Abstract

Bulus sentetik bir ipligin sahte bükümlü dokuma islemine ve bu islemle üretilen bükümlü bir iplige iliskindir. Islemde, iplik ilerleme hizinin 2,2 katindan yüksek bir sahte büküm doyum sinirinin üzerinde bir sahte büküm olusturur. Fazla büküm olusturulan iplik sahte büküm bölgesinde 200 C'lik bir isi derecesinde sabitlenir. Islemde iplik çekme hizi iplik kilavuzlama hizinin 1,4 katindan yüksek degildir ve 1000 m/dakikanin altinda bir deger tasir. Böylece bulusa uygun bükümlü bir iplik elde edilir. Bu bükümlü iplikte büküm yönleri birbirine ters yönde karsilikli olarak konumlanan ilmik ve kivrimli sirasiyla büyük ve küçük iplik kesitlerine sahiptir.
