Mevcut bulus hareketli bir paketleme materyali için elektromanyetik indüksiyon ile isitilabilen bir katman ve bahsedilen paketleme materyalinin hareket yönünde uzanan bir kaynak bölgesini (2) birlestiren bir termoplastik katman içeren kaynak cihazi (1) olup bir altarnatif akim üretici altarnatif akimi manyetik alana dönüstürmek için bir bobin (3,5,6), belirli bir yönde manyetik alançizgilerine karsi koymak için bir ferromanyetik eleman (7,8,10-13) içeren, içerisinde bahsedilen manyetik alanin, elektromanyetik indüksiyon ile iaitilabilen katmanda isi olusumunu saglamak üzere paketleme materyalini (1) kesecek sekilde yönlendirildigi bahsedilen kaynak cihazinin özelligi bahsedilen manyetik alan kuvvet çizgilerinin, bahsedilen kaynak bölgesi 82) boyunca konumlandirilan en az iki bölgedeki 814,16-18) paketleme materyalini 81) kesecek sekilde düzenlendigi bir grup ferromanyetik eleman (7,8,13,19-21) içermesidir.
