Description
Цель изобретени - повьпиение точности контрол .(54) METHOD OF ULTRASONIC DEFECTOSCOPY OF STEEL ISOTROPIC MATERIALS The invention relates to non-destructive testing and can be used for ultrasonic flaw detection of products and welded joints. The known method of ultrasonic control, which consists in introducing shear waves obliquely to its surface, receives an echo signal from the defect, measures the time of its arrival at the receiver and amplitudes by comparing the latter with the amplitude of the echo signal from the reference reflector that occurs at the same depth in the sample, the equivalent defect size is determined from the tread curves. The disadvantage of this method is the need to ensure that the sample and the product are identical in their acoustic properties, purity and curvature. surface and taking into account the actual value of the attenuation coefficient of shear waves in the material of the product when constructing the test dependencies connecting the scale of the echo screen, the depth of the defect and its size. The closest to the invention in technical essence and the achieved result is the method of ultrasonic inspection of steel isotropic materials, which consists in introducing the longitudinal and oblique-shear waves normally to the surface, receiving the first bottom echo of the longitudinal wave and the shear-wave echo. from the defect, intend their arrival time and amplitude, and determine the size of the defect {2. The disadvantage of this method is the low accuracy and reliability of control, due to the need to preliminarily conduct low-precision and labor-intensive measurements of the attenuation coefficient of longitudinal and cross-section waves in each specific material. The purpose of the invention is to show the accuracy of the control.
