The invention relates to mining and may be used in drilling exploration wells. with coring. A well-known drilling rig for colonial drilling of exploration wells, comprising a body, a rock-breaking tip and a spring-loaded core tube. The bottom of the design is the low mechanical speed of drilling of intermittently hard rocks due to the inefficiency of their destruction when the core tube is pressed. Closest to the invention according to the technical essence and the achieved result is a drill screen comprising a body and a spring-loaded core receiver with cutting tools 2j located therein. The disadvantage of the projectile is the effectiveness of its work on intermittent rocks due to the significant size of the annular slab, which negatively affects the mechanical speed of drilling. Moreover, all known devices do not exclude radial vibrations of the drill string due to the fact that There is always a certain technological gap between the walls of the borehole, the drill bit and the core, and the drill bits themselves have distinctly different height of the cutters. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the projectile over rocks of intermittent hardness by automatically controlling the back flow of the washing liquid and reducing the oscillations of the core receiver sleeve. The goal is achieved by the fact that the spring is connected by the upper end to the end of the body, and the other to the outer wall of the core receiving sleeve at its lower edge, while the lower coil of the spring is reinforced with a hard alloy. At the same time, the winding of the spring has a direction corresponding to the direction of rotation of the core tube. FIG. 1 shows a drilling rig for drilling hard rock, a general view; in fig. 2 - the same when drilling soft rocks. The drill consists of a body whose lower end is connected by means of a spring 2 of the right-hand winding to the bottom edge of the core receiver sleeve 3 equipped with incisors k. The coil of the spring is reinforced with carbide cutters 5. A seal 6 is placed between the housing 1 and the receiving cylinder 3. The device operates as follows. During drilling, rotation from the core tube through the housing 1 is transmitted by the spring 2 to the core receiver sleeve 3 which destroys part of the annular cutter k, the other part of the bottom is destroyed by the reinforcing spring 2 cutters 5. The flushing fluid is supplied to the bottom from the annular drill string. When soft rocks are drilled, the core-receiving sleeve 3, pressed by the spring 2, is significantly ahead of the housing 1 and thereby reduces the amount of washing liquid entering the core receiving sleeve 3 from the annulus through the annular face, formed by the incisors k, and prevents the core from washing out the rising flow. The spring 2 at the same time has a minimum outer diameter, and the angle of inclination ol of its turns has a maximum value, which contributes to an increase in the velocity of the depth of the projectile. When hard rock seams meet, the bushing 3, compressing the spring 2, moves into the housing 1, the cutters k of the core of the receiving sleeve 3 are cooled by a more intensively increasing flow of washing liquid, but the core in the column pipe is not washed out, since it is represented by harder rocks and the area of the annular gap between the core and the hull 1 contributes to the laminar flow of fluid. In this case, the spring tends to a position with a maximum diameter and a minimum angle of inclination to the turns of the helix. However, the walls of the borehole, made of strong rock, do not allow the spring 2 to increase in diameter, and the minimum angle of inclination of the coil of the spiral contributes to the transition from rupture (in the case of soft rocks) to rupture by abrasion, which is more effective in hard rocks. Thus, the spring 2, which determines the size of the output of the core-bushing sleeve 3 at the ends of the flushing channels, plays the role of inclined edges of an alternating angle of inclination to the bottom plane: the softer the rock, the greater the angle of inclination, which contributes to stabilizing the axial load and the core bushing on bottomhole and increased mechanical speed of drilling. In order to reliably control the amount of flushing fluid flowing into the cavity of the core receiver sleeve 3, the latter is made without flushing ports. Depending on the hardness of the drilled rocks, the amount of flow in the core-bushing sleeve 3 can be predefined by selecting the sleeves with a certain release of incisors; the higher the hardness of the rocks, the smaller the release is required, since the depth of the incisors in the rock is reduced, and the gap between the end of the core receiver sleeve 3 and the bottom determines the flow rate of flushing fluid entering the cavity of the sleeve 3. The spring stiffness is also selected depending on the hardness of the drilled mountain rocks: the higher the hardness, the greater the stiffness the spring should have. Therefore, the release of the cutters k should also be inversely proportional to the stiffness of the spring 2. Spring 2, transferring the axial load and torque to the core bushing 3, is wound which coincides in direction with the direction of rotation of the core bushing. Due to this, in the process of drilling, the spring 2 constantly strives to increase its diameter to contact with the walls of the borehole formed by the spring-reinforcing spring 2 cutters 5. This contributes to the stabilization of the drill bit, i.e. decrease its radial oscillations. The use of the proposed drill bit will increase the mechanical drilling rate by reducing the annular bottom of the well and interacting the spring coils with the walls of the well and increasing the core output due to automatic regulation of the back flow of the flushing fluid by changing the output of the core sleeve and reducing the oscillations of the core.
