( СПОСОБ УПЛОТНЕНИЯ МНОГОКОМПОНЕНТНЫХ МАТЕРИАЛОВ(METHOD OF SEALING MULTICOMPONENT MATERIALS
Изобретение относитс к способам уплотнени многокомпонентных материалов , в частности твердых бытовых отходов и мусора перед их транспорти ровкой . Известен способ уплотнени многокомпонентных материалов, включающий перемещение материала плоской плитой /в замкнутой камере l j . Недостатком этого способа вл етс низкое удельное давление на материал ,и необходимость создани больши осевых усилий. Наиболее близким по технической сущности и достигаемому результату к предлагаемому вл етс способ уплотнени многокомпонентных материало включающий перемещение материала кон ческим тупоугольным рабочим органом в замкнутой камере 2 . Уплотнение материала указанным способом осуществл етс при одновременном поступательном и вращательном движении рабочего органа, что существенно повышает энергоемкость процесса уплотнени . Цель изобретени - снижение энергоемкости процесса уплотнени . Указанна цель достигаетс тем , что вначале материал перемещают поступательно движущимс рабочим органом до предельного дл него усили , после чего рабочий орган наклон ют до совмещени линии на его конической поверхности с плоскостью, перпендику л рной продольной оси камеры, с последующим поворотом вокруг названной оси. На чертеже схематично изображено, устройство дл осуществлени способа уплотнени многокомпонентных материалов , общий вид. This goal is achieved by first moving the material to a progressively moving working body to its utmost effort, after which the working body is tilted to align the line on its conical surface with a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the chamber, followed by rotation around the said axis.
