Bu modüller, elektrik enerjisi ve sinyallerinin, çift duvarlı muhafazası olan nükleer enerji santrallerinin, nükleer gemilerin vb. sızdırmaz odalarına girmesi için kullanılan elektriksel olarak sızdırmaz kablo penetrasyonlarına/sızdırmaz kablo girişlerine takılmak üzere tasarlanmıştır. Buluşun amacı, reaktör muhafazasının iki duvarının karşılıklı yer değiştirmelerinin kompanse edilmesini sağlarken sızdırmazlık, elektrik parametreleri ve yangına dayanıklılık açısından gelişmiş özellikleri olan, sızdırmaz elektrik kablosu penetrasyonlarına/sızdırmaz kablo girişlerine takılmak üzere bir modül oluşturmaktır. Belirtilen sorun, elektrik enerjisi ve sinyallerinin, çift duvarlı muhafazası olan nükleer enerji santrallerinin sızdırmaz odalarına girmesi için kullanılan bir sızdırmaz kablo girişi için modül ile çözülmekte olup, burada söz konusu modül iki kabuk içermektedir ve reaktör muhafazasının iki duvarından geçen sızdırmaz kablo girişlerinin büyük enkesitli bir iletkeni (1) alan kabuklarda sabitlenmesine yönelik olup, büyük kesitli iletken (1), kendisine kesintisiz elektrik yalıtımı (3) uygulanmış olan bir bakır tüp (2) içinde önceden basınçla sızdırmaz kılınmış çok telli kesintisiz esnek bir iletken (1) formunda yapılmaktadır, burada yalıtımlı bakır tüp (2) ek yalıtıcılar vasıtasıyla paslanmaz çelik borulardan yapılan modül kabukları içerisinde sızdırmaz kılınmaktadır.The invention relates to the field of electrical components, that is to say continuous, double-shell, longitudinally sealed cable modules. The problem is solved by the module for a sealed cable entry used for the introduction of electrical energy and signals into the sealed chambers of nuclear power plants with a double-walled housing, wherein said module comprises two shells and a large cross-section of the sealed cable entries through the two walls of the reactor housing. (1) for securing the area in the shells, the large cross-section conductor (1) being made in the form of a multi-strand continuous flexible conductor (1) pre-sealed in a copper tube (2) to which the continuous electrical insulation (3) is applied. the copper tube (2) is sealed in the module shells made of stainless steel tubes by means of additional insulators.
