Description
The invention relates to the milling of metallurgical raw materials and can be used in ferrous metallurgy in the refining plants and in the factories of direct iron. Lime. A method for obtaining the pellet includes dosing, mixing, pelletizing of the charge and subsequent drying at 1200-1350 ° C. To improve the quality of the pellets, they are heated to the burning temperature at a speed of 80-120 degrees / min. Cl3. The disadvantages of this method are that the critical heating rate does not allow to increase the productivity of the agglomerating unit without compromising the quality of the pellets, and the resulting pellets have high strength when restored. The closest to the invention to the technical essence is the method of production of sinter and pellets, according to which oxidized nickel ore in the amount of 0.5-1% by weight of concentrate L2l is introduced into the mixture. The disadvantage of the method is that minor additions of the nickel-containing component do not solve the problem of increasing the strength of the pellets during the reduction. The purpose of the invention is to increase the productivity of the calcining and BOC-aggregating units, increase the pellets during recovery. The goal is achieved by the fact that nickel oxide in an amount of 2-50% by weight of the dry mixture is introduced into the mixture; in the process of heating, the pellets are treated with reducing gas to a degree of metallization of nickel oxide 50-100%, and for every 2-5% nitrous oxide Nickel heating rate to the firing temperature is increased by 30-50 degrees / min. Introduction to the mixture before mixing nickel oxide contributes to the fact that when heated in a reducing atmosphere, it is quickly reduced to metallic nickel and a strong bond is formed at the Ni / Fe – jO. Interface, which prevents the pellets from being destroyed during accelerated heating to temperature. roasting. In EOO-YuOO C, metallic nickel reacts with magnetic iron oxide (Fe ,, 0d), thus forming a solid solution (Fe, NI) O, which intensifies the process of sintering and hardening of the pellets during roasting. it
Катализирукидее действие никел на процесс восстановлени позвол ет получать окатыши с высокой степенью металлизации.allows to increase the productivity of the calcining unit. With further reduction of the pellets, the solid solution (Fe, Ni) 0 is rapidly reduced with the release of the metallic nickel phase. The appearance of metallic nickel intensifies the process of reducing iron oxides, counteracts the process of pelleting. The catalytic effect of nickel on the reduction process allows pellets to be obtained with a high degree of metallization.
The density of the recovered pellets increases dramatically. Metallic nickel, which is present in the pellets, slows down the secondary oxidation of rolled metal, which affects the passivation process and the quality of the finished product.
Entering into the charge before displacement of less than 2% of nickel oxide does not affect the course of the hardening process восстанов the reduction of pellets, and more than 50% practically do not improve the previously achieved performance. The degree of recovery of nickel oxide, equal to 50-100%, provides sufficient strength to the pellets while accelerating the heating process. The increase in the rate of heating and calcination goes with an increase in the content of nickel oxide in the charge of pellets.

Depending on the content of nickel oxide, the rate of heating up to the burning temperature is changed.
In all cases, the strength after calcination and the strength after the 20% recovery stage of the pellets are determined, at which the Minimum strength during the recovery process is observed. The data are summarized in tab.

Вторичное окисление металлизованного продукта с вводом закаси никел замедл етс (см.The rate of reduction of the pellets is markedly increased. At the same time, the final degree of metal corrosion and pellets also increases. The secondary oxidation of the metallized product with the introduction of nickel is slowed down (see
