Abstract
Bu buluş homojen alkali kataliz yöntemi kullanılarak bitkisel yağ ve/veya atıklarından bıyodızel üretimi için hızlı ve eş zamanlı gliserol ayrımının yapıldığı yeni transestenfikasyon reaktör tipleri ve bu reaktörlerin kullanıldığı NOBA prosesi olarak adlandırılan biyodizel üretim prosesi ile ilgilidir. Birçok değişik tipte reaktör konfıgürasyonlan ile birlikte kullanılabilen NOBA prosesi ana olarak bitkisel yağ ve/veya atıklarının metil alkol eşliğinde homojen alkali katalizör sodyum hidroksit (NaOH) kullanılarak transestenfıkasyonu ve gliserol ayrımının eş zamanlı ve kısa sürede gerçekleştirildiği reaksiyon/ayırma ve hızlı metil ester (biyodizel) yıkama adımlarından oluşmaktadır.
