A known composition for the construction of roads 1P, comprising, in wt.%, An electric steelmaking self-disintegrating slag 8-10 calcium nitrate1-2 coal tar1-3 soil the most closest in technical essence and achieved to the proposed composition for the installation of road foundations, including .%: Electro-smelting self-decomposing slag BASES Aluminum Sulphate2-3 Soil Remaining Lack of known compounds Slow increase in strength over time, low frost resistance and ability to swelling. The purpose of the invention is to accelerate the curing, increase frost resistance and reduce swelling. The goal is achieved by the fact that the composition for road foundations, including an electric-smelting I self-decomposing slag, a salt of sulfuric acid and soil, additionally contains spent synthetic steel-making slag, and as the salt of sulfuric acid calcium sulphate in the following ratio of components, MD & 4 Electrosteplacing samoraspadakiytsy slag5 9 9 Calcium sulfate Exhausted synthetic steelmaking slag 2-4 production The rest. Soil Spent synthetic slag is a powder product of steel refining that is known as forged-alumina slag and has the following chemical composition, mash and properties: Cao, SiOQ 2-12, AljOj 30-40, MqO 1-9. FeO 0.5-0.8. 5 - up to 0.5, specific surface 1500-1600 cnVr, normal test density 42, setting time: beginning 0-55 h, 7-30 h end, active in a solution of a hard consistency 64.2 kg / cm. As a result of the interaction of spent synthetic slag with cohesive soils due to ion exchange processes, the fine part of the latter undergoes significant changes, with intensive aggregation of clay particles, increasing the stability of the mixture, decreasing swelling. All these processes lead to a significant increase in the strength of the initial terms of hardening, which, when building roads, for example, in swampy areas, allows the movement of vehicles to be opened several hours after laying the mixture. Part of the electric steel smelting self-destruction 00 (ice slag shows its activity in more
15-401,Table 1 late terms of hardening, which causes a continuous increase in strength over time. In order to obtain the proposed composition, various soils can be used that meet the requirements of CH 25-74. The optimal addition of synthetic waste hose allows to obtain reinforced soil of "1-M strength class according to CH 25-74. The soil reinforced with the proposed composition is recommended to be used for the construction of roads of IIIIV technical categories in the upper layers of the earth bed on roads of the 1-M categories. The road mix preparation technology is as follows. The removed soil, spent synthetic and electric steel self-decaying slags are mixed at the natural moisture content of the components, then calcium sulphate is introduced, after which the mixture is moistened to the optimum humidity and further mixed until a uniform state is reached. Prepared This mixture is laid in layers on the road. Table 1 gives examples of the ratio of the components of the proposed and known compositions. Table 2 presents the physico-mechanical properties of the compositions. As can be seen from table 2, the strength and frost resistance of samples of the proposed composition is much higher than that of the known, and the swelling is 15-401 less,
