A vulcanizable rubber mixture (polymer composition) based on chain-chain rubber is known, including carbon as a filler with a fibril-tubular form of elementary particles not bound in aggregates, with a ratio of length to diameter of part 20-300 in the amount of m.ch. on 100 ma.ch. rubber, the vulcanizates of which are characterized by high resistance to deformation, which is expressed in increased values of stresses of small elongations 1. However, this composition cannot be used in the production of tires due to poor strength and high heat generation during repeated deformations of rubber, especially on the basis of steel refractory rubbers. Closest to the proposed vulcanizable polymeric composition based on chain-chain rubbers used in the manufacture of the tread, filling cord and other parts of the tire, which includes active furnace soot in the form of aggregates of spherical particles with a diameter of 110600 ° A as a filler in the following ratio of components. : rubber 100, furnace soot 0-100 2. However, vulcanizates obtained from such a composition also show high heat generation with low resistance to deformation, which leads to the tread of treading, the detachment of the tread from the carcass and, as a result, the release of the tire. The aim of the invention is to reduce heat generation and increase the deformation resistance of rubber from the composition. The goal is achieved by the fact that a vulcanizable polymer composition based on chain-chain rubber (or a mixture of rubbers) is known, including a filler — furnace black with aggregated particles of a drift shape with a diameter of 150-600 A, as an additional filler contains carbon with particles of fibril-tubular shape the mass ratio of the latter to the furnace soot is 1 10: 90-99 and the total content of the bodies is 50-100 May, h. on 100 ma.ch. rubber PRI me R 1. At the laboratory rollers, at a roll temperature of 70 + + 5 ° C and loading of rubber, JIIS prepares a vulcanizable polymer composition for the filling cord of a tire of the following composition. MACH: SKI- isoprene rubber 3 50, SKMS-ZOARK 50 butadiene methylstyrene rubber, regenerate 100, mercaptobenzothiazoldiaulfide 0.9, zinc oxide k, oxide 1, stearin 4, oleic acid 3 rosin 3 rubrax 20, phthalic anhydride 0.5, oil PN-8Shch 6, eira 6.5, furnace soot PI-50 according to fOCT 78d5-77 90 and fjbrillo-tubular angle of genus 10. Medium-arithmetic dIamet of parts of the furnace eazhi PM-50 550 A, eat their stump in the aggregates 0.11 and the absorption index of dibutyl phthalate (DBP) 102 ml / 100 g. Medium-arithmetical diameter of fibrous-tubular carbon particles FT 920 A, the degree of their intergrowth is zero, the ratio the length to the diameter of the particles is 116 and the absorption coefficient of DBP is 185 ml / 100 g. The total content of the furnace room by the fibrilotrubate carbon is 100 mash.h. on LLP ma.ch. rubber mixtures with a filler ratio of 90:10. At the same time, a control composition of the same sotabava is prepared, containing as a filler one stove PM-50 in an amount of 100 mash. on 100 ma.ch. rubbers,. and the same control composition e with a tubular carbon carbon. The preparation of vulcanizable polymer compositions is repeated, changing the ratio of furnace black PM-50 and coal of the genus FT-15 e 90:10 to 86: 95: 5, 96: 98: 2, and 99: 1 (per 100 parts per hour of rubber ). Experimental and control vulcanized polymer compositions are tested according to Mooney according to GOST 10 722-76 and vulcanized in a hydraulic press with steam heating for 800 minutes at a temperature of plates. The strength properties of the vulcanizates are determined according to GOST 270-75, the heat generation upon repeated compression with an amplitude of 10% (statistical load of 10 kg) is determined according to GOST 20A18-75. The results of testing the compositions and their vulcanizates are given in Table. 1 Example 2. The preparation and testing of the vulcanizable composition is carried out as in Example 1, but the compositions have the following formula, mac.ch .: isoprene rubber SKI-3 ioo, mercaptobenzothiazol disulfide 0.2, sulfenamium BT 0.8, sulfur 3, zinc oxide 5 , eterin 2, rosin 2.5, rubrake 5, maelo PN-BSh 9, neozon D 0.5 N - nitrosodiphenium amine 0.5 and its furnaces each PM-105 according to TU 11 5b2-b7 27 mas. and PM-50 (30 parts per hour) with fibril-tubular carbon (4 parts per hour) 60. The diameter of the elementary parts of the furnace element is {M PM-105 205 A, the degree of their conversion into units 0.09 and abeorption DBP 107 ml / 100 g. The average arithmetic diameter of the FT carbon particles is 860 A, the ratio of the length to diameter of the particles is 290, and the aborption ratio of DBP is 230 ml / 100 g. The ratio of furnace EA and carbon FT is 93.3: 6.7. The results of testing the experimental composition in the control e control of the same eoetava containing 30 ma.ch. PM-105 and PM-50 technical carbon per 100 parts m. rubber, are given in table. 2. Example 3- The preparation and testing of the vulcanizable polymer composition is carried out as in Example 1, but the composition has the following descriptor, wt.ch .: SKMS-ZOARC 100 butadiene-methylether rubber, mercaptobenzothiazoldiulfide 2, zinc oxide 5, stearin 2, sulfur 2, Improved furnace soot P-13bM k8f fibrillotrubber y-melod. 2. The diameter of the elementary particles of oven soot P-13bM 150 A, the degree of their accretion into aggregates is 0.07 and the absorption of DBP is 112 ml / 100 g. in example 1.
