Description
(54) WATER-SOLUBLE FLUX
The invention relates to soldering, in particular to water-soluble fluxes, used primarily for soldering electronic products with low melting points. v. Known flux for soldering with low-melting point of route 1, containing wt.%: Glycerin95 Liethylamine hydrochloric acid5 A disadvantage of the known flux is high corrosive activity of phypus, iro requires careful removal of its residues after soldering. is a flux VI, containing wt.%: Glycerin 84-86 Phosphoric acid 2-10 Low molecular weight polyvinyl nitride 2-6 The disadvantage of this flux is the relatively noticeable effect of flux residues on the electrical characteristics of the product. The purpose of the invention is to create a flux that reduces the influence of flux residues on the electrical characteristics of the product. The goal is achieved by the fact that the flux additionally contains lactic acid at the following ratio of components, in wt.%; Low molecular weight. polyvishpyrrolidone2-6 Lactic acid20-25 Glycerol69-78 The selected ratio of components provides the ability to replace glycerol with triethanolamine and polyethylene glycol, determined by the working temperatures used for soldering. Lactic acid is the fluxing component of the flux and activates the dissolution of oxide films and contaminants on the surface of soldered compounds. Low molecular weight polyvinylpyrrolidone reduces the surface tension of the molten solder and improves its flowability. In combination with lactic acid, the formation of strong solders with the main

Glycerol, triethanolamine, polyethylene glycol, depending on the solder used, are inert carriers, which at particular soldering temperatures form lightly. products to be removed from the soldering zone, which allows for its manufacturability and the electrical characteristics of the product. To obtain the proposed flux, preliminarily prepare a mixture of polyvinylpyrrolidone and lactic acid by dissolving with slow heating in a water bath and mixing thoroughly. After this, the necessary inert carrier is added and stirred again until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
