Abstract

Bu buluş, silindir şeklindeki bir helva ve bu helvaya biçim verilmesi ile ilgilidir. Buluş konusu silindir helvanın amacı, helvanın üretimden hemen sonra sıcakken paketlenmesini dolayısı ile sıhhi açıdan bozulmadan uzun süre kalmasını sağlamaktadır. Bununla beraber silindir helvanın bir diğer amacı ise helvanın servisinde kolaylık sağlanmasıdır. Bununla beraber yağını, içinde bulunduğu kaba salabilen helvanın sıvı geçirmeyecek ancak delinmesi halinde kolayca tespit edilebilecek bir kap içerisinde tutulmasının sağlanmasıdır.
