Description
The invention relates to a technology for the separation of suspensions and can be used for the purification of mineral nutrition solutions in the production of protein-vitamin concentrates (BVC) on paraffins. In modern production of BVK on paraffin, solutions of salts of sulfuric acid iron, ammonium phosphate magnesium, potassium chloride and others are used as mineral nutrition. When ammophos is dissolved, up to 1O% of sludge from dry salt is formed, which worsens the quality of BVC during fermentation and leads to rapid wear of separator nozzles at the stage of separation of the finished product. A known method of purification of the solution of ammophos from sludge by settling G 1 |. This method requires large areas of primary and especially secondary, septic tanks (sludge pruudov). But even the presence of the necessary areas of the settling tanks does not ensure complete cleaning of the mud from the slime, since the sludge sediment in sludge ponds reaches the maximum concentration of the sludge - 1O% by weight of the solution, after which the further increase in concentration practically stops, which in turn leads to a significant loss of salt ammophos (so when changing the concentration of the solution of ammophos, feed dry) for purification by settling, 10–25% loss of salt as a percentage of the dry weight of salt is 9–22%). The closest to the invention by technical essence and the result achieved by the result is the method of purifying the solution of the ammophos from the suction by filtering on drum vacuum filters t 2. the method has a very low productivity and provides cleaning only 15% of the consumed solution. The low filtering capacity of 3 is explained by the high fine particle size of the sludge particles (1-5 µm), which leads to a high specific resistance of the sludge sludge, and the minor concentration of the sludge in the solution depends on the concentration of the prepared solution | %, sludge concentration Sdc S, 931%, with Cres-pa 25% Ssc 2.2-2.3%) Also due to its fine dispersion, the sludge leads to fast clogging of filtering tissues, significantly increasing their resistance and reducing the filtration performance equipped with and The purpose of the invention is to increase the productivity of the separation process of a slurry suspension in ammophos solution. . The goal is achieved by the fact that in a known method of purifying the solution of ammophos from sludge, including filtering, the initial solution is first settled to a concentration of 3.54 wt.% Sludge, the clarified portion is drained, and the condensed portion is filtered in the presence of magnet and potassium chloride coagulum. . It is advisable to introduce coagulant into KoraraiBCTBe 8–14% and 3–7%, respectively. Filtration of the pre-thickened slurry through the slurry gives a dramatic increase in the performance of the filtering process by reducing the specific resistance of the sludge. Drying the suspension by settling is most appropriate. until the concentration of sludge in the solution of ammophos is 3.54 tons, FIG. Figure 1 shows a graph of the concentration of sludge in the bottom sediment when the ammophos solution is allowed to stand on the time of settling; in fig. 2 is a graph of the specific sludge production rate of the filtering process of the ammophos solution versus the sludge concentration in the ammophos solution. Curves 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 correspond to the initial concentrations of the solution of ammophos 5, 1 O, 15, 2 O and 25%. As can be seen from FIG. 1, settling after sludge concentration) slows down dramatically, and a slight increase in sludge concentration takes a long time. Conducting the settling to a concentration below 3.5% of lead leads to an increase in the volume of the suspension fed to the filtration and reduces the filtration rate. 01. 4 Adding micronutrients M1SHE1Eal nutrition MoCnD and Nse in crjnueifflyp suspension before filtering allows to change the filtration rate due to the fact that they have a coagulating effect on the individual sludge particles, collecting them into large flakes. These trace elements are added in the ratio in which they must be mixed after cleaning. This makes it possible to simplify the process of preparing a solution of mineral nutrition immediately before introducing it into the fermenters ,. Curve 6 (. 2) corresponds to the performance of the filter during the flooding time of TF AOO s, curve 7 corresponds to a TGf 6OO sec. Example. Cleaning 20 l of 15% - “ammofibs' solution is carried out by settling in a glass sump 200 mm and with a viewer 100O mm until the slurry concentration in the bottom sludge reaches 3.5%, followed by filtering the bottom sludge. On the filter with a filtering surface O, O1 m with a pressure of 1,0 kg / cm. For comparison, the cleaning is carried out with 20 liters of a 15% aqueous solution of ammophos only by settling until it reaches the same sump and only by filtration on the same filter under the same pressure. In all cases of filtering, the filter operation cycle is 4O minutes (20 minutes actual filtration and 2O minutes auxiliary operations). EXAMPLE 2. Experimental procedure is carried out analogously to Example 1, and the settling is carried out until the USA is exhausted by 3.8%. EXAMPLE 3. The experiment was carried out analogously to Example 1, the settling was carried out until reaching 4%. PRI me R 4. Wire; t filtering 1O l of thickened slurry suspension with a UIN 15% ammophos solution with the addition of 14% KS and 7% Mg6qjno separately and together. In tab. 1 presents the data for the known and proposed methods. From Table 1, it can be seen that in the case of purification by settling followed by filtration, the cleaning time is drastically reduced (by 4.3 times compared with settling and 2 times compared to filtration), since in this case the settling and filtering steps mc parallel and vpr takes on the longest stage, in the best case of upholding. The use of salts of trace elements KSB as co-ults for filtering also makes it possible to increase the productivity of the cleaning process by a factor of 1.2. In tab. 2 shows the confirmation of selected intervals for the mass concentration of sludge from the thickened part. From the table it can be seen that using the proposed method of purifying the solution of ammophos by settling up to 3.5-4% by sludge followed by filtering the cob condensed and coagulated in an amount of 8-14% and 3-7%, respectively, of the slurry suspension in the solution of ammophos improves productivity purification process in comparison with purification only by filtration 2-2.2 times. The use of the proposed method for purifying the solution of ammophos from sludge provides the following advantages compared with the existing cleaning method: an increase in the productivity of the cleaning process 2.5–3 times; a sharp reduction in both standard and 4 "ltrashunny equipment with; reducing the energy intensity of the process of cleaning up ish; prevention of salt loss and contamination. the environment. The expected economic effect from the use of the proposed method of purifying the solution of ammophos at the Novopolotsk BVK plant is 370 tju. rub. Table
