I The invention relates to methods for the thermal disposal of industrial wastes and can be used in the chemical, petrochemical and other industries that have liquid wastes containing harmful organic and mineral impurities.
At many enterprises, wastewater streams are formed, characterizing Q with different compositions, concentrations, quantities, etc., which consequently require a special approach to each of the effluents during its disposal. This circumstance causes considerable difficulties in the joint disposal of all wastewaters in a single installation.
The organization of separate decontamination of van in local installations is not economically profitable due to increased total fuel consumption.
According to the main auth. No. a known method of thermal neutralization of wastewater, including evaporation; the treatment of waste water heated by heat from the flowing gases by the vapor-air mixture, the recirculation of the vapor-air mixture from. Circuit and its combustion and heating of the steam-air mixture with the heat of exhaust gases.
This method, due to the presence of a closed circulation circuit of waste water vapor, which has discharge only in the high-temperature zone, makes it possible to economically and reliably neutralize waste water containing lightly volatile organic GO substances.
F 23 G 7/0, 1976.A significant disadvantage of this method is the narrowness of its application. When wastewater containing high-boiling organic substances and mineral impurities is applied for disposal in this method, at the evaporation stage, organic and mineral substances will be carried into the recirculation loop and caused 39 of its resinous organic and dense mineral deposits to drift. - improving the efficiency of the process of decontamination of wastewater containing volatile high-boiling organic impurities and minerals. This goal is achieved by the fact that in the method of thermal neutralization of wastewater according to the author. The remaining liquid phase after evaporation of waste water is directed to additional contact evaporation by flue gases followed by discharge of the evaporated liquid in the furnace. The drawing shows the technology. A schematic diagram of an installation implementing the method. . . The technological scheme of the installation contains a pre-evaporation apparatus 1, a furnace 2, an air-steam mixture heater and an additional evaporation apparatus interconnected by pipelines and a gas flue 9. Line 10-12 shows the inputs of the original waste water, fuel and air, and line 13 melt the mineral salts . The method is carried out as follows. Sewage water containing & 1 neutral impurities and organic soils with any boiling point (volatile, high boiling, boiling at and close to temperature) through line 10 is fed to the evaporation in the pre-evaporation apparatus 1, where it is brought into contact with the heated circulating the vapor line 5 is partially evaporated. In this case, volatile substances and organic impurities boiling at fc 100 ° C are also transferred to the vapor state. The vapor-air mixture circulates in the circuit the heater 3 of the pre-evaporation apparatus. A portion of the vapor through conduit 6 is continuously dropped from the cycle into the furnace 2, where the complete oxidation of organic impurities occurs. The heat of the waste gases after cleaning is used in the heater 3 of the steam-air mixture, which is again fed to the pre-evaporation apparatus 1. Before heating, the air necessary for burning the fuel and oxidizing organic impurities is introduced into the circulating vapor-air mixture through line 12. The remaining after evaporated liquid phase, containing water, high-boiling organic impurities and mineral substances, is sent to an additional evaporation apparatus, where part of the water is distilled off due to the heat of gases. The evaporated liquid, containing high-boiling organic substances and mineral impurities, is fed through combustion line 8 to the furnace 2. In the process, stepwise evaporation takes place - initially incomplete water evaporation with the heat of the circulating air-steam mixture with simultaneous complete distillation of volatile substances, and additional contact evaporation with smoke gases with distillation parts of water and preservation in the liquid phase of high boiling organic and mineral products. Thermal neutralization of "liquid waste" with a wide range of mineral and organic impurities becomes possible. ; An additional effect is the ability to carry out the first part of the process in a softer mode, since pre-evaporation does not require high temperatures of the circulating air-vapor mixture. An example of the method. K t / h of waste water containing 10% acetone, 2% glycerol, and 2 sodium sulfate is sent to the thermal treatment plant. In the evaporation stage, together with water vapor and acetone, glycerin vapor and dry sodium sulfate particles get into the vapor-air mixture recirculation circuit. The sulfate particles and glycerin condensed on the cold parts of the surfaces of pipes and apparatuses will give dense amorphous deposits, and in the hot zone (.) They form coke. Overgrowing of the tract with coke and sediment leads to an increase in the aerodynamic drag of the tract and to the output of the plant. The application of the method allows to reduce the initial temperature of the vapor-air mixture to 300-100 ° C. In this case, at the pre-evaporation stage, SQ% water and volatile organic components (in this case, acetone) are evaporated, which are removed from the recirculation loop for incineration. Thus, only water and acetone vapors will circulate in the circuit. Since the temperature of the heated vapor-air mixture before evaporation decreases. and the temperature of the evaporated mixture is kept the same as in the known method, it rises to the temperature of the exhaust gases after heating the vapor-air mixture. Due to the heat of the exhaust gases, an additional 40% of the water is evaporated; 350 kg / water containing 80 kg / h of glycerol and 80 kg / h of sodium sulfate remain in the liquid phase. This mixture is sent for incineration, and the waste gases after additional evaporation at 190 ° C are emitted into the atmosphere. Claims of the method of thermal disposal of waste water according to aut. No. characterized in that, in order to increase the efficiency of the process of disposal of wastewater containing volatile and high-boiling organic impurities and minerals, the liquid phase remaining after evaporation of the waste water is directed to additional contact evaporation using iC flue gases, followed by discharge of one stripped off liquid to the furnace.
