Description
111 The invention relates to electrochemical methods of water treatment and can be used in the treatment of natural, process and wastewater; the organization of a closed circulating water supply, the provision of water supply and household purposes for sparsely populated, developed areas; pretreatment of water for further deep desalting, for example, electrodialysis, etc. The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of water purification. Under the influence of alternating asymmetric current, electrochemical transformations occur due to the fact that the solution is alkalized and hydroxides of polyvalent impurities and carbonates are formed in the cathode chamber, causing water hardness. In the anode chamber, in addition to acidification to the primary pH values, the process of migration through the diaphragm of the remaining cations to the cathode chamber, i.e. additional cleaning in progress. The flow rate through the anode chamber regulates the output pH of the water. The voltage on the electrodes is supplied from the mains of an alternating sinusoidal current of industrial frequency through a device that allows adjusting the ratio of the cathode and anodic composition l kmcx. The ratio (8 + 10): 1 corresponds to the optimal cleaning coefficients from dissolved impurities and does not depend on the properties of water and current density. Unlike electrocoagulation processes on direct current, when soluble electrodes are used to form coagulation centers or salts of many-metal metals are introduced, when subjected to alternating asymmetric current, this is not necessary, since coagulation centers are formed due to specific electrochemical transformations from impurity cations present in the solution (dehydration of the hydrated cationic branches in the solution, the formation of various polymeric compounds of hydroxide nature and etc.), which is uncommon for processes, at a constant current. In tab. 1 given the purification of natural water from the limiting impurities to obtain the process water production of polypropylene. In tab. 2 given the wastewater treatment plant catalysts for the production of polypropylene. In tab. 3 given the treatment of wastewater electroplating from copper. In tab. 4 gives preliminary preparation of tap water for desalting by electrodialysis. Thus, the laboratory studies have shown the wide possibilities of the proposed method for purifying various waters and using it in water treatment of natural waters for household and industrial purposes, organizing recycling water for industrial enterprises, and extracting ferrous and nonferrous metals from waste water. which can be comprehensively recycled.
