The molded metal contacts the outer side of the film that faces the model during molding. 39 The closest in technical essence and the achieved result to the proposed one is a method of making a one-off model. This includes applying a synthetic film on a model, the cavity of which is connected to the vacuum system, installing the flask, filling the flask with a loose molding material, sealing it, creating a vacuum in the cavity of the model, calibrating and removing the model 31 The disadvantage of the known method is the low reproduction accuracy of the configuration of the working surface during the molding, which This leads to the need for additional calibration of the model and increasing the complexity of its manufacture. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the configuration, the working surface of the tooling and reduce the complexity of its manufacture. This goal is achieved in that according to the method of making a single model comprising applying a synthetic film on a model, the cavity of which is connected to a vacuum system, setting the flask, filling the flask with a bulk molding material, sealing it, creating a vacuum in the cavity of the model, calibrating, removing the model, the operation of extracting the model is carried out before turning over, and after the turning over on the outer surface of the synthetic film, a facing layer of refractory hardening material is applied. FIG. .1 shows a scheme for forming a one-off model of a bulk powder of a dispersed powder; in fig. 2 is a half-mold manufacturing scheme for loose sand according to a single model. Equipment for making a one-off model of metal molds and press-fors using bulk molding material without a binder include a hollow sub-model plate 1 connected to a vacuum system, on which a model 2 is installed, a flask 3 with a vacuum pipe 4, a film 5 For sealing the fret and the working surface of the model , film 6 for sealing the model control and bulk powder 7 Prodel 2 repeats the configuration of the final product - the casting obtained in the mold. 1 Fixing the configuration of the working surface of the model after removing the model plate and Model is produced by applying a refractory / reinforcing coating 8 to the film (Fig. 2). The tooling for making semi-molds from loose sands includes a flask 9 with a vacuum pipe 10, a film 11 for sealing the counter mold of the semi-mold and a loose material, sand 12. The production of a one-off model for casting a zinc alloy with a bottom and side ornament is carried out as follows. On the model plate 1 and model 2, a sealing film is applied in a known manner.5, the flask 3 is set and loose fine powder 7 is poured with a particle size of 20-60 microns. When using a powder with a particle size of less than 20 µm, it is difficult to evacuate the flask and create the necessary strength. When using a powder with a particle size of more than 60 µm, the clarity of reproduction of the elements of the ornamented surface is impaired. After vibrating compaction of the powder, the flask 3 is covered with a sealing film 6 and the vacuum pipe 4 is connected to the vacuum system until a vacuum of 0, 95 kgf / cm is reached. Next, the model plate 1 with the industrial compartment 2 is removed, the fire box 3 with the molded model is turned and a fireproofing coating 8 with a thickness of 0.1-0.2 mm is applied to the working ornamented surface of the model. As such a coating, the composition, weight, is used. %; Pyrophyllite 40 Ethyl silicate 18 Alcohol Else Coating preparation technologies: Ground pyrophyllite according to PCT USSR 1 is closed with hydrolyzed ethyl silicate to a paste, then the rest of the diluent is added with stirring. After drying with heated air for minutes, the coating hardens, after which the one-time model is ready for use. Due to the fact that the coating is applied to the film that revets the working surface of a one-off model, it becomes possible to form a coating of the required thickness depending on the technological requirements. The thickness of the coating does not affect the shape of the working surface of the mold, as in the manufacture of a half-mold according to this one-off model, the coating contacts the filling material of the half-mold, and the working surface of the half-shape is made with a film. The hard facing layer on the model is formed after the removal of the model from the outside of the film in contact with the molding with the model. The hard facing layer is an element of the reusable model and fixes the configuration of its working surface, reproducing a direct image of the casting configuration. In the future, the one-time model is used to make a single half-mold by one of the known methods of forming: from loose sand, compacted by the action of vacuum, compaction, and packing. The mold of the half-mold according to the one-time model is usually carried out by the method of vacuum-forming, while the vacuum-rod of the one-time model is connected to the vacuum system (Fig. 2). After filling the flask E with loose sand 12, the vacuum line 10 is connected to a vacuum system. The vacuum line k is then disconnected from the vacuum system, in this case the model is depressurized and strength, and the fine powder 7 is poured out of the flask 3. The half-form is transferred to the assembly and pouring, etc. When forming, the facing layer of the model is transferred to the half-mold in such a way that the coating contacts the filling sand of the half-mold, and the back side of the film forms its working surface. Upon contact with the liquid metal, the polymer film burns and the molding surface of the casting is served by the outer surface of the refractory-hardening coating, which completely repeats the configuration of the model, which makes it possible to increase the t04HOCTb casting. 6 The implementation of the invention makes it possible to significantly reduce the laboriousness of manufacturing metal molds and molds with an ornamented surface, since it does not require the manufacture of a snap-in with the reverse image of the ornamented work surface, which presents great difficulty in reproducing complex ornaments. Saving from the use of the invention is provided by reducing the labor intensity of manufacturing and the cost of the molds due to the simplification of the production cycle and the elimination of the model calibration operation. The invention The method of manufacturing a one-time model, mainly for metal molds and molds with an ornamented surface, including the imposition of a synthetic film on the device, the cavity of which is connected to a vacuum system, the installation of the flask, the filling of the flask with a loose molding material in / cavity modeled, (Calibration, extraction of the model, and with the fact that, in order to improve the accuracy of reproduction of the configuration of the working surface of the equipment and reduce labor The capacities of its manufacture, extraction of the model are carried out before turning over, and after turning over onto a not 15 "layer, the surface of the synthetic film is applied a layer of refractory reinforcing material.
