Description
(54) SHORT CUTTER
3 .90The invention relates to a well drilling technique, and more particularly to drilling devices with coring. Borehole drilling rigs with partial bottomhole back circulation are known, containing a rock-breaking tip, a housing with a receiving cavity communicating through the holes in the annulus, a core of water and a darkening pipe fl. However, the effectiveness of these devices depends on the intensity of the reverse flow of flushing fluid through the kern water tube. A coring shell is also known, containing a rock-breaking tip, a shell with a receiving cavity, communicating through the holes with the annulus, a kernova tube, a circulation tube and helical spiral blades with a left winding direction mounted above the rock-breaking tip below the holes of the housing 12). However, in this shot, the intensity of the back flow of the flush fluid through the kern water tube increases when drilling in dense, stable rocks. In difficult geological conditions, when the trunk is formed with an increased diameter due to increased cavernosity, the intensity of the backwash through the coring tube decreases, which leads to the bottom-hole grinding zone, followed by a decrease in the drilling rate and the termination of core growth through the core pipe. The purpose of the invention is to improve the conditions for core sampling for increasing the circulation intensity of the purge fluid through the kern water tube. The goal is achieved by the fact that the coring projectile contains a rock-breaking tip, a housing with a receiving cavity communicating through the openings with the annulus, a corewater and circulation pipe and helical helical blades with a left winding direction mounted above the rock-breaking tip below the holes of the housing, above the core 3 holes .90
Pusa mounted helical spiral blades with the right direction of winding.
1.On the fit. 1 shows a coring device, a general BIA; in fig. 2 - the same, section A-A in FIG.
9.The gear consists of a composite body 1 with two helical helical blades 2 and 3 mounted above the rock with a breaking tip 4 below and above the holes of the body 5. The lower screw blades have a left winding direction and the upper one is right. There is a receiving cavity 6 inside the body, communicating through the openings with: an atube space, a kernwater pipe 7 with a corestone 8 and a circulating pipe 9.
The coring bit is attached to the drill string or the shaft of the downhole motor and lowered into the well. During the drilling process, the flow of flushing fluid moves along the internal channel of the drill pipe, the circulation pipe, and exits below the casing through the vent holes in the rock breaking tip into the annulus. In the annulus, part of the flow is directed upward along the annular gap between the tool and the well, and the other up the kernova pipe. The core and sludge enter the inside of the projectile and through the core tube into the receiving cavity, where the core is separated from the washing liquid. When the projectile rotates to the right, the lower helical blades create additional resistance to the movement of the flushing fluid in the annular npocTpaircTBe over the rock-breaking tip, and the upper screw
The blades of the gachd are additional to the noipiop movement of the flushing fluid above the projectile body openings. As a result, the circulation intensity of the flushing fluid through the core water pipe increases, which increases the efficiency of coring in difficult geological conditions.
