По другим свойствам опытные и контрольные резиновые смеси и их вулканизаты аналогичны друг другу.furnace soot 40-100 The proposed rubber mixture includes a modified furnace soot containing 0.0007-0.01% boron equally distributed throughout the particles, instead of the known soot containing 0.17-1.7% boron distributed mainly way in the surface layer of soot particles. Such soot can be obtained by the known technology of the kiln process from liquid hydrocarbon feedstock containing an additive of organoboron compounds (boronidine). During the thermal decomposition of the raw material, boron is not removed with the waste gases, but enters a fragment of the structure of soot particles, evenly distributed over their volume, providing a new effect — increased resistance to subvolcanic rubber. a mixture containing such soot, while the optimal properties of rubber cViecH correspond to the content of carbon black in the composition of 0.0007-0.01 May. +. An increase in the boron content in soot above the upper limit is undesirable, since it does not lead to a further increase in the resistance of the rubber mixture to vulcanisation. When the boron content is less than 0.0007 wt.% The mixture is not. has advantages over. resistance to scorch in front of the control. The content of boron kiln is taken in quantities normally accepted for reinforcing filler (40-100 mas.ch. per 100 mash.ch. of rubbers) depending on the intended use of the mixture. When the content of carbon black is above or below the specified limits, the vulcanizates obtained from the mixture have an unsatisfactory strength. In addition to rubbers and soot, the rubber mixture contains components of the vulcanizing group (ceRU) | vulcanization accelerators, zinc oxide and stearin in a total amount of 8-15 wt.h. on 100 ma.ch. rubbers that provides an optimal degree of vulcanization. The rubber mixture may also contain plasticizers, phosphate preservatives, pore-forming agents and other targeted additives in usually accepted quantities. Preparation of the rubber mixture is carried out on conventional mixing equipment (rollers or a Ben-Bury-type rubber mixer) according to the current technological conditions. Example 1. A rubber mixture of the following composition, in parts by weight: butadiene methyl styrene rubber (SKMS-ZOARK) 100, antique 1, zinc oxide 3, altax 2, is prepared at laboratory rollers at a roll temperature of 50 ±. sulfur 2 and borated soot with 0.01 wt.% of boron 50. Borated soot is obtained in a laboratory furnace reactor from green oil containing O, 14 wt.% dodecylborolidine. It has a specific geometric surface of 56.9, an absorption of DBP (dibutyl phthalate) 103 ml / 100 g and a pH of the aqueous dispersion of 7.3. At the same time, a control, rubber mixture of the same composition was prepared, but with furnace black, treated with an aqueous solution of boric acid and calcined at, containing 0.17% by weight of 6ofia. The preparation of the test rubber mixture is repeated using samples of boron black furnace with a boron content, wt.%: 0.012, 0.0058, 0.0007. The content of boron in soot changes the changes in the amount of dodecylborolidine in the raw material to obtain soot. Test and control rubber mixtures are tested with a Mooney viscometer. The stability of rubber mixtures to scorching is estimated by the time during which their viscosity increases by five Mooney units from the minimum value, and the scorching speed by a time of further viscosity increase to 35 from the minimum value. The vulcanization of rubber compounds is carried out in a press at 143s for 80 minutes. Strength properties: vulcanizates are determined according to GOST 270-75. The results of testing rubber compounds and their vulcanizates are given in Table. Example 2. The preparation of the test and control rubber mixtures is carried out as in Example 1, but the content of carbon black from 0.01 wt.% Of boron is reduced to 40 wt.h.- per 100 wt.h. rubber Results of testing rubber compounds in comparison with the data for the control. the prototype is given in table. 2. Example 3. The preparation of the test and control rubber mixtures is carried out as in Example 1, but the content of Csl2 is increased from 0.01 and 0.17% by weight of boron, and the content of stearin is also increased to 7 parts by weight. per 100 wt.h. rubber The test results for rubber compounds are given in table. 2. From the data in the tables it can be seen that the test rubber mixtures containing carbon black with 0.0007–0.01% by weight of boron are 1.5–3 times higher than the control mixture with LES treated with boric acid and containing 0, 17% of boron, by resistance to scorch, estimated by the time it began scorch on the Mooney instrument. For other properties, the test and control rubber mixtures and their vulcanizates are similar to each other.
