Description
При введении этого реагента на начальных этапгис обработки сточных вод ожидаемого эффекта концентрировани бентонито-волокнистой суспензии не наблюдаетс .::. t -,., The invention relates to a method for treating water-fiber waste paperwork, mainly producing condenser and thin technical paper types and is intended for use in the pulp-and-paper industry in the treatment of waste water. including coagulation of waste with a chemical reagent and successively. Operational operations of treatment with a sorbent, for example, bentonite, flocculant, settling of effluent and separation of fibrous sediment. A disadvantage of the known method is the incomplete use of the components of the treated effluent. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of use of the components of the treated effluent. For this purpose, a fibrous precipitate is coagulated, and a substance that has an affinity for the sorbent, for example, calcium salt or hydroxide or barium, is used as a chemical reagent during coagulation. The wastewater produced by the capacitor paper is treated with a sorbent, for example, activated bentonite, and flocculated, settled, the clarified water is separated, and then the bentonitol-fiber suspension is treated with a reagent capable of reacting with the sorbent. When using activated bentonite as a sorbent, the sludge can be treated with calcium salts or barium or hydroxides of these metals. As a result of such processing, a restructuring of the previously formed BENTONITE-FIBER SUSPENSION STRUCTURE occurs, accompanied by a sharp increase in water loss and an improvement in the filtration properties of the suspension, which leads to a compaction of the suspension. A distinctive feature of the method is that in order to achieve the desired effect of sludge sedimentation, a reagent that stimulates water loss (coagulant) is introduced at the stage after the formation of a stable equilibrium structure of the bentonite fiber suspension. When this reagent is introduced at the initial stages of wastewater treatment, the expected effect of concentration of the bentonite fiber suspension is not observed.
Example. Wastewater from condenser production, containing 100–120 mg / l of fine (fine) fibers, was treated successively with bentonite sorbent and flocculant polyacyl amide. A mixture of carbonite with a fiber was defended and the clarified water was continuously withdrawn. After a stable coagulation structure was formed, the bentonite fiber suspension was treated with CzCl. As a result of this treatment, a secondary coagulation of the benzonite fiber suspension takes place, accompanied by compaction of the precipitate to 20–25 g / l and more. The precipitate is easily dehydrated using conventional methods, such as filtration, and can be used to produce consumer paper and cardboard. The consumption of chemicals was: bentonite 100 mg / l, polyacrylamide 5 mg / l, CaCI-50 mg per 100 mg of bentonite.
The characteristics of the water obtained as a result of this treatment are given in the table.
